Due to a 2003 decision in the US 7th Circuit Court Of Appeals, the name "Church of the Creator" is now the trademarked property of a Christian entity known as TE-TA-MA Truth Foundation-Family of URI®. Use of the name "Church of the Creator" within electronic book, film and audio is archival material, and is presented for educational purposes only. The Creativity Alliance makes no attempt to assume or supercede the trademark. Trademark remains with the trademark holder.
Permission is granted to circulate material found on the Creativity Alliance website amongst private individuals and groups, post on all Internet sites and publish in full in all not-for-profit publications. Contact the original authors for all other rights, which are reserved.
