AUSTRALIAN revisionist historian Fredrick Toben faces a hearing in London tomorrow to determine whether he will be extradited to Germany to face allegations of Holocaust denial.

Gerald Fredrick Toben, 64, was arrested on a plane at Heathrow Airport today, while in transit from the United States to Dubai, by Metropolitan Police executing a European Union arrest warrant issued by German authorities.

The arrest warrant accuses Toben of publishing material on the internet “of an anti-Semitic and/or revisionist nature” in Australia, Germany and other countries.

HOLOCAUST denier Fredrick Toben aggravated charges of criminal contempt of court by attacking federal judges and the judicial process, a court has heard.

AN obsession with Australian history in curriculums has left students able to leave school without knowing that the Holocaust occurred.

UNITED NATIONS: The UN General Assembly adopted a US-drafted resolution today condemning denials of the Holocaust, weeks after Iran sponsored a meeting dominated by speakers questioning the Nazis’ extermination of 6 million Jews in World War 2.

The resolution, co-sponsored by more than 100 countries, including all Western nations, was approved by consensus, without a vote. Iran disassociated itself from the action, calling the resolution a political exercise that Israel would exploit against Palestinians.
