Can you walk up to the security doors of a bank while wearing a ski mask and expect to be permitted to enter? Of course not. That would be totally ridiculous, but it is essentially what happens every day in the name of multiculturalism. THE Australian flag is a revered symbol of our nation and as such should be treated with the respect it deserves.

None of us should be ashamed to display proudly our most recognisable national symbol, but those loutish buffoons who drape themselves in the flag as an aggressive declaration of their Australianness do nothing but make fools of themselves and degrade the flag’s true meaning.

The radio broadcaster Alan Jones and his employer 2GB have been ordered to pay $10,000 in damages and apologise to the Muslim leader Keysar Trad. …

The tribunal said the broadcasts included Mr Jones’ view that Australia is not a multi-racial but a mono-cultural society, and that this mono-culture was under threat from the “enemies within.”

Mr Jones spoke about “car hoons” – which he identified as “Lebanese Muslim youths” – and their disrespect for police.

Advance Australia Fair – A Worthy National Anthem … If You Know the Original

‘Advance Australia Fair’ is the national anthem of Australia. A revised version of a late nineteenth century patriotic song, it was officially declared the National Anthem on 19 April 1984.

The Composer

Peter Dodds McCormick, a Scotsman, composed ‘Advance Australia Fair’ under the pen-name ‘Amicus’ (amicus is the Latin word for ‘friend’). It was first performed in Sydney on Saint Andrew’s Day, 1878. An amended version was also sung by a choir of 10,000 at the inauguration of the Commonwealth of Australia on 1 January, 1901.
