The pain is constant but I can deal with it. It's not THAT bad.

I've made arrangements to get more oxycodone, but I may not get any more. As my head began to clear from the hell of the weekend, I could see that they had me addicted to that stuff at a high rate.

I took nothing from 10:30am until 10:30pm and slept until 3:30pm. Waking up with a spinning head, drenched in sweat and with a bad back. Apart from the bad back, nausea and sweat are how Oxy affects me - even at a low dose. Withdrawls are the same.

So no more Oxy or other pain killers for me.

I'll live with the pain.

It's just antibiotics now to keep the infection THEY CAUSED under control.

And the quicker I can get over this drug addiction they forced on me, the better I'll be.

Some parasitic fraud with an immature young woman's voice keeps phoning the hospital claiming to be my daughter and demanding information about me. The hospital has been advised that I HAVE NO DAUGHTER.

Another day without Oxycodone.

Sleeping better. My head feels a little clearer today than it was yesterday.

I have a little more energy. Been cleaning my home ... slowly. I wont get that finished today.

I think by next week that drug Oxy will be flushed out of me.

And the pain from the bowel surgery is no worse today than it was when I was on the Oxy in hospital.


The Post Office has refused to deliver a package of colostomy bags and equipment to my home. They did not come to my door, they did not try to leave it outside my door under a weather protected veranda. They instead falsely claimed I was not home and there was nowhere safe to leave the parcel. They expect me to pick it up myself WITH IDENTIFICATION at the local Post Office maybe tomorrow. There's a reason why things like this are delivered directly to the homes of the sick and elderly!

And one last thing: If you have or ever get a colostomy bag, do not drink Oat Milk. Every mouthful fills your bag with more liquid, and that makes a mess.

The most difficult thing now is waking up bathed in sweat unable to move and knowing I'm alone, unable to ask for any assistance. Ten minutes later I'm finally able to take the few steps from my bed to the toilet. Then life begins to make sense again.

Yesterday, I went to connect a solar charger onto my car, and found the battery was already so flat, I couldn't open the damned thing. I had to call the auto club in order to get into it. Got it started, the solar charger was connected directly to the battery, and I took the car for a 30 minute drive. The solar charger will take care of the rest from now on.

That's more than I expected of myself, and it's more than I could have done only 24 hours before.

And I discovered I cannot have orange juice with pulp. It turns my colostomy bag into a shit balloon.


On the good side, the district nurses that change my bandages every Tuesday and Friday pointed out how my wounds are healing well.

I was hospitalised for routine bowel surgery in May 2024. Routine failed, leaked, caused massive infection throughout my body. Emergency surgery in June. I was in a room meant for two.

While there, an Abo was brought in a week or so before its surgery. The Abo treated the hospital like a hotel, calling for room service and roaming the streets, coming and going as it pleased.

Then an African was brought in. 100% healthy, but they couldn't release him because he wouldn't give a home address - and THAT'S RACIST!

I was thrown out of the hospital before I was ready by university indoctrinated anti-White psychiatrists who declared to the surgeons, doctors and nurses at a meeting that I was a threat. A WHITE EXTREMIST TERRORIST! One day I was told another week or two ... the next day I was discharged with an addiction to painkillers and enough pills to last overnight.

I did not need to be "RACIST!" They just had to figure out who and what I am in order to make their decision: BLACK PRIVILEGE matters more than WHITE LIVES, and ANTI-WHITES run the system.

Sleeping in a chair instead of a bed is uncomfortable, but the aches and sweat baths are easier to deal with when waking up. 1 minute vs more than 10 minutes in that case.


I thought I was clear of the affects of the Oxycodone. Went to the shops yesterday and almost lost it wanting to kill a coon that came up to me saying, "Excuse me, can I ask you a question?"

I told it, "I got nothing!"

It then shouted directly into my face, "I WANT MONEY!"

Normally I would have dealt with it at that moment. After that, it becomes just another anecdote of dealing with subhumans. This time it affected me to such a degree I treated everybody I dealt with like shit after that - meaning I have not yet been able to regain the self-discipline that I have lived with most of my life. That's the Oxycodone even over a week later.

If I had felt like this as a teenager, I would have begun by shooting and killing both of my parents, before going on the run and ending in a shootout with cops.


And on the good side, I weighed myself this morning after a shower and shave, and I'm currently 92KG. The heaviest I ever got was 107KG, but I couldn't get under 102KG no matter what. My goal was/is 88KG. Considering a don't eat much and cannot drink a single drop of alcohol, I'll probably make 88.
