One of the Gooks' claims is that because Australia will soon (in a decade or two) have submarines capable of delivering Nukes, Australia will lose its unique status as a No Nuke Nation for its enemies - meaning the Chinks are threatening to Nuke Australia.

Well, the truth is, and Red China has known this since the 70's: Australia has had a nuclear capable delivery since the 70's. Until a decade or so ago, Australia had the F111 - otherwise known in America as the General Electric Aardvark. The F111 was bought on purpose by Prime Minister John Gorton, who was a burned and scarred former Battle of Britain Spitfire pilot. Prime Minister Gorton had said that there is no reason why we should ever risk an Australian soldier, when we can just press a button. That is why he bought a Nuke Capable Fighter Bomber from America. That is why he built a Nuclear Power Station in Sydney. Prime Minister Gorton, the Scarred Hero, was sacked and replaced by a wimpy prick named Prime Minister Billy Big Ears McMahon - who's son is just another Hollywood woke fake F.

Prime Minister John Gorton was the last decent PM that Australia had.

FYI, as a kid, my friends and I used to watch F111's fly over my home during the RAAF Air Shows they used to have in South Australia. We argued whether climbing on swings or on a shed got us closer to the aircraft. We lived so close to the RAAF base, we thought they'd land on our roofs. We're not talking about fast fly-overs, but rather seemingly tantalisingly hovering barely above our homes. With its adjustable swept-wing design, the F111 from 1973 along with the English Electric Canberra Bomber could do just about anything - including deliver Nukes for Australia ... since about 1952.

Over the past decade, Australia has stopped making cars, started importing faulty foreign-made trams and ferries - and now no longer produces a critical fuel ingredient needed to keep trucks moving

Urea, which is required to start diesel engines, is no longer being produced by a factory in Brisbane, forcing Australia to beg China and other countries for help

Without it, Australia's supply chain could collapse, with half the country's truck fleet unable to get goods to supermarket shelves when the essential chemical runs out in a matter of weeks


In Sydney, three-quarters of the trains are now imported with commuters taking public transport made in China and South Korea.

Just 11 years ago, before Chinese cars became top sellers, the Holden Commodore was Australia's top-selling car - the last time a locally-built vehicle would top the annual sales charts.

By October 2017, Australia no longer made cars, with the last Commodore rolling off the production line in Adelaide, ending more than a century of local car body assembly and full-scale manufacturing by General Motors

Holden's long history of car making came to an end a year after Ford stopped making the Falcon and Toyota stopped manufacturing the Camry in Melbourne.

The Chinese-made MG ZS is now a top-ten seller.

Even an Australian invention, the Hills Hoist clothesline that's our proud symbol of suburban success, is now made in China.

In 2014, only three years before Australia stopped making cars, trains for Sydney's rail network were still made in Newcastle, 160km north of the city. 

The last of the locally-made Waratah trains were completed that year at Downer EDI's Cardiff factory.

Two years later, in 2016, then Liberal premier Mike Baird announced more than 500 intercity train carriages, for Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong and Blue Mountain services, would be made in South Korea by Hyundai at a cost of $2.3billion.

In August last year, former premier Gladys Berejiklian said: 'Australia and New South Wales are not good at building trains, that's why we have to purchase them

Even an additive for diesel engines to function is no longer being made in Australia.

Incitec Pivot, a fertiliser manufacturer, was until recently Australia's only major producer of diesel-engine grade urea, a product essential for meeting national vehicle emissions standards. The product is sold in Australia as AdBlue.

But in November, chief executive Jeanne Johns announced her company would stop making urea at its Gibson Island plant in Brisbane in 2022 because of a gas supply dispute.

Instead, Incitec Pivot Limited will be importing this chemical, along with other fertilisers.

'Urea, sulphate of ammonia and other specialty products will be sourced from IPL's existing international import supply chains to replace these manufactured products,' it told the Australian Securities Exchange

Daily Mail Australia understands Incitec Pivot has already stopped making urea in Brisbane as the plant is repurposed.

China supplies 80 per cent of urea in the Asia-Pacific region but its National Development and Reform Commission in July announced it would crack down on fertiliser hoarding, which led to state-owned firms restricting their exports.

The diesel exhaust fluid marketed in Australia as AdBlue contains 32 per cent urea and 68 per cent de-ionised water.

The urea additive reduces the levels of smog pollutant nitric oxide being pumped into the atmosphere and without it, modern diesel trucks, utes and four-wheel drives won't start.

The National Road Transport Association feared Australian supplies could run out by the end of January but chief executive Warren Clark said some truck drivers were already concerned about running short next week

Property prices in suburbs near the city are set to surge again as a reopening of Australia's border to international students draws out Chinese buyers

Juwai IQI, which markets homes to cashed-up buyers across Asia, said Sydney in particular was set to benefit as overseas university students returned on Wednesday for the first time since March 2020

But Melbourne was expected to benefit too, despite being a cheaper place to rent as the border reopened to foreigners.

Chairman and co-founder Georg Chmiel said Sydney's inner west, north shore and the inner-south were likely to be in demand in 2022, with prospective Chinese buyers particularly interested in apartments.

'When students come back, demand will increase in some of the suburbs that have suffered the most during the pandemic,' he told Daily Mail Australia

'International student buyers still value the same locations that they liked before the pandemic.'

With Chinese students set to make up almost a third of the international intake, buyers from China will be particularly influential.

'There are more students from China than any other country,' Mr Chmiel said.

'Twenty-nine per cent of foreign students are Chinese, nearly as much as the next three countries combined

From December 15, fully-vaccinated international students are being allowed into Australia, with their entry delayed by two weeks to factor in the Omicron Covid variant. 

Even before the return of international students, Sydney's rental vacancy rate in the year to November has shrunk from 3.5 per cent to 2.6 per cent, new SQM Research data showed.

This is still higher than the capital city average of 1.5 per cent with Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Canberra and Hobart having rental vacancy levels of less than 1 per cent.

Melbourne has the highest rental vacancy rate of 3.2 per cent, which is more than double Brisbane's 1.3 per cent

'However, I do believe 2022 will see a move towards units, simply by virtue of their relative affordability plus the new inflow of immigrants will look for unit accommodation first and foremost as they have done in the past.'

Sydney is now vying with Canberra for having the most expensive house rent, with tenants charged a median weekly lease of $734.40 compared with $734.50 in Canberra, in the week ending on December 12.

But Sydney units are much cheaper at $475.30 a week, which is more affordable than apartments in Canberra ($529.90) but marginally more expensive than Darwin ($458.30) and Hobart ($434.70).

Melbourne units typically cost $372.70 a week.

Under Foreign Investment Review Board rules, foreigners can't buy established houses or apartments but they can buy brand new properties. 

'Foreigners generally may not purchase established dwellings,' Mr Chmiel said.

'So foreign buyers are generally most interested in new apartments and house and land packages
