They can't ban this most likely because they say nothing about the holyhoax and Creativity is considered a religion.

Any British who can shed light on this event and why this is ok there and not other things?

Not British, Australian here, but being the one that accepted responsibility for the flyers, I have your answer. The reason we could not be charged where others had failed is because our English brothers and sisters have been in their face about it; there was nothing that could be deemed insulting or hateful about other races; and if they did claim it to be illegal, they'd have to make an international incident out of it, which would draw too much attention to subversive English and other European laws promoting self-hatred and the planned genocide of indigenous White Europeans.

That leaves them with two options: 1. Declare it illegal and turn what should be a local non-news event into an international incident that will bring about global condemnation of a totalitarian British government as well as cause international tensions with Australia as the police and courts here are forced to determine it to be a case of freedom of speech and deny my extradition; and 2. Obey their own rules for once and leave us be. It's not much, but you cannot deny that it worked.

The issue of Copyright Infringement Notices is a rarely used but nevertheless standard tactic of the Jew owned or Liberal MSM. So what are they on about? "The baddies" scanned in some articles right from their publication and they are crying "foul" as they want people to buy their paper not read the articles from their back issues for free? I wouldn't be able to buy a copy of their paper if I tried over here!

Fair use has been upheld when texts are quoted for the purpose of parody, criticism, and demonstration. The only thing I can think is that fair use may only let you quote parts of an article, not the whole thing. Of course, I'm not a lawyer.

They won't press charges! It is just a scaremongering charade! Who are they going to extradite? The PM? Make a media hullabaloo?

Anyway it is fair to put the entire article up there so people can read it in good context. They aren't going to loose $ because people are reading their article for free on this site.. Just trying to flex their muscles.
