James von Brunn hearing delayed until September
Federal public defender A.J. Kramer says the arraignment for his client, 89-year-old James von Brunn, is set for Sept. 2 in Washington DC U.S. District Court.
Kramer says a scheduled hearing was canceled due to health concerns. On July 29th von Brunn was indicted on seven counts, including first-degree murder, killing in a federal building and bias-motivated crime. Four of the charges make him eligible for the death penalty.
