Push-ups, stomach crunches, burpees, squats, pull-ups, reps and short sprints are all free of charge. It all depends on your motivation. If you're in your 30s or older those 18 year old muds can go all night. Stop drinking and cut down or better yet quit the ciggys. If you couple that with eating healthy you'll be a lean mean fighting machine ready for mud invaders.
