What could be described as one if not THE most despicable race hate crimes in Scotland/Britain was the horrific murder of 15 year old schoolboy, Kriss Donald - who was tortured and killed by muslim gang/men for no other reason than the young lad was white. Even the left leaning oft muslim apologist newspaper, The Guardian, was compelled to report gruesome murder:

"The court had heard that Kriss was jumped on as he walked down a street near his home with a friend. As he was bundled into a car, he screamed: "Why me? I'm only 15."

His mutilated body was found the next day on a walkway in the east end of the city. The slightly built boy had been beaten, held down and stabbed 13 times, then set on fire while he was still alive. Bleeding to death and burning, he tried to crawl towards the river Clyde but died in a ditch.

A passerby who found his body the following day thought he had stumbled across the carcass of a dead animal.

"The jury was told that Kriss was probably still alive when he was doused in petrol and set alight. Forensic experts said burns covered more than 70 per cent of his body. He was found on a walkway next to the river Clyde, near Celtic FC's training ground, the next day.

Described as slightly built, Kriss was so badly beaten and stabbed that one of his ribs was severed. Prosecutors described his death as an "appalling crime of inhumanity against a defenceless boy".

"Before he died, it is alleged that he was castrated, burned with cigarettes; his eyes were gouged out and he was stabbed repeatedly. Once on the waste ground he was doused with gasoline and set alight whilst still alive. He crawled a few metres and then, mercifully, died.

 * Fitness - you don't have to go to a gym. Buy an old second hand bench press. Don't worry about brands, as long as it works, and a second hand set of dumbbells. Do push up challenges, burpees, squats, pull ups. Go to a park somewhere private and walk a Klick, jog a Klick, and repeat. When really fit, take a backpack and add some weight to it. Don't just choose days with lovely weather go out when it's pissing down with rain and pumping with wind.

Do Not buy body-building magazines or follow their diets. Those are for steroid freaks and are totally useless in a Guerilla war scenario.

Remember, start off slow. Don't overdo it or you will tear a muscle and be out for at least a month.

* Other Ideas - Buy a one or two man tent. Practice setting it up and start timing yourself. When good do it at night time with no lights on, go on a Friday night with minimal food by yourself and spend the night in the woods - no matter the weather.

Keep tools sharp and practice with them. Buy a second hand mannequin and staple a pick of your favourite Anti White. Go buy a leg of mutton or another cheap leg of meat and hang it from a tree. It'll be the closest thing to the real deal.

Dont worry about what you're friends/work buddies are doing. Spend your time wisely. People who wake up early in the morning everyday will conquer their day - and by wake up early I mean 4am. Your snooze button is your enemy, so conquer it.

The lack of tikanga Māori and the constant waving of the Tino Rangatiratanga and the United Tribes flag at Parliament protests is dangerous.

It sends a message to fellow Māori, particularly those who are disconnected from whānau, and rangatahi, that it's okay to override the tikanga of the mana whenua – who have asked the protesters to leave.

Māori can be significantly vulnerable when they feel they're facing eradication, because it's something we have lived through for many decades. And for those who are against vaccine mandates, many feel they put their health at risk despite evidence the jabs are safe.

But I am concerned for the misuse of tikanga and our flags flying alongside some protest elements that hold white supremacist views.

Under Te Tiriti, we have a partnership with Pākehā that exercises equal rights. This is not what white supremacy represents.

Chairwoman of Te Raukura Wharewaka o Pōneke and a former trustee of Taranaki Whānui Liz Munn told Stuff there was no kōrero exchange between iwi and the protest organisers. No koha, no nothing.

Yet one protester has demanded that mana whenua and ahi kaa be hospitable to kaiwhakatūtū (protesters) anyway – because that is tikanga.

"That's not very Māori," he continued, "that's not manaakitanga."

I would argue that it is very Māori to not welcome white supremacists who believe that Māori are an inferior race. Tikanga is reciprocal, not a one-way street.

Make no mistake, I have compassion towards people who do not have the same privilege as me where I have abundant access to health information.

I have compassion to those in rural areas who are more likely to have doctors or health professionals who do not reflect them or their culture. That is part of a wider issue of the institutionalised racism in Aotearoa, which I encourage people to continue challenging.

Māori have nearly two centuries worth of history of being silenced, ignored and abused by people in power.

This includes the media, who have contributed to awful stereotypes making it a lot easier for people to hate us and conjure conspiracy theories.

There is intergenerational distrust and lived experience of systemic neglect.

Just the other day, I watched a video from a fellow journalist who entered Parliament grounds but was told to leave by a wahine Māori. Her reason: the land they're on is under tangata whenua.

I want to know why this same attitude hasn't been exercised towards the white supremacists and QAnon protesters.

Do whānau really think this is a solidarity event where all of those protesting support the rights of tangata whenua?

Because I didn't see white supremacists at Ihumātao when the kaitiaki of the whenua made a real peaceful occupation. Where were our white supremacy allies then?

Examples of "White Supremacist violence"

Where were the QAnon protesters when Pūtiki needed help to prevent a marina being developed on their land?

I'm also concerned that the woman who said "this land is under tangata whenua" was not the chairwoman of Te Ātiawa where I come from, or the leader of Ngāti Toa - the mana whenua of Parliament grounds.

I'm concerned that there's been no kōrero with mana whenua or ahi kaa for other Māori to exercise their protest on land that isn't theirs, especially if they're claiming tikanga and implying that this is their land.

It sends a harmful message, that Māori can disrespect other Māori.

The Tino Rangatiratanga flag was designed to send a message of mana motuhake and governance. It seeks cultural autonomy and sovereignty, a "by Māori, for Māori" approach, which has not been respected here.

Its spirit was present at the 1981 Springbok Tour, Bastion Point, and Ngā Tamatoa and their work to revitalise te reo Māori. It was finally designed in 1989 and made its debut in 1990 at Waitangi.

It later upheld the mana of all the people who fought for legislation that put the seabed and foreshore into public ownership in 2004. This fight was for the greater good of Māori, to enhance Māori.

Among those great protests have been Māori activist Tame Iti who recently spoke out to Māori media, urging protesters to go home.

Iti has now been added to a protesters' hit list, calling him "kupapa" which means a Māori man on the British man's side.

Excerpt: A racist pamphlet describing Māori as "stone age" and "half caste" has resurfaced in Auckland, despite the Advertising Standards Authority ordering it to be removed from circulation in 2019.

The Authority's complaints board has this month upheld complaints from the public that the content of the pamphlets, which landed in Auckland letterboxes for a second time last year, was offensive and misleading.

In 2019 the Authority partly upheld similar complaint that the 1Law4All pamphlet was derogatory toward Māori and that it must be removed from circulation.

The organisation's 34-page booklet delivered to letterboxes in Auckland inferred the country was being "conned" by the Treaty industry, and asked readers to consider the "list of 24 common myths of the Treaty industry".

It suggested a "growing number of New Zealanders are upset with this wealth and power grab by the newly created tribal elite".

Complainants in the recent redistribution of the pamphlet were offended by the content they considered contained statements designed to enforce harmful stereotypes and which were of a racist nature.

One said the pamphlet made claims of ritual human sacrifice and described Māori as "stone age" people while inferring colonisation was "good for Māori" while reinforcing the white supremacist idea that "Western ways of life are better".

INFLAMMATORY posters calling for New Zealanders to show "white power" and riot Australian-style are being pasted up at Wellington railway stations.

"If Sydney can do it so can we . . . let's take back our land," the posters -- found at Khandallah and Simla Crescent stations -- say. A poster was also reported to have been seen at Raroa station near Johnsonville.

Khandallah train commuter Brent Cantwell said he was appalled by the poster.

"It's just terrible, it's awful," he said.

John Grant, of Churton Park, said the posters were shocking but he did not believe race riots like those at Cronulla beach in Sydney over the weekend would happen here.

A 5000-strong alcohol-fuelled mob, some waving flags and chanting racist slogans, chased and beat people of Middle Eastern appearance at Cronulla beach in Sydney on Sunday.

White supremacist group "White Crusaders of the Racial Holy War" claims to be behind the Wellington posters.

Sergeant Maggie Windle, of Wellington, said the group was not known to police.

Nor was it known to Kerry Bolton, a former National Front secretary and now spokesman for breakaway group New Right. He was not impressed with the posters, saying New Zealanders would be better directing their attention to the politicians and businessmen who were responsible for immigration.

Race Relations Commissioner Joris de Bres said he had not heard of the group either but was not surprised it existed in New Zealand.

There had been a number of race hate incidents over the past year, including the vandalism of Muslim worship centres in Auckland and abusive letters being stuffed with pork and sent to Wellington Muslims.

"There are people in New Zealand who have the kind of views evident in Australia but they have never had much of a following in New Zealand," he said.

The White Crusaders' Internet website says the movement is based on the writings of Ken Klassen, the founder of Creativity, a religion that believes whites are royalty and shuns race mixing or any social intercourse with "the inferior mud races".
