The problems in this part of the world are very wide spread and go back as far as time itself. I am a fully qualified slaughter man. And i was in charge of a slaughterhouse in scotland for a few years. If there was any sign of the animal being over stressed or it not being killed in a painless manner the vet who was there at all times would shut down the slaughterhouse. so once again we see different rules for us and  them.
