POLICE have arrested 40-year-old Alfred Walker, who they have been seeking since June 13 in relation to an alleged retaliation attack in Palmerston following the death of Fabian Brock. 
 
Mr Brock was killed in the early hours of June 13 while driving his car along Union Terrace, Anula.

A TAXI driver cried and begged for his life when a passenger attacked him and jammed car keys into both of his ears. 
 
Siju Punnouse, 35, told the NT News he believed his attacker was on drugs.

The unprovoked assault left Mr Punnouse with a broken wrist, five stitches under his left eye and serious bruising.

A driver in Darwin for more than three years, Mr Punnouse picked up the man in front of Throb nightclub shortly before 4am on Saturday saying he seemed a good fare because he was sober.

But his judgment proved to be horribly wrong when the Blue Taxi cab finally stopped at Hauser Court, Northlakes near the shopping centre.

THE alleged killer of Fabian Brock has given a two-finger salute to Darwin Magistrates Court in his first appearance since he was charged with murder. 
 
Rodney Kenyon, 24, appeared by video link from Holtze prison yesterday dressed in a white gown.

He remained silent throughout the proceedings, however about halfway through he raised his two middle fingers to the camera.



Police charged Kenyon with 26 offences on Monday that included one count of murder, attempted murder, making a threat to kill, six counts of recklessly endangering life and three of discharging a firearm on a road or public place.


Prosecutor Thomas Wallace-Pannell said the charges involved "a chain of events" that spanned 36 hours and involved "several people".

Mr Wallace-Pannell said the alleged incidents included the fatal shooting of Mr Brock, 25, and the firing of shots at two other locations on June 12 and 13.

Mr Wallace-Pannell asked for the matter to be adjourned for three months to allow enough time for the brief of evidence to be finalised.

Usually the immediate resumption of violence is because the "White dog" didn't give the black beast a hug and a treat after it said sorry.

I expect the same of Africans, and I know Asians tend to be surprised when they realise that apologising will mean a lesser or no punishment.

Police in Macon, Georgia, say up to 50 teenagers stormed into and trashed a local Walmart store over the weekend, causing thousands of dollars in damage in what appears to be an organized attack.

The onslaught took place at 1:45 a.m. Sunday, and an incident report from the Bibb County Sheriff's office says floors in parts of the store on Zebulon Road were "coated with broken merchandise."

"The length of the store from front to rear was lined with items which had been shattered, destroyed, turned over and thrown about," the report said.

Surveillance video, which police have not released to the news media, shows the crowd yanking a man off an electric wheelchair and tossing him to the ground at the store on Zebulon Road. The Walmart is located just east of Interstate 475 in one of Macon's most frequented shopping areas.

The video reveals 17-year-old Kharron Nathan Green entering the store first, displaying gang signs. He was then followed by a large crowd of other teens that investigators number between 40 and 50.

The sheriff's report says the teen leading the rushing horde told a Walmart employee "this was a planned event ... to see how much damage they could cause."
