Started off o.k. I Have had to pay a bit of one to repair my vehicle. That hit my bottom line. My computer broke, had to buy another. Walked into a string on accidents at work.. some not due to my fault, due to a new bloke who started and stuffed things up in my company. People pointed fingers at me and bad luck from his problem he caused just snowballs into other trouble. Hope I can keep my job.

America needs a revolution and politics won't help. Jew bankers have run the banks since 1913, Kennedy got assassinated, Nixon got impeached.

The revolution  won't be televised.. as long a people have cable Tv and smart phones!

http://www.ntnews.com.au/news/national/police-search-for-escaped-prisoner-from-serco-run-facility-near-perth/story-fnjbnxug-1227494253056

FOUR minimum security prisoners hot-wired a forklift and crashed through two gates to escape from a Serco-run facility in Perth's southern suburbs on Friday night.

The four young prisoners aged in their late teens and early 20s escaped from the Wandoo Reintegration facility in Murdoch about 8.30pm.

The facility is a minimum security prison for young men aged 18-28. Prisoners housed there are able to work in the community as part of their rehabilitation.

Three of the escapees have been caught but the fourth, Geoffrey Ninyette, 19, is still on the run.

After hot wiring the forklift and crashing through two pedestrian gates, the four prisoners made their way to a sporting complex on Farrington Road in Leeming.

Once there, they are alleged to have assaulted a man in an attempt to steal his car keys. They were unsuccessful and fled on foot.

Shortly after, police were called to a home in Leeming following reports of a break in. The owner had come home, disturbing a number of men who then fled the house.

Police dog Rumble searched the area and one of the men was found in the back of a nearby home.

A short time later, a white Mercedes believed to be stolen was sighted in Leeming and evaded police through various suburbs before the occupants abandoned the vehicle in Rivervale. Two of the men ran off but were caught shortly after.

At a press conference on Saturday morning Corrective Services Minister Joe Francis stopped short of calling the incident an embarrassment.

He also stopped short of flagging the possibility Serco would be stripped of its right to manage the facility.

He said a full investigation was underway into the escape, adding a review would also be held into how the four were assessed and classified as minimum security.

"Why four young men aged between 19 and 21, one of them with only a couple of months to run on their sentence ... choose to mess up their entire future by making an escape, the mind boggles," Mr Francis said.

"Obviously we will look at the way that those particular prisoners were assessed. I don't know if embarrassing is the word ... its not a perfect world.

http://www.msn.com/en-au/news/australia/auburn-deputy-mayor-salim-mehajers-home-building-breaches-waved-through/ar-BBlXEVO?li=AA4RE4

Salim Mehajer's lavish wedding was not the first time Auburn's deputy mayor failed to follow the letter of the law on Frances Street.

The councillor, who was fined $220 for causing Sydney's most high-profile traffic jam outside his Lidcombe address last Saturday, built an abode that was too large for local planning rules.

But in this matter, at least, Cr Mehajer had the support of a majority of his fellow councillors.

Documents show Auburn council retrospectively approved the unauthorised building work on Cr Mehajer's Frances Street house, despite the fact that, at more than 12 metres high, it exceeded the maximum height permitted on the street by more than three metres.

An enclosure containing a lift overrun and stairs to the roof was cited as the cause for the breach in a report to the council, reaching a maximum height of 12.27 metres.

"The house as built is generally in accordance with the approved plans, however there are some variations from the approved plans that this s.96 application is seeking to regularise," the report said.

The assessment, which noted work at the site was "nearing completion", suggested the enclosure could be painted light grey "to reduce the visual impact of the non-compliance".

"This notion was discussed with the applicant at the site visit and it was accepted that this offered an acceptable solution," it said.

But it wasn't accepted by four councillors, who were initially successful in blocking the changes from being waved through, arguing the height was "excessive", did not comply with planning controls and the application was "not considered to be in the public interest".

Councillor Tony Oldfield, who voted to reject the application, said Cr Mehajer's "unethical" bid to approve work already undertaken set a bad example for other developers.

"It doesn't set a good example for local residents, either," Cr Oldfield said. "It says to local residents, 'just flout the regulations and you'll get away with it'."

However, that decision was overturned at the next meeting by Auburn's three Liberal and two Labor councillors, as well as independent Le Lam. The six then voted to approve the application, which also included changes to the internal layout.

Cr Mehajer did not participate in any council vote concerning the Frances Street property.

Support for the deputy mayor's application included Labor's George Campbell, who reversed his earlier opposition after accepting the argument that the height breach was limited and "not really visible".

"It's pretty normal for the staff to recommend some things which go outside of the controls, looking at the merits of the individual situation," he said.

However, Cr Campbell on Friday repeated his criticisms of Cr Mehajer's $220 fine for causing traffic chaos during his lavish wedding celebrations.

"It's a slap on the wrist and it's totally inadequate," he said.

http://www.9news.com.au/national/2015/08/20/10/45/controversial-western-sydney-mayor-unrepentant-about-plans-to-reduce-size-of-already-sold-units

The controversial western Sydney mayor dubbed "groomzilla" is unrepentant about his plan to reduce the size of off-the-plan apartments he has already sold by over 35 percent in a move that could net him an extra $45 million.

Deputy Lidcombe Mayor Salim Mehajer plans to redesign one of his property developments in the Auburn council area, adding eight flats to each floor of the eight-storey development.

The new units will be sold for $720,000 each, earning a reported additional $45 million for Mr Mehajer if the entire building is sold.

"The Vendor has exercised its contractual right to replace the draft strata plan in accordance with the new development consent."

One couple who paid a deposit on their $600,000-plus apartment in May have seen their 150-square-metre home reduced to 94 square metres.

Another investor told The Daily Telegraph he had bought a "dog box" after his 148-square-metre apartment was reduced to 92 square metres while the price remained the same.

However, the statement clarified that people who had the size of their apartment reduced could opt to pull out and would receive a full refund.

The flamboyant politician declined to comment on the development and directed questions to his lawyer, who issued a statement defending the re-development and attacking "largely false and or misleading" media coverage.

"They can investigate all they wish, I've got nothing to hide. I'll do everything I can and I'll do it the right way because I've got nothing to hide."

Auburn councillor Greg Cambell who moved the motion to investigate Mr Mehajer said "The [Local Government] Minister should investigate what happened here, the enormous disruption, the context in which it happened, the context of a explosion of narcissism which a lot of people found offensive".

Up to 100 of Mr Mehajer's supporters packed the Auburn Council chambers yesterday with Cr Campbell, calling them a "rent a crowd" and saying "There was something coming close to a ... personality cult."

"I don't think that the people in the gallery were representative of the Auburn community.," he said.

But the legal woes are not yet over for Mr Mehajer with police seizing a replica gun that he used in a promotional video for his wedding.

He reportedly faces charges after a member of the public complained that someone was brandishing a gun, possibly when the wedding video was shot.
