Thank you for the welcome. I'm very happy to find a place of like minded individuals who by-and-large reject message board drama, at least that's what I observe as a first impression.

Your arguments concerning salubrious living are sane and reasoned, and suggest that you've done a measure of thought on the subject. However, I have found that I am able to eat fairly salubriously on a budget of about $10 a day (I'm pretty poor, even more or less homeless at the moment). I also lift heavy weights nearly daily and find that avocados, nuts, and other foods of this sort meet my protein needs. For me, it was more of a matter of continually educating myself, reading Arnold Devries and Herbert Shelton, practicing food balancing, and continually striving to upgrade my existence that took me from the typical modern diet to where I am today. Not that I don't sometimes fail to stick to it, either, and I would have argued against raw food vegetarianism even a year ago before I set my mind to it.

And it's not to say that I'll fail and change my mind in the coming days. This is merely my opinion now, and I'm going to walk this path as far as it will take me and hopefully be wiser for it. Like you, I'm not fully convinced, but I'm striving in that direction.

Well, I appreciate your comments, they've given me things to think about. Since this has ceased to be an introduction and is more of a thread about salubrious living, I'll cease to elaborate and instead, thank you again for your reply.

Hello. I am a new member of the forum, after having today become aware of its existence. I live in Missouri and discovered Creativity after hearing it mentioned on Tom Metzger's radio program four years ago. I ordered Nature's Eternal Religion and The White Man's Bible from the Illinois Creators, and bought the book Salubrious Living some time later.

I am incredibly thankful that this religion exists, and have Creativity to thank for straightening out both my mind and body. Because of NER and WMB, I cast off all remaining ties to Jewish Christian religious influence (which weren't that strong to begin with), became proud of my racial heritage, and can see what the events of history are leading to (namely our extinction). Because of Salubrious Living, I stay away from modern foods and chemicals and I am nearly a vegetarian now; I no longer need corrective lenses or have foot pain after following its instructions, and I sunbathe, exercise, and fast regularly.

I really just wish to say "thank you" to Ben Klassen for all his work, and to all of you for keeping his vision alive. I am very glad that I came across Creativity while I was relatively young and when it could make a lasting impact on the rest of my years. I have never known another Creator online or in real life, and look forward to reading your posts and responding when I have something to say. I'm not certain what I have to offer except for dedication and zeal, but I will do my best to contribute to Creativity and the White Race now and throughout my lifetime.
