Final Note: I'm a smoker, I've tried to quit. I've come closest using the "Patch" but I always end up failing.  I'm switching to the E-Cig.

I've never smoked. I think it causes lowered sperm count and birth defects. Anyhow as a Creator and memeber of the elite I always (like the SS used to say) have to be "combat ready." Even though I'm getting old now I can still walk twenty five  miles in a day with a 25ib rucksack. Just wish I could run faster.

Those are benefits of Nicotine as a substance. Not benefits of smoking.

I smoke.. have done since I was 16. I tried to give up loads of times, but it was always half arsed, as the truth is I don't actually want to.
I use hand rolling tobacco, and even manage to source some unadulterated 'home grown' plants. A completely different smoke to the chemical enhanced stuff sold to us in shops.
I also smoke a pipe, in fact that would be my main 'smoking' in the evening.. again, a different kind of smoke to cigs etc.
Guys, we have a natural countdown clock that start ticking as soon as our Father's seed meets with our Mother's egg. When the clock meets zero, we pass on (unless the clock is usurped by an unseen bus or something).

On a side note.. I know the Ireland dealer for those e cigs, and I have used them a few times (A flight from Belfast to India being one), and they work a treat. That said, I couldn't wouldn't stop smoking my pipe or hand rolled for them full time, unless it became impossible to actually grow my own.
