This is exactly what should happen when countries knowingly expatriate their known criminals and insane to the good ol' U.S.  Castro did exactly the same in the early 60's by emptying his jails and loonie bins.  And naturally the far-left democrats loved it.  It was an opportunity to lash back at 'redneck' White America, while weakening it at the same time.

It didn't take long after Donald Trump's announcement of huge retaliatory measures for another nation's government to cave to his demands.

It has been confirmed that Colombia initially approved the flights before they took off, only to change its mind abruptly. Shortly after Mr Trump's announcement, the Colombian government said it would send its own president's plane to repatriate the migrants in question - a move that has been interpreted as Colombia "caving".
