Support for an Indigenous Voice to Parliament has dropped by 5 per cent in a month with Yes voters in every state except Victoria sitting at less that 40 per cent

RedBridge director Tony Barry believes the Yes campaign's decision to closely associate itself with Qantas and outgoing CEO Alan Joyce has harmed its cause.

'Attaching your campaign to a toxic brand like Qantas and one of the most disliked CEOs in the country might work if you are pitching your message to the members of the Chairman's Lounge, but in suburban and regional Australia it goes down like a cup of sick,' he said.

The Redbridge survey's results were similar to that of a Freshwater Strategy poll taken last week which found 59 per cent of respondents planned to vote No when undecided voters were excluded.

With the undecided included, it found 50 per cent of voters planned to vote No compared to 35 per cent who planned to vote Yes with 15 per cent still debating.

Both polls also found Coalition voters were very likely to support Peter Dutton's No campaign while Prime Minister Albanese had lost favour with Labor voters.

Only 57 per cent of Labor voters surveyed by RedBridge said they planned to vote Yes in the referendum while Freshwater reported only 53 per cent.

Mr Barry said the Yes campaign is 'now in freefall'.

'The Yes23 campaign keep briefing the media that they are taking their campaign to the suburbs and regions but then they pivot back to media stunts with corporates, celebrities or former senior politicians who previously opposed it,' he told the Telegraph

The crisis support helpline for First Nations Australians, 13Yarn, says it's been flooded with calls for mental health help because of the surge in racism.

'The added stress from the Voice is overwhelming that community,' said Marjorie Anderson, national manager of the hotline, said calls had increased by 108 per cent in the four months since the campaign started.
