Remaining Salubrious With Anger & Hatred: Could Use a Bit of Advice/Help

Hello everyone.

As some of you may know I have been attempting to live as salubrious as possible. This has been my first real attempt at trying to change my lifestyle. The only real problem I have run into so far has been in dealing with my anger and hatred. I am 21 years old and I have heard it is natural for men my age to be angry but I feel like it is consuming me. It's not just hatred for the Jews but also for all the stupid people and my ancestors who sat by and let this country decay and be taken over. I just can't seem to get over this or even use it effectively (outside of the gym that is). I know that it is natural to feel this way towards my enemies but I feel hate towards members of my own family not to mention all the brain-dead whites out there.

I am hoping that some or one of you has been through this and can possibly give me some advice on how to control this or at least subdue it. Keep in mind I have only been "awake" since ~Jan 08. I am new to all of this so perhaps with time my feelings will fade? I really could use some help here. The past year I have had ways to temporarily deal with these feelings but in trying to stay in line with salubrious living I was forced to discard them.

Please, Brothers and Sisters, help me out here. It's impossible for me to talk about this with my family or friends (they could never understand) and could really use your help.

Take up some type of martial art. Do what feels comfortable for you. Most Creators prefer boxing. Then you can practice at home on your own bag. Perfect your technique. Listen to what your instructors tell you and read books about 1920's style and back boxers. Try their styles and compare them. Develop your own technique.

Secondary to that, you may try to put your anger into words on paper or computer. After a year of exercising (morning and evening) and writing, I was doing a hundred and fifty sit-ups and squats, thirty chin-ups/heaves, twenty push-ups and bicycling long distances each day, and I'd developed my own style of writing which I continue to improve on.

I would be pissed too if I was your age.  My generation failed to stand up, to provide a better world for our children and children's children.  They are just now figuring out that someone sold them a bunch of worthless paper in exchange for a lifetime of hard work.  We Creators know who that someone is, but most of our people are still afraid to admit it.

Being outwardly angry is the worse thing you can do, if you want to reach your family.  Stay calm and collected.  Improve yourself and show strength and courage.  People are attracted to those who appear strong in the face if adversity.

The young men your age are about to write the greatest chapter in the history of the White Race.   Nothing worthwhile will come easy, and it will not end neatly within a 60-minute TV drama.  I will be lucky to be still alive when the final Racial Holy War concludes, but I hope to be still alive to see the day come.

I cannot emphasize this enough - recruit, recruit, recruit!  Promote Creativity like your life depends on it (it does).  If you just look at the racial demographics, you will see that the White Race has 20 years, at best, to get its thinking straight.  Most likely, I will be dead and gone by then, but the young men your age will face hell on earth; worse than what the Whites are facing in Rhodesia and South Africa, if we Creators do not get our message out there.

Boxing is a great sport to release angry, plus it teaches you how to channel your energy.
I walk my dogs and chat with like minded people.
Talking about whats going on, producing action plans does help in spreading the message and giving your passion an outlet.

Thank you all very much for the replies. Tons of great advice that I will definitely take to heart.

As far as I can tell the one good thing about the hate and rage I am feeling is that I have been able to hide it fairly well. I have never been out of control in front of family and friends. Even when my mom told me that she wouldn't look into any of the information I have been giving her because it might change the way she feels about her two best friends (One is a jew and the other is a hispanic). Obviously this type of thing frustrates the hell out of me and is what has set off the latest waves of hatred (Not towards my mother but towards the system in general). Every time I see some whigger or a beautiful white girl with a nigger it enrages me. This is also the case when encountering jews. I know that what I am feeling is natural and also very useful but as far as turning this energy into the useful type it is going to take some time.
