You must be a customer to use it. I went to a "Jack in the box" . A white chick was fighting with the Beaner staff over using the loo. I gave her my receipt but the staff still wouldn't let her use it. She tantrumed and stormed out. The Beaners said too many bums and junkies make a mess of the toilet and they get tired of cleaning up.

Back in the 80's and 90's I'd been lured into two unrelated job interviews where at the end of each interview I was told I would not be getting the job because I did not speak Vietnamese/I was not suitable for the predominately Asian workforce/They only hire Asians. The first interview I was young and naive and left shocked; the second I was angry and spat in the bastard's face for wasting my time.

... But yes, racially categorised job advertisements are considered to be criminal in Australia, UNLESS it is for Anything-But-White. Typically it's Aboriginal Australians, Muslims and so-called Refugees in general that are targeted, but advertisements do stretch to target all races except for White Australians. With Whitey, it's a case of WHITE PEOPLE NEED NOT APPLY.
