IGGY Azalea has waded into the controversy surrounding Beyonce's "Becky with the good hair" lyrics, accusing the superstar of making a racial slur.

The Australian rapper took to Twitter and accused Beyonce of using hip-hop slang white women might find offensive, noting the name Becky is a "racist" term often used to describe a generic white girl.

Iggy wrote: "done ever call me a becky [sic]." Ironically, she used the name in her 2012 tune, I Think She Ready.

She added: "you would not be down if i started calling all black men 'deshawns' ... do you know how many time ppl [people] have called me BECKY? it didn't have any kind of positive intention behind it (sic)."

The Fancy singer retweeted some of the responses to her thinly-veiled attack on Beyonce, and added, "generalizing ANY race by calling them one sterotypical [sic] name for said race. i personally done think is very cool, the end ... I done care. Done call all asian women 'ming lee' done call white women 'becky' done call black women 'sha nay nay' [sic]."

But Iggy concluded her series of tweets by insisting she was a big fan of Beyonce's new album, Lemonade, which was released on Saturday.

AZEALIA Banks has had yet another furious foul-mouthed rant online — this time directly aimed at pop star Sia after she criticised her for sacrificing chickens.

Extract: The Sun reports that the rapper, 25, who shocked the internet on Friday by posting a video of a bloodstained room she uses for "witchcraft", was left utterly infuriated by a Twitter post by Sia, 41, who called the vid "the wackiest s*** I've ever heard".

An enraged Azealia responded in a now-deleted Instagram post: "And your ugly pasty dry white lady winter skin face is the ugliest fave (sic) I've ever seen that must be why you hide it all the time.

"HAVE SOME F*****G RESPECT FOR MY F*****G TRADITIONAL AFRICAN RELIGION YOU POMPOUS WHITE B****."

The Instagram rant comes a few months after Banks was involved in a confrontation with another Aussie star after she accused Russell Crowe of attacking her and calling her by a racial slur at a party. However, several other witnesses including the Wu-Tang Clan rapper RZA refuted Banks' version of events, saying that she was the aggressor.

She followed the message with a note offering to "make a salve for that chapped face of yours" and ominously remarked: "Don't you ever in your pompous white life ever fix your stupid chapped face to say anything sideways about my religious beliefs or practices. This is your first warning."
