Iceland is a beautiful place, no doubt about that, and it is a big place.. but unless this Global Warming thing hurries up, the chances of being self sufficient are slim. Also, it is VERY expensive.. I was only there for 48 hrs the last time I was there, and a pint of beer cost me about £7

It is very rare for me to talk to people who have been to Iceland. I think it is possibly the world's most pure, whitest nation.I'd so love to visit there to see their viking festival and their amazing nature. I do understand it is in darkness several months of the year a freezing.. but it'd be an experience.

Is the place still broke though? So in your time there what did you get to see and experience?

It isn't broke, as they decided not to play the banker game, and told the banker to go fuck.. their mess, they sort it or go broke. I think they had a recession for a couple of years, but are now growing again.
I think they thing about Iceland that I enjoyed was the people's genuine freedom.. you know when you are out in the middle of no where, not a sinner to be found for miles.. just you and what is around you? That kind of freedom. They are confident in themselves, and are stronger after the international banking mess.

A few things though, the last time we were there, and it was only a 2 day trip, we did see some negros and a few arabs.. so they have even reached there, but I don't think the numbers are anything significant, and I didn't come across any 'love in' kinda stuff.

So I take it you were in Rejekjavik? I have never met anybody that is Icelandic, apparently it has a population about the Size of Canberra in Australia and that isn't large at all. Would you say the people are mainly Scandanavian stock or Russian stock?

I guess it is a politically correct nation, but as far as being and unspoiled nation goes... it is the least spoiled with non white vermin?

Actually, a large part of their genealogy is Irish, being that they invaded and stole loads of women a few hundred years ago. So Scandinavian/Irish would be right.

Wow! I never knew the Idelandics stole Irish women to take back there. I do know Vikings settled on the west coast of Ireland, was it these people that "stole " Irish women and took them there?
