Yes, but they have tried to come after us before and failed. While this is not exactly a win, it is something we can add to our legal arsenal. It is general public religious, political and social discrimination, not forgetting discriminating against our wrongfully perceived criminal records. What is allowed to be said about us, we can say about the conniving Jew, the primitive and savage Muslim, and the primative Abo. They can even try and do to Creators as they did to Doctor Toben, but unlike the good doctor, we will not go quietly. HREOC has shown itself to be a discriminatory organisation that has no authority over White Australia. We set the rules, not HREOC or any other shadow government, pseudo authority.

I'm a prime example of the church's ability to forgive mistakes. Years ago I left the church with a variety of objections. While I fervently and sincerely disagreed, I didn't insult the church, or its officers or clergy.

Later on, I realized the error of my ways and was welcomed back into the fold. Today I'm an ordained reverend and hold office in the church. The church is far more tolerant than the present political system.

Exactly Brother. And that is the reason why you are accepted today. Scott on the other hand has shown a side we cannot accept. You'd think he'd learn!

This is what we are looking at with the vilification of Creators as criminals and Creativity as neo-Nazi. Of course, the winners in the case shown below are politically correct filth from the third world that have an open and undeniable hatred of White Australia, but are protected at every turn. However, if we are neither criminal nor neo-Nazi and the media cannot prove it, then it remains vilification - religious and or racial, depending on the style of the article and the race of the author. And of course, if we do not fight back using these methods - the very same methods that work so well that cause fear in the White professional community, then we deserve to lose this racial war, because merely bitching in secret and pumping iron alone while waiting for the rivers of blood to flow will not win the war!

Jones made to pay $10,000 for racist comments

Almost a decade after a "hateful" diatribe, broadcaster Alan Jones has been ordered to pay damages.

Controversial Sydney broadcaster Alan Jones has been found guilty of racial vilification and ordered to pay $10,000 to a Muslim community leader.

The ruling, by the Civil and Administrative Tribunal NSW, comes almost a decade after Jones read out a letter from a listener on 2GB referring to Lebanese men as "vermin" who "infest our shores".

This led to complaint from Keysar Trad, who at the time was the head of the Lebanese Muslim Association.

While the tribunal did not accept (nor reject) Mr Trad's assertion that the letter was written by Mr Jones or a member of his production staff, it ruled that there was "no doubt that Mr Jones endorsed the views of the correspondent".

It said the broadcast "used contemptuous and hateful language".

"He portrayed Lebanese males as criminals and as not only ungrateful, but as posing a threat to the Australian community," the tribunal said.

"The words, in context, urged or stimulated listeners to hatred or, at least, serious contempt of Lebanese males."

It rejected the suggestion that the broadcast served any public interest purpose, ruling that it was "gratuitously insulting and offensive".

"It is simply not reasonable to malign and denigrate Lebanese males in general in the context of discussing a particular incident involving a small [group] of Lebanese men."

The broadcast followed a segment on A Current Affair depicting offensive behaviour by young men at Brighton-Le-Sands and in Hickson Road near The Rocks, including mocking Anzac Day.

Mr Jones told his audience that "these people announced themselves as Lebanese Muslims", although he and 2GB later acknowledged that "no one on the A Current Affair program referred to the Lebanese males as Muslims".

The tribunal said there was no doubt that Mr Jones' broadcast would have influenced the views of a significant portion of his audience.

"Mr Jones is one of the most powerful and influential radio presenters in Australia. It can be inferred that an ordinary member of his audience respected and tended to agree with his views."

While 2GB said that Jones had received training, which covered racial vilification, the tribunal remained sceptical.

"The evidence is very general and does not satisfy us that Mr Jones has received professional training in relation to what does and does not amount to racial vilification," it said.

Mr Trad said the broadcast had made him fearful for his safety, as well as that of his family and Muslim community members, particularly women.

But the tribunal said the effect on Mr Trad was "not a matter of him being targeted personally, but because of his membership of the Lebanese community".

"Given that the evidence reflects a relatively mild level of loss and damage, a low award of $10,000 is appropriate."

All Alan Jones did was dare to say what everybody really thinks about Lebanese people. They are "Vermin" who do infest our shores. We never were asked if we wanted them  here! Our White Australia policy was defiled to allow them the right to be here!

The Lebanese are hell bent on making a state inside a state here and then using their religion to make demands with, such as to make the singing of Christmas songs prohibited in school. Not to mention bullying people in the community who aren't of their faith.
