A NIMBLE young boy has sparked a police chase and is still on the loose after stealing and dumping a car before fleeing on foot in Bellamack this morning. 
 
Northern Territory Police Duty Superintendent Louise Jorgensen said the alleged offender appeared to be about 13 years old.

Sup Jorgensen said the teen had stolen a car then dumped it at the "entrance to Bellamack" around 10am on Sunday.

A lengthy foot pursuit ensued with the boy jumping fences and eventually outrunning police.

"Police have located the stolen car and we're looking for (the boy) in Palmerston," Duty Supt Joregensen said.

"(He lead officers on) a foot pursuit and went down an alleyway between Temple Tce and Rilston Ave."

"He was jumping fences and went towards the Chung Wah intersection towards Moulden."

The boy hasn't been sighted since.

Sup Joregensen said the boy of Aboriginal appearance was wearing blue shorts and a grey shirt.

"He was seen going into the new housing estate in Bellamack and took his shirt off," Duty Supt Jorgensen said.

A teen girl, 16, was allegedly viciously assaulted and robbed by three girls after getting off a bus in Darwin's northern suburbs. 
 
Police are calling for witnesses in relation to the alleged assault on Sunday afternoon.

Senior Sergeant Mark Stringer from Strike Force Trident said the victim was waiting for her bus at the Casuarina Interchange at around 5:30pm when she was approached by three female youths who verbally abused her.

"The victim then caught the number 12 bus where she was assaulted by one the females, before exiting the bus on Patterson Street, Malak.

"It was alleged she was followed by the same three females from the bus and struck to the back of the head, knocking her to the ground.

"She was then repeatedly kicked and punched before a passer-by pulled over to assist.

"The female youths fled the scene with the victim's backpack and mobile phone.

"The offenders are described as being of aboriginal appearance, thin build and aged between 13 and 15-years-old.

"One of the offenders had dyed blonde hair and was wearing a light blue and white striped shirt and shorts.

"Police arrested a 15-year-old female and charged her with robbery in company".

WHEN DOES IT STOP?!
Bloody Abbos! Pricks that  roam around the place while their folks are on the sauce down the park not taking accountability for their ferral boong kids!

If anything , the parents told them to go out and mug people to get $ to pay for their booze as their basics card won't allow you to buy that!

A DRUNK man stabbed a kebab shop worker in the hand with a pen when she refused to give him a free meal, and rocked up at the police station demanding to be arrested when he breached his bail. 
 
Darwin Magistrate Michael Carey yesterday told Bradley Green: "You got your wish.

"This is your fourth assault conviction – that woman didn't deserve what happened to her.

"You acted like a pork chop in the police station."

Green, a long-grasser (ABBO BUM) in Darwin, admitted aggravated assault and disorderly behaviour in a police station.



Defence lawyer Tom Kaye said his client was previously given food on credit (guess who always goes around begging for free sh1t???) – which he had paid back – by the kebab shop worker's father, and "got cranky" when she refused to do the same.

He grabbed a pen from her uniform and stabbed her in the hand. Mr Kaye said his client was sorry for the assault.

Green was given court bail with a condition not to drink alcohol last month.

On Monday night, his partner threatened to dob him in for getting drunk so he rolled into the city cop shop and made a scene. Green was convicted and jailed for three months

A "SHY" boy kicked a man in the head because he was intimidated by new friends who urged him to punish the victim for being racist, the NT Supreme Court has heard. 
 
Rick James Dermody died about a week after the savage bashing at Casuarina Square.

The court heard he spat in the face of a young man who was apologising for a previous altercation.

He called several boys – who were among a crew of about 15 teenagers – "black c***s".

The accused, 18, was a youth at the time and can't be named.

He admitted a charge of recklessly endangering serious harm to Mr Dermody on October 28, 2013.



Defence lawyer Beth Wild said her client, raised on Elcho Island, was in Darwin for the first time since he was a small child when he fell in with Zachary Wurramarrba, 18 and another boy, now 17.

"Both of them encouraged him – they said 'this guy's being racist, you got to kick him'," Ms Wild said.

"He is very shy ... he was scared of them."

Prosecutor Paul Usher said the 17-year-old youth, who remains in detention, would plead guilty to violent conduct causing death – a charge established to close the gap between assault and manslaughter.

It carries a 16-year maximum jail term.

Wurramarrba is expected to admit aggravated assault.

The pair allegedly bashed Mr Dermody before the accused kicked him in the head.



Nobody else was charged.

An autopsy revealed Mr Dermody, 39, died from blunt head trauma. He suffered a stroke, broken jaw and busted arteries.

Ms Wild said her client had been remanded in youth detention and adult prison for a total 255 days.

He was yesterday released on strict bail to spend three months in rehab while a pre-sentence report is prepared.

He is not accused of causing Mr Dermody's death.

Justice Judith Kelly told the victim's daughter and ex-partner, who were present in court, the accused would get a longer sentence than his eight months on remand but the balance may be suspended.


Well they were "black c*&^s" and they had no right to gang up on him, beg and rob him, then belt him up! poor little shy coon boy! oh no ! they could never do any wrong!

If the races were reversed, it would be called a HATE CRIME! The charge would either be manslaughter or murder -  depending on what the prosecution thought they'd get away with; especially after riling up public opinion. Minimum sentence: 18 years with no parole.

I am totally appaulled! This white man was a target as he bought booze from the shop above the carpark where the coons lay in wait for him. They ganged up on him, robed him and belted him up.. as he departed the scene the coons then tried to "apologise" seemingly for robbing him and belting him up and them smashed him again to kill him for being angry and calling them a mob of "black C*nts"!

... All this from a "shy" little boy who was only trying to make friends as he was new to Darwin.. Aww poor little coon boy!

WHAT THE HELL!? Now there is a young girl without a dad!
