This piece of "news" is many decades old. It's a well-documented historical fact that BOTH sides administered stimulants to their troops to combat fatigue and increase alertness as warfare isn't a 9-5 job, and days of days of fighting tend to be, well, a little wearing. An historical fact, but hardly news. What is it with the Daily Mail (UK) and its tiresome fascination for these regular - regurgitated - Hitler/Nazi "revelations".

It's a relatively well know fact that the Germans, as well as other Nations such as Japan, used stimulant. It is important to keep in mind that the "stimulants" used by the Wehrmacht would not have the same affect as drugs found on the street today.

I saw that story, i noticed that the DM has run an anti-german/ anti nazi article pretty much everyday or months. It shows the power of The White racial idea that the jews feel they have to constantly denigrate Germany/ The German Army/ National Socialism 70 years after the event. The day will come when it is obviously ridiculous and of no interest to the public whatsoever. Relative to the story it probably was true but if the jews can exagerate or throw dirt they will. Personally i doubt the stimulants were used that often as they can cause kidney damage and it would be counter to National Socialist doctrine to harm your own.
