Child rapist to be beheaded, crucified

A SAUDI court of cassation upheld a ruling to behead and crucify a 22-year-old man convicted of raping five children and leaving one of them to die in the desert, newspapers reported today.

The convict was arrested earlier this year after a seven-year old boy helped police in their investigation.

The child left in the desert after the rape was three years old, Okaz newspaper said.

International rights groups have accused the kingdom, the birthplace of Islam, of applying draconian justice, beheading murderers, rapists and drug traffickers in public.

So far this year about 40 people have been executed in Saudi Arabia.

In Saudi Arabia, crucifixion means tying the body of the convict to wooden beams to be displayed to the public after beheading.

I'm studying Islam (amongst other things) at the moment in my capacity as a Creativity Reverend and there are some very interesting aspects to Sharia Law. For a start I am convinced that Islam is being maligned by the Jewish media. Infact there are aspects of sharia that were in Anglo-Norman Law in medeival times.
In fact I think if most White people were properly aware of Sharia they would mostly approve of it. For a start Sharia Law curtails Jewish power. We've all seen how Jews dominate Law, the legal profession, make and use loopholes, rig juries, plant Judges, give unfair judgements etc. This cannot be done under Sharia because victims families and local communities have power to decide the punishment. Can you imagine that in the USA. All niggers would be hanged and the society would segregate to make sure they got local justice- that is why Islamic societies are so tribal and clannish.

Yes, there are many aspects of Sharia law that are a lot like pre-Norman, Saxon law in England.

And like medieval law, if someone with influence says you are guilty, then you are guilty. The evolution of law in England from Saxon laws to the travesty of justice we have today began as an effort on the behalf of the Normans to institute a system of governing authority over the conquered Saxons. They began by making the townspeople responsible for the death of any Norman in their region. Secondly the Normans compiled the Doomsday Book and instigated travelling judges. This meant that the punishment could be suited for the man rather than the crime with the Norman governing authority knowing precisely what each man owned and therefore the Normans could fine a person or a family for crimes committed or imagined.

Those travelling judges over generations attempted to maintain a consistent book of laws which has grown into thousands of books and is known today as English Law. It is they that brought in concepts such as judgement by a jury of one's peers. It is modern politics that has dispensed with one's peers and replaced them with a jury of the politically correct.

Corrupt judges in their own way were just as much of the old world as they are the new, and they are part of Sharia law today. No criminal justice system is beyond reproach. In fact, I would go as far as to say that there is no justice, just Creativity.
