I saw part of this concert live in an Adelaide pub on a screen as big as a wall!

Somebody in the crowd at the pub commented that "It's nice that an old White Man's band has an Asian as a drummer."

Another responded saying, "That's an Islander Bro!"

I said, "Well, it's nice that Rose Tattoo has a pet."

They threw me out.

Just joking. Never happened. I have never seen a screen that size.

The comments? Yeah, that and handing out CREATOR CARDS are why I'm banned from most of Adelaide.
Even got banned from the local Hells Angels claimed pub near my home once upon a time.
@P.M.JoeEsposito wrote their Adelaide clubhouse a letter and I returned with no further problem.

What are Adelaide pubs and clubs like? To paraphrase The Ancient Mariner:

Jimmy was the singer in Cold Chisel. He is a Scottish born PRETEND Jew who went on to breed a couple race mixed kids.

Every year GMH had a Xmas show that rivalled the Royal Show in Adelaide/Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane. It was only for the families of GM workers. Holden's families.

Scotland and Wales are not the only Celtic parts of Britain. England's Anglo-Saxons are only at most 20% genetically Germanic. That leaves 80% Celtic by modern DNA tests. In other words, it was the culture and language that changed for what became England - not the people.

You can extrapolate that to America, Canada and Australia. Then take into account more Scots and Irish moved or were shipped to the Colonies as rebels, and interbred with the English Colonists. Most Americans and Australians tend to declare that they are a mix of English, Irish, Scottish and French or German. Think about that you supposed partial descendent in the direct line from of Asterix the Gaul and his Brythonic shag, and judge your family's pedigree for yourself.

I am told that in all fairness, I should say what I am: I'm just Scots. That's it. I was born in Australia of two Scottish Highland families of Scots. You may indeed be a mixture of English, Irish, Scottish, Flemish, Froggy and Fritz, but I'm just Scots. In that oh-so lyrical Glaswegian of my Granny, "Get it up ya!"
