Just as I was coming to the end of repairing the forum after a database failure caused at my end by a power outage right at the wrong moment, one of my blinding migraines kicked in. Most of the time I feel fucked for the rest of the day/night and several days after. This time I've got the hangover type feeling combined with a tingling energy. It's not new, but I haven't felt that in years. And I hate it! And the moment I stand up, I have rotten head-spins. This one is unorthodox for me, but it's a really good one. I've become to compliant with my usual migraines feeling as if someone is kicking me in the head every minute or so.

Anyway, so here I am at 5am my time. I'm tired, dizzy, I can't sleep, but as long as I sit at my desk, I'm fine. And that is why I'm watching videos on YouTube. This latest is about the SLR/FNFAL and its history.

When I was in the army, I used two 20 round magazines taped together in training (nobody else did that), until I found out that I could use the 30 round from the fully automatic version - so I acquired a couple of them. A spotlessly clean and freshly painted 20 round magazine for parades, and two 30 round magazines for going bush or on a task.
