DETECTIVES are investigating after two unknown males unlawfully entered a home in Ludmilla and assaulted a 37-year-old woman.
The incident occurred at around 9.50pm on Thursday September 26. 
Police said the first male is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, approximately 40-years-old, 170cm tall with a medium build, short messy wavy black hair and thick eyebrows.   
He was wearing a white t-shirt with black writing on the front, long black pants and black runners. 
The second male is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, approximately 40-years-old, 170cm, of a  medium build with a mono brow, a thin black moustache, shoulder length orange hair and a thick scar on the right side of his face.   
He was wearing brown tracksuit pants, a black or grey t-shirt and dark runners.

A JUDGE has questioned the "wisdom" of an Australian government system that pays a $750-per-fortnight disability pension for alcoholism while sentencing a man who smashed his partner's skull open with an axe following a night on the drink.
Jonah Roberts has been sentenced to four years and nine months' jail with a non-parole period of two years and six months' jail for the brutal attack on his partner of two years in Katherine on January 15.

Roberts and his partner were arguing before he threatened to lift her into a ceiling fan that was spinning overhead in a Callistemon Drive home. He then punched her in the chest.
     The NT Supreme Court heard the woman picked up a small, wooden-handled axe and used the flat side to hit Roberts in the side of the head to defend herself.


"This gave you a small cut and some swelling," Justice Kelly said during the sentencing.

She said Roberts then punched his partner in the head, knocked her down and kicked her in the chest before picking up the axe and dragging her by the hair to the front yard.

"You looked her in the eyes and you said, 'look at me'," she said.

"Then you raised the axe with the other hand and, while you were looking her in the eyes, you swung it downwards with force.

"The impact of the axe caused a large cut above her left eye that penetrated her skull - the blow caused her skull to fracture across her head. She felt immediate pain and was obviously incapacitated."




The victim was flown to Royal Darwin Hospital with life-threatening injuries. She received titanium plates and screws to fix the bones back together.

MEMBERS of the public have helped police nab an alleged 16-year-old thief who stole goods valued at over $100,000.
Strike Force Trident cops found the 16-year-old boy inside a house at Moulden, in Palmerston, about 1.45pm yesterday.
Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Stringer said the alleged thief bolted from the scene and police officers who gave chase arrested him on Bonson Tce with the help of members of the public.
The youth had allegedly nicked gold jewellery, car keys, a laptop and other electronic items when he broke into a house at Anula.
Police have recovered most of the stolen goods.
The boy was refused police bail and charged with aggravated unlawful entry of a dwelling, two counts of stealing and beach of bail.



You can bet it was an Abbo being in those areas.

Watch commander Siiri Tennosaar says the group of four youths was disturbed three times last night before robbing a house on Jarvis Street, getting in through a window and stealing a camera and a music player.

IN 2010, Ernest Munda of Fitzroy Crossing in Western Australia killed his common law wife of 16 years, with whom he had four children. He was sentenced to prison for seven years and nine months, with a non-parole period of three years and three months.

The taxpayer funded an appeal to the High Court that his sentence was too harsh. He claimed that the Court of Appeal of Western Australia failed to have "proper regard" to his personal circumstances as a "traditional" Aboriginal man. In particular, "an environment in which the abuse of alcohol is endemic in indigenous communities", was not taken into account.

The High Court knocked him back. The court reiterated that while a person's background could play a part in mitigation, it needed to be "weighed by the sentencing judge". At present, judges have discretion, but in future, if Aboriginal culture is recognised in the Constitution, do not be surprised if the likes of Ernest Munda get lighter sentences...

The "experts" who advised the Gillard government, recommended, among other things, "respecting the continuing cultures, languages and heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples". This inclusion will increase the likelihood of a "Munda appeal" succeeding.

Just so the foolishness of the cultural recognition proposition is understood, here are the facts of the Munda case.

Munda and his common law wife were drunk and Munda had used cannabis. The pair argued. Munda punched his wife, threw her about the bedroom and repeatedly rammed her head into the walls. Munda "caused the deceased to fall on to a bed mattress". He then stood over her and repeatedly punched her in the face. The next morning, Munda had sexual intercourse with his wife. He then left the house to get some tea. When Munda returned, his wife was dead...   Earlier in 2009, Munda was also sentenced to six months' jail, suspended for 12 months, for common assault upon his 13-year-old niece and the ex-partner of Munda's sister.

This is a sick culture. And it is a weak society that pays for this person to go to the High Court of Australia to attempt to get less than three years and three months in jail for his horrific crime. Politicians and Aboriginal leaders who want you to vote to change the Constitution to make it possible for the likes of Munda to spend less time in jail should be ashamed.

These cases are not rare. In 2005, a "traditional" man who anally raped his 14-year-old promised bride was convicted to 24 months for "assault and unlawful sexual intercourse", which in effect had him released after one month. The Court of Criminal Appeal of the Northern Territory heard the appeal and marginally increased the sentence.

Sitting in the old man's settlement of Yarralin for sentencing, Brian Martin, then chief justice of the NT Supreme Court, made the following sentencing remarks to the convicted man. "I accept that these offences occurred because the young child had been promised to you. This is not a case where you simply sought out a young child for sexual gratification ... I have a great deal of sympathy for you and the difficulties attached to transition from traditional Aboriginal culture and laws as you understand them to be, to obeying the Northern Territory law." That's the way it works with these sub-human filth. If they are caught, they are either given a slap on the wrist or the charges are dropped; and the charges are definitely dropped if you happen to be White and Proud ... or at least have the balls not to crawl up the nigger's arse crying for forgiveness when it screams "WHITE SUPREMACIST!"

A 24-YEAR-OLD man, allegedly responsible for throwing tools at passing cars in Coolalinga, is to appear in the Darwin Magistrates Court.
Detective Senior Sergeant Annette Cooper said the man became intoxicated at a premises along the Stuart Highway on Sunday night and allegedly assaulted a 24-year-old man.
"It is alleged the offender then armed himself with a large wrench and a screw driver and walked out into the Stuart Highway and Virginia Road intersection," Det Snr Sgt Cooper said.
"The wrench was thrown at a passing Ford Falcon, puncturing a front tyre and causing damage to a front panel.
"The man allegedly threw the wrench again, this time at a passing Toyota Hilux, causing significant damage to a front right panel.
"Police allege the man then ran towards an oncoming road train whilst armed with the screw driver.


"Police attended a short time later and arrested the man, still armed with the tools."
He was arrested and has been charged with serious harm, endanger occupants of a vehicle and armed with an offensive weapon at night.
He was remanded in custody to appear in court today.



Hmm who in Darwin would get drunk and throw stuff and cars? Coons throwing stuff and passing cars is a national sport for them.
