What about just bill posting the fliers on public property where nobody will be upset? You know?:- bus shelter, lamp post, power box, street crossing pole, Mail box, litter bin, the backs of road signs. You can put bondcrete in the adhesive so it is a very laborious task to remove. You'd need tools to do it all. Put some sharp stuff in the adhesive like swarf from metal grindings so they'll get some splinters if they use their fingers.

Flyering is doing no permanent damage.

Right to appeal? When it comes to made-up laws, nobody has the right to appeal. And still, even if caught trespassing is all it's ever going to be, then it will be detention in a local police cell over the weekend before fronting a judge who sticks him with an extortionate fine - with the proceeds going to Black is Bogus or whatever fraudulent Civil Wrongs outfit they can make up.

Still, it could be worse. Unlike America, in Australia it's a Hate-Crime for just being White in a designated non-White area because non-Whites may feel offended by the mere presence of White people in the vicinity.

In fact, if attacked in Australia by non-Whites, it is an offence for a White to do anything other than immediately hand over their smokes and other valuables, lie down on the ground and wait to be kicked in the head repeatedly until the non-White feels better.
