That Australian Army Tattoo 88 - I was in a support role for that. Being a Transport Storeman, I could not knock off each night until the last truck was in and any needed repairs were complete, so all would be ready to begin again at 7am. I frequently knocked off at 5 and 6am. And if the Mechanics didn't bother to tell us that they'd finished, then we kept working until 7. Then I'd go back to the barracks and run into some upstart pimple faced officer bitching at me at 7am for not being shaved and standing by my bed in a fresh uniform.
