New "Police Commissioner" Demands Blackout On Crime Stats

Barely a week into his new job, and Bheki Cele, recently appointed National "Police Commissioner" [in the stead of that other career criminal and mobster Jackie Selebi] is now demanding an immediate moratorium on crime statistics. Seeing that our regular correspondents and ANC regime apologists insist that crime has shown a dramatic year on year decrease, one is mystified as to why the Marxist regime would want to dump crime stats down the "memory hole". Surely they've had massive successes with their country-wide crime docket fraud of the past few years and would want to flaunt the new,  improved crime stats for all the world to see ?

Not that one could expect any better from Cele. This mud is indistinguishable from the worst ZANU-PF africoons from up north. In his stomping ground of Natal, he races around in his blue light convoy, forcing innocent motorists off the road and screams racism if anyone dare confront his heavily-armed[which are useless] gang of mud heavies. A White motorist filmed the mud convoy racing around at speeds in excess of 160km/h. Some months ago, this stupid mud chimped out at some ANC / IFP party conflict, waving around a gun and threatening to shoot people. He also instructed the cops to open fire on IFP members.

In another incident, he rocked up at the scene of a hit and run accident involving a drunken buddy of his. A White cop at the scene explained to him that the BMW X5 belonging to one mud "Prince Zulu" had fake plates which belonged to a Toyota, not the BMW. In spite of this, Cele chimped out as only a jungle mud can, and demanded that the White cop [Capt. Shane Spilsbury] allow the drunken driver [who jumped a red light] to leave the scene with his falsely plated vehicle.

Formerly the "MEC" for Safety and Security in Kwazulu-Natal, Cele oversaw a massive jump in deaths[47% from 2007 to 2008] while in detention. Complaints against "police" brutality soared, putting the Natal provice sixth out of nine provinces on this issue. While I am all for using deadly force when dealing with mud scum, I am also acutely mindful of the uniformed criminal mud scum disguised as "police" officers. These rapacious savages need only the slightest excuse to reach for their guns, and especially so if you happen to be White.

Numerous cases abound where SA "Police" and Metro cop boons would pull over White motorists and summarily execute them, such as the case of the White motorist in Vereeniging / Vanderbijl Park shot by a Metro mud and witnessed by a passing White motorist, and another case in Kempton Park, where a drunken Metro mud shot a White 20 year old woman in the head at point blank range, for daring to ask him to move his vehicle and unblock a driveway at a night club.

So if you think Selebi was a bad-ass, wait till you see what's in store for SA with this new yard mud - you ain't seen nothing yet. Cele is a backward stone-age mud with a penchant for wearing panama hats and serious bling-bling. He is also a former terrorist, or at least claims to have been a member of the ANC's murderous ragtag bandits who bravely attacked unarmed women, school children and defenceless electrical pylons [anything and anyone who couldn't shoot back]. Cele is nothing but yet another typical africoon warlord - a stupid, arrogant mud with massive chips on each of his sloping shoulders, his filthy thieving black paws in the pockets of White tax payers.

The Democratic Alliance has called on the new national "police commissioner" Bheki Cele to retract his statement calling for a moratorium on issuing crime statistics. According to Dianne Kohler Barnard, the DA's police spokesperson, "It quite frankly beggars belief that just a few days into his new job, the police commissioner would make such a blatantly politically motivated and completely counterproductive announcement, and the commissioner must re-evaluate his stance on this matter right away."

On SAfm's After Eight Debate, Cele said he supported a moratorium for three reasons. Firstly, criminals use the statistics, and "If you don't release, it gives you the better edge to fight the crime". Secondly, Interpol and other countries that might be South Africa's peers in Central and South America only release statistics periodically and "nobody releases stats there of crime at all for a very, very long time". Thirdly, the statistics would be used for "political bashing". Kohler Barnard pointed out on Monday that if the statistics showed crime falling, the ruling party would be happy to flourish them. If the figures show crime rising, the police would "rightly come under criticism".

She mocks the idea that statistics can be used by criminals to plan crimes. "What evidence is there that criminals use annual crime statistics in the planning of crimes ?" she asked. "In particular, it is frankly inconceivable that rates of crime for the entire country, sorted into broad categories, could ever be used by criminals to their benefit. How many would-be murderers consult the SAPS Crime Statistics booklet to check up on the annual murder rate ? The DA challenges the police commissioner to elaborate on this claim, and provide concrete examples of where this has been the case".

She added that if it turns out that a few categories can be used by criminals, this is not a good reason for failing to release the vast majority of data that could clearly never be of any use to criminals. Kohler Barnard asked which Interpol study Cele is referring to, and how could a study that advocates periodic release of crime statistics possibly support his calls for a moratorium ? In addition, there is a wealth of evidence to support the Democratic Alliance's view that real-time updates and monitoring of crime statistics would be of significant benefit to efforts to fight crime, she said.

In a snap survey of Latin American countries, the DA found that Colombia, Costa Rica and Uruguay have all recently released statistics for 2008, and that some stats for the early part of 2009 are also already available. "Is Mr Cele's behaviour that of a non-partisan police official, or a deployed cadre from the ANC's National Executive Committee ?" Kohler Barnard asked. "State institutions can only be held accountable when they act in a transparent manner. In the case of the police service, it is essential that crime statistics are released on a regular basis, so that the public and civil society groups can assess, on an ongoing basis, how its government is performing".

Going Down In Flames

In this mornings Beeld newspaper, a Prof Deon Scott, of UNISA, foresees that the likelihood of municipal service delivery crashing completely is closer than many SAns think. The Treasury has recently made public a report that the total debt owing to some 283 municipalities amounted to a staggering R50,4 BILLION. He says the debt train has built up so much momentum that it is going to be difficult to stop. In addition, there appears to be lack of political will to collect the arrears, and if it does not change, municipalities are going to have much more difficulty.

So what is happening ? Simple. Niggers are not paying their way and the ANC councillors are crap scared to start legal proceedings against them. To top that off, there are too few Whites to carry this massive burden. Johannesburg metro is at the top of the list with R9,1 billion, followed by Ekurhuleni R6,8 billion and Cape Town, with around R4,5 billion. Tshwane (Pretoria) owes R3,4 billion. They will aply for finance to the tune of at least R700 million because it could not pay Eskom and Rand Water in July.

Scott says even in a large city like Pretoria the danger lights are flashing. Also service delivery is getting worse, especially when considering the 2010 projects. The Treasury reckons municipalities expenses are going to exceed their income soon. Now couple this with the culture of entitlement displayed by our nignog brethren. Already they are being given free water and electricity - up to the first of so many liters/watts you pay nothing and no rates if your property is worth less than R150,000.00.

But they demand "free" houses ! And they are getting them but not fast enough to make them happy. What is a free house ? There aint no such thing. The occupant is not paying for it, because the gubbermunt is giving it. Using whose taxes ? Sooner, rather than later, there will be problems. Is it not weird that the ANC got a perfectly functioning first world infrastructure and within 15 years this infrastructure has become totally dysfunctional ? Connect the dots my friends.

SACP Leader Chooses Top Of The Range Car As Ministerial Vehicle

The reply to a DA parliamentary question has revealed that the Department of Higher Education has purchased a new R1.1 million BMW 7501 for "minister" Blade Nzimande.

It is not insignificant that Nzimande is also the General-Secretary of the South Africa Communist Party (SACP). Speaking in this capacity, in June this year, and endorsing the principles and values behind Nelson Mandela Day, Nzimande stated : "...Nelson Mandela Day must also be a re-affirmation of the values he has come to represent[whatever that is !?!] - that of social solidarity, selflessness, dedication, equity and fairness ! It is through the consistent inculcation of these values that we can roll back the greed, corruption and selfishness of capitalism".

Two months later he has approved over R1 million for a luxury car, for his personal use - which is self-indulgent, unnecessary and extravagant. So much for rolling back the greed and selfishness of capitalism. It appears that only the very best will do for the leaders of the working class. In fact, when set alongside his recent comments, Minister Nzimande's purchase of this vehicle gets to the heart of what is wrong with this ANC government and its alliance partners. The ANC cannot understand the connection between the behaviour - or, more accurately, misbehaviour - of its public representatives, and the lives of ordinary South Africans.

When a minister spends R1-million on luxury vehicles, that is R1-million less that can be spent elsewhere. Remember, this is the self-same minister who recently berated our leading academic research institutions for having too much money (which is was both technically wrong and principally wrongheaded). One wonders how many graduates R1.1 million could produce ?

If these masses (the proletariat) becomes educated, and rich, they won't need the Communist state to look after them. The aim of Communism is to "STAY IN POWER FOREVER". They therefore have to keep the people dumb and hungry. That is why they introduced this dumbed down education system with Outcomes Based (mediocre) Education that makes Apartheid Bantu-education look like a utopian system. That is why they want to get rid of all the White farmers who feed all the people of South Africa.

Take "Dr" Bonginkosi Emmanuel "Blade" Nzimande, General Secretary of the SACP for instance. He earns two salaries. One as "minister of Higher Education" and one as general secretary of the SACP. He lives in Emerentia, an upmarket Johannesburg suburb and has several luxury vehicles. With the ANC 12th congress in Port Elizabeth (2007), Comrade Blade, flew down every day and hired a Mercedes Benz. Sounds more Bourgeoisie to me than Communist.


"Communications Minister", "Minister" Siphiwe Nyanda, just spent R2,4 million on two Top range cars as well as R148,000 on accessories that includes cruise control at R22,500, a rear-seat entertainment system costing R23,000 and a rear-view camera and lane-change warning system for R35,800. Yesterday Nzimande's spokesperson and spin doctor, Ranjeni Munusamy said the "minister's" vehicle was bought to avoid high rental costs. She said Nzimande "bought the vehicle at a discount price with extra features already fitted. It was within the range of their car allowances. Other excuses were measures to strengthen and increase his security. This included the provision of a car that is able to meet such requirements and respond to the needs of his diary," I am surprised they did not add he needed the car to help the poor.


"Basic Education Minister" Angie Motshekga who spent a fortune on a BMW 730D worth R874500 and a Range Rover Sport worth R809692.


"Science and Technology Minister" Naledi Pandor, who bought two 2009 Mercedes-Benz ML350s worth R1,4million and fitted with R150000 of extras, including metallic paint, command navigation, media interface, DVD player and private glass.


Free State "Premier" Ace Magashule also made headlines with his recent purchase of a R1,3million Mercedes- Benz S600. He blew a further R9,7million on 10 Mercedes- Benz S500s for his MECs.


So now you know where your White SA Tax money is going ... to help the poor !?! The sad thing is that mud masses will rather march through White areas when on strike, smashing and burning everything in their path ... not realising that they are cheated out of higher salaries by their own "ministers". What they should be doing is to visit these "ministers" at home !!! Can you imagine !

80 Ambulances Worth R48 Million Disappear  

The Emergency Medical Services in Limpopo are in a fix – after 80 of its ambulances have disappeared without a trace. This damning allegation will form part of an internal investigation into whether Bim Kerupashad, manager of EMS, and head of administration services Herbert Phaahla sold the ambulances and pocketed the money. The two men were suspended three months ago over allegations of financial mismanagement.

In 2007 the province bought 100 new ambulances at a cost of R60million. But 80 of the ambulances have since disappeared. But an administration official said yesterday it was "still" investigating the disappearance of the ambulances and would not comment further. Spokesperson Selby Makgotho said the fact that the two officials had been suspended meant the department could not comment.

The department's policy requires that ambulance drivers book the vehicles in the morning for their trips. The drivers then register the vehicles on their return and are not allocated specific vehicles. "The two suspended men ruled EMS with an iron fist. They were untouchable and took decisions and brooked no opposition ," said a source.  Another source said that one of the implicated officials, who earns a salary of about R191000 a year, which translates to about R16000 a month, owns "three luxury cars". The official apparently owns a BMW, a Mercedes-Benz and a Discovery.

Minister's Hotel Slurge

Mud Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa has spent 17 days living in the presidential suite of one of Cape Town's most luxurious hotels, accompanied at various times by five policemen and two departmental officials, racking up a bill for taxpayers of about R235 000. The niggers stay at the five-star Table Bay Hotel was over a period of weeks during May, June and July this year while his official residence was being renovated.

The total cost of his accommodation - the hotel usually charges R25 000 a night for its presidential suite - was just under R85 000, suggesting a special deal was made. Over the 17 days, Mudthethwa's bill for meals came to R5 843 and he spent R630 on drinks. Other costs - including tips, laundry, valet services and phone calls - came to R2 227. Deputy mud Police Fikile Mbalula - whose residence is also still being renovated - spent a single night in the hotel. His spokesman, Paena Galane, said last night the mud had moved out of his superior/luxury room because he was uncomfortable about the high cost. His night cost R3 569.

Mudthethwa could not be reached for comment on his cellphone last night. His spokesman, Mud Mulaudzi, said he had relayed questions from The Star to an official in Mthethwa's office.
Details of the minister's lavish accommodation emerged late yesterday in a written reply to a DA parliamentary question. It revealed that three constables - presumably responsible for Mudthethwa's protection - two police inspectors and two department officials spent between two and 11 nights at the hotel in rooms described as superior/luxury.

"Minister's residence renovations" was the reason given for the stay in each instance. The combined total of nights spent at the hotel came to 66. Of the three constables, one stayed for 11 days at a cost of R26 000, another constable spent 11 days at a cost of R24 000 and the third spent two nights at R4 700. The two inspectors spent 11 days and seven days respectively at a cost of R24 803 and R29 201, while the two departmental officials spent four nights at a combined cost of R19 000.

The combined total for the rooms, meals, drinks, tips, laundry and valet services, and phone costs came to R234 902.67. DA shadow police minister Dianne Kohler-Barnard said the minister's stay at the luxurious hotel was a slap in the face for the average South African. "His decision to do so constitutes an act of complete self-indulgence, at a time when the economy is suffering and the government is trying to cut back on fruitless and wasteful expenditure," she said.

Kohler-Barnard said Mudthethwa had not taken heed of "president" Mudzuma's message, contained in his State of the Nation address, to reduce waste and to "cut our cloth according to our size". Galane said: "He (Mbalula) had a problem being accommodated at that hotel. Ever since that time, he has moved out of any expensive hotel at his own request." The nigger added that when Mbalula goes to Cape Town next week, he will be booked into a reasonable hotel in the CBD.

Details also emerged yesterday of Mbalula's new official vehicles. He has spent a total of R1,6 million on a BMW 740i and a Mercedes-Benz ML 500 for his Pretoria and Cape Town offices. Mbalula's new cars come with a host of extras valued at R84 000. Galane said his boss had done everything by the book in buying the vehicles. He added that Mbalula would return the vehicles if the cabinet decided he should do so. [yeah right, and the moon is made of cheese cake !]
