A Perth resident has taken aim at property investors who are flocking from interstate and jacking up rent and house prices for locals.
The frustrated local revealed their rent had increased by more than 50 per cent over the last year-and-a-half and that they had been frozen out of the property market.

The increase has had a flow on affect with renters with residents seeing a median increase of $80 a week - with some being slugged with much more.
The outraged Perth local took to social media to tell others not to move to the city as his rent has increased by $260 a week in just a year-and-a-half.
Having initially paid just $350 per week for the Perth rental, the resident blames property investors for the total $610 he now forks out every week.
'I earn good money but house prices coupled with everyday expenses doesn't allow me to save enough to buy a home,' he wrote on Reddit.
'I have friends who have made offers but investors are out bidding them every single time (by $50,000-60,000).'
The local then took aim at the increasing cost-of-living impacting Aussies, saying 'health care is no longer bulk billed , food is stupidly expensive, same with fuel and services ... WTF are we meant to do?'
The post caught the attention of locals who chimed in, many of which claimed it stems from a number of issues such as housing supply and immigration.
'Immigration is one issue, absolutely, but the main cause to all of this is the lack of housing supply,' one user wrote.
'Perth - and practically the entirety of Australia - don't have enough tradespeople to build enough housing at a decent rate.'
'We have enough supply for owner occupiers, just not enough for for both them AND all the investors,' a second wrote.
'If they could drop the demand on using property for investment then the demand drops and the supply we need to provide would reduce.'
Another said Perth was starting to lose its charm as a slower, quieter and more suburban city.
'No insane traffic in the morning, basic expenses weren't through the roof (though inflation has def contributed to this), and the overall atmosphere was nice and slow-paced,' they wrote.
Having lived over east in the past, it scares me that Perth is slowly turning into Sydney or Melbourne.

The Judaic media has been bombarded the gullible public with their Christinsane Bible Stories all week.
I saw one, and started to watch it. I wanted to see how they'd put their "FALSE PROPAGANDIST SPIN" on the filth, and degeneration of the actual biblical story as written in their hokey - I mean "Holy"
book.
Anyway, it was the story of Sodom and Gomorrah. Lot and his wife with his incestuous daughters (who rape their own lush of a father) yet he's supposed to be the ideal example of a "Righteous Man". HA!
Needless to say, Jewish Hollywood omitted the filth, depravity, and perversion of that story as told in THEIR bible. It's as they do with all their stories, because 99% of the public is too lazy to actually read the book for themselves, and too stupid to even understand what's written in that book, when its spelled out for them.
People see that sanitized, or sanitation version, and that's what they believe, because that's all they know.

Watching Orange is the New Black. Tolerable garbage. At least it's meant to be a comedy - and I can Fast Forward.
Now to Reality: I spent time in Military Prison. Not much I can say about that other than THE SILENCE. So when CREATORS phone me from prison, all I sometimes hear is the HOOTING of the APES.

Alice Springs' youth curfew will be extended for a further week, as authorities hail the "encourage results" from an initial two-week ban.
Northern Territory Chief Minister Eva Lawler said the extension to April 15 would mean the curfew would last throughout the NT's school holidays
"We've seen very encouraging results with introduction of the youth curfew," she said.
Imposed on March 27 when the NT government declared an emergency following escalating violence in the red centre, the curfew bans anyone under 18 from entering the Alice Springs town centre between 6pm-6am without a valid reason.
It was originally intended as a "circuit breaker", but Lawler said it was important for the town not to lose momentum.
"We're taking a common-sense approach to improving community safety in Alice Springs," she said.
"Work is being done right now to ensure that the community is prepared for when the curfew ends and we continue to have a strong presence from police, Territory Families and the Department of Education."
Tuesday's announcement follows a meeting of senior NT bureaucrats on Monday to discuss extending the curfew, which had been due to end on Wednesday.
School holidays tend to see an influx of young people into Alice from surrounding communities.
Police Minister Brent Potter said police would continue to work closely with Territory Families and other agencies once the curfew was lifted
The initial 14-day curfew was imposed as part of an emergency declaration to quell a conflagration of violence in the desert town.
Rising tensions were inflamed by the death of an 18-year-old in a fatal car accident in early March. He died after hanging out of the window of a stolen car that rolled over in the Alice Springs CBD and was left there by the driver and passengers.
Hostilities between families exploded when a large group attacked the Todd Tavern, leaving a $30,000 damage bill.
Brawls continued later in the night as family members mourned the death, with up to 150 people clashing in town camps. Police made several arrests and seized more than 50 weapons, including spears, axes and clubs.
Lawler called the emergency declaration the next day, imposing the curfew and deploying an extra 58 police officers to the town.
South Australian police officers will also be sent to Alice Springs to support their NT counterparts.
The NT opposition called on the government to extend the curfew until the end of April and give police more teeth to hold parents accountable.
"The curfew can't just be a drop off service, forcing our police to run around in circles," shadow treasurer Bill Yan said.
"It has to be a curfew with consequences."

Police Minister Brent Potter said police would continue to work closely with Territory Families and other agencies once the curfew was lifted
The initial 14-day curfew was imposed as part of an emergency declaration to quell a conflagration of violence in the desert town.
Rising tensions were inflamed by the death of an 18-year-old in a fatal car accident in early March. He died after hanging out of the window of a stolen car that rolled over in the Alice Springs CBD and was left there by the driver and passengers.
Hostilities between families exploded when a large group attacked the Todd Tavern, leaving a $30,000 damage bill.
Brawls continued later in the night as family members mourned the death, with up to 150 people clashing in town camps. Police made several arrests and seized more than 50 weapons, including spears, axes and clubs.
Lawler called the emergency declaration the next day, imposing the curfew and deploying an extra 58 police officers to the town.
South Australian police officers will also be sent to Alice Springs to support their NT counterparts.
The NT opposition called on the government to extend the curfew until the end of April and give police more teeth to hold parents accountable.
"The curfew can't just be a drop off service, forcing our police to run around in circles," shadow treasurer Bill Yan said.
"It has to be a curfew with consequences."
