All too often White kids be they teenagers or young adults are being bashed for their money or are simply being beaten up because they are White, most violence towards Whites is committed by the various mud races. So Whites need to learn how to fight! learning to fight is both a basic human instinct and a human right. Training in a fighting system will increase confidence, fighting defence skill & general fitness that will help contribute to a tougher healthier body & sound positive mind for the White man.

Never be afraid niggers, niggers are well known to intimidate but they lack overall fighting skills and rarely train in martial arts.
Winning a fight comes down to skill and attitude.

So what style should a White Man choose first?

Boxing is first port of call, making use of the fists as 90% of fights involve punching. Ideal training time in Boxing would be 2 x 1hr lessons per week for 3-4 months in order to become effective with the basics of boxing in a real fight.

The Second recommended style would be French Savate (a form of kickboxing) as kicking can be effective when taking down a thick headed mud, ideal training time would be 2 lessons per week for 1-2  years to achieve good skill in Savate.

And the 3rd recommendation would be grappling in either Greco Roman wrestling or Aikido.

These styles are good for defence grabs and throws should a mud latch onto to Whiteman or his wife.

Training time for grappling would 2 lessons per week for 1-2 years to gain a degree of practical skill.

As with any martial art training ensure your participants are in good health and your trainers are accredited with experience. Don't sign up for contract lessons, keep it pay as you go by the lesson.

If you have kids encourage them to start training at the age of 11 or 12.

Be sure participants take their training seriously and explain to your kids that the skills they learn need to be taken for real, training with aggression is a good thing as it toughens the mind as opposed to those who train with fantasy mind set and get their asses kicked a real situation.

Adults are fine to start anytime. All Whites have a duty to survive, so start training!

Hello, Yes the courses are worth while checking out, ideal for school leavers, unemployed people, prisoners or ex prisoners or those already working & wanting to up skill and gain qualifications.
A person will need access to the internet & dedicate a couple of hours of week to succeed.
I recommend all White people take advantage of this in order to achieve knowledge and skill that will enable them to earn a living and hopefully outclass and perform better than muds & asians all of whom are stealing White man jobs. Remember knowledge is power!
