From page 8,

QuoteThe Five Fundamental Beliefs of Creativity
To be memorized and repeated as a sacred religious ritual
by every Creator five times a day.

Based on the Eternal Laws of Nature, History, Logic and Common Sense
we Creators believe:

1. WE BELIEVE that our Race is our Religion.

2. WE BELIEVE that the White Race is Nature's Finest.

3. WE BELIEVE that Racial Loyalty is the greatest of all honors, and
racial treason is the worst of all crimes.

4. WE BELIEVE that what is good for the White Race is the highest
virtue, and what is bad for the White Race is the ultimate sin.

5. WE BELIEVE that the one and only, true and revolutionary White
Racial Religion -Creativity- is the only salvation for the White Race.

To the fulfilment of these Religious Beliefs we Creators forever pledge
our Lives, our Sacred Honor and our Religious Zeal.

Fulfilment should be fulfillment.

I know it's a small thing but I figured its good to catch these before they possibly get printed up.

Paleontologists brought to tears, laughter by Creation Museum

by Britt Kennerly – Tue Jun 30, 9:40 am ET

PETERSBURG, Kentucky (AFP) – For a group of paleontologists, a tour of the Creation Museum seemed like a great tongue-in-cheek way to cap off a serious conference.

But while there were a few laughs and some clowning for the camera, most left more offended than amused by the frightening way in which evolution -- and their life's work -- was attacked.

"It's sort of a monument to scientific illiteracy, isn't it?" said Jerry Lipps, professor of geology, paleontology and evolution at University of California, Berkeley.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20090630/ts_alt_afp/scienceusreligionevolution_20090630134058

"Like Sunday school with statues... this is a special brand of religion here. I don't think even most mainstream Christians would believe in this interpretation of Earth's history."

The 27 million dollar, 70,000-square-foot (6,500-square-metre) museum which has been dubbed a "creationist Disneyland" has attracted 715,000 visitors since it opened in mid-2007 with a vow to "bring the pages of the Bible to life."

Its presents a literal interpretation of the Bible and argues that believing otherwise leads to moral relativism and the destruction of social values.

Creationism is a theory not supported by most mainstream Christian churches. (huh?)

Lisa Park of the University of Akron cried at one point as she walked a hallway full of flashing images of war, famine and natural disasters which the museum blames on belief in evolution.

"I think it's very bad science and even worse theology -- and the theology is far more offensive to me," said Park, a professor of paleontology who is an elder in the Presbyterian Church.

"I think there's a lot of focus on fear, and I don't think that's a very Christian message... I find it a malicious manipulation of the public."

Phil Jardine posed for a picture below a towering, toothy dinosaur display.

The museum argues that the fossil record has been misinterpreted and that Tyrannosaurus rex was a vegetarian before Adam and Eve bit into that sin-inducing apple.

Jardine, a palaeobiologist graduate student from the University of Birmingham, was having fun on the tour, but told a reporter that he was disturbed by the museum's cartoonish portrayal of scientists and teachers.

"I feel very sorry for teachers when the children who come here start guessing if what they're being taught is wrong," Jardine said.

Arnie Miller, a palentologist at the University of Cincinnati who was chairman of the convention, said he hoped the tour would introduce the scientists to "the lay of the land" and show them firsthand what's being put forth in a place that has elicited vehement criticism from the scientific community.

"I think in some cases, people were surprised by the physical quality of the exhibits, but needless to say, they were unhappy with things that are inaccurately portrayed," he said.

"And there was a feeling of unhappiness, too, about the extent to which mainstream scientists and evolutionists are demonized -- that if you don't accept the Answers in Genesis vision of the history of Earth and life, you're contributing to the ills of society and of the church."

Daryl Domning, professor of anatomy at Howard University, held his chin and shook his head at several points during the tour.

"This bothers me as a scientist and as a Christian, because it's just as much a distortion and misrepresentation of Christianity as it is of science," he said.

First, a bit of background and information about myself.

I am a very tall person. 6'11 to be exact. I'm not trying to brag I just hope this explains my weight and perhaps even some of the reasons I do certain exercises or eat a certain amount of food.

With that said I would also like to give a bit of my background. Obviously, due to my height, all throughout high school I was pushed to play basketball. For me, running around on a court with a bunch of niggers trying to throw a ball in a circle didn't really appeal to me. Never the less the need to "fit in" and be accepted was overwhelming. Because of this I joined the Freshman team my first year and had a decent time. Most of my teammates were white and by then I was already well aware of how niggers act. After that first year I just wasn't into it anymore and ended up quitting.

Fast-forwarding (My high-school experience is a WHOLE different story) a few years of sitting behind the computer playing games and my weight had gotten WAY out of control. I believe at this point I was about 360-370 with very little muscle mass. Somehow I was able to shake myself out of the funk I was in and I started to get back in shape. This went great and in about a year and 1/2 I was dropped down to 260-270. At this point I was still basically your typical American. I cared about sports teams, played a ton of computer games, ect. This is when I was first introduced Ron Paul's Presidential campaign and politics in general. Up until this point I had had zero interest in the subject. I won't bore you with the details of my awakening except to say that it was VERY VERY hard on me physically as well as emotionally. Waking up to the corruptness of government and the treasonous monetary system run by the Federal Reserve was a hell of a lot to take in and it had a tremendous effect on the progress I had made in weight loss.

This pretty much takes us to today. After finding Creativity and its holy books I felt like a great weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. All around me I was reading and learning about how horrible and hopeless things were and in Creativity I had stumbled upon actual solutions to the problems. The more I read the more I agreed with Klassen's overall message and theme. It just made sense to me. The past few months have been a huge effort on my part to get the first part of the basic creed of Creativity, a sound mind. I now feel I have a good grasp of the overall situation and how we must deal with it and from here the next step is clear. I must attain a sound body.

I chose my new avatar because I feel it fits in line with my current thinking. It is way past time to create myself.

With that introduction done I would like to lay out my goals. My current weight is somewhere between 340 and 350. By the end of July I would like to be somewhere near 300. By the end of Sept I am shooting for 250.

I would also like to point out some of my Pre-Salubrious symptoms, both mental and physical.

Headaches
Easily overheated
Acne (This was much worse as a teen but I still have some issues)
Lethargic and/or Very low energy output
Depression
Inability to focus
Obviously a higher risk for diseases like diabetes and cancer.
Shortness of breath and low endurance (My current "mile" time is about 12 minutes)

The Plan (Week 1):
Weightlifting 3 days.
Cardio every day. Total miles for this first week will be 10.
A strict adherence to all natural and raw foods.

I will add more details regarding diet, workout plans, and mileage in my bi-weekly posts.

That's about it for now except for one quick question.
*If anyone has advice on to how I should include fasting please let me know. I haven't done as much reading on the subject as I would like but my current plan is to try a one-day a week fast.

The purposes of this thread are three-fold. Firstly, to document my experiences while making the switch from typical American diet to a fully Salubrious lifestyle as stated in WMB on pages 60 and 61.

Quote
What do we CREATORS understand by Salubrious Living?
Briefly we can spell it out in a few dozen sentences.

1. We believe in living in accord with our human biological
heritage and in harmony with the Laws of Nature.

2. This means eating fresh wholesome food in its natural state as
Nature has given it to us. It must be uncooked, unprocessed,
unpreserved and not tampered with in any other way. This further
means it must be organically grown, without the use of chemicals.

3. Availing ourselves of a clean, wholesome environment — fresh,
unpolluted air; clean water; and the beneficial therapy from the
direct rays of the sun, every day.

4. Some form of strenuous physical exercise several times a week.

5. Rest and relaxation, both mental and physical, including sound
and efficient sleep.

6. A form of recreation that is gratifying to our sense of
accomplishment.

7. A sense of purpose, security and confidence to fuel our goals for
accomplishment and living the good life. We must have goals and
we must be motivated.

8. Deliberate self-mastery of our life and our work.

9. Gregarious living within the framework of our CREATIVE religion,
our White society and social intercourse with our White Racial Comrades.
We are social animals.

10. Healthy expression of our sexual instincts.

11. Living in a pleasing and healthful environment.

12. We do not believe in the use of any "medicines", drugs or
chemicals as having any healing or therapeutic value. In fact, all
medicines, drugs, narcotics and chemicals are poisonous and toxic
to the human body. Furthermore, and for the same reason, we do
not believe in the use of vitamin, mineral, or enzyme supplements,
nor the use of artificial food coloring, preservatives, nor refined or
fragmented foods.

13. We strongly believe in the practice of fasting as the best
means of ridding the body of accumulated poisons and toxins. We
are convinced that fasting is the most natural and effective means
the body has of overcoming all forms of disease, and restoring
itself back to health.

14. Living in, and promoting a eugenic White society. This means
that we take particular care in not only assuring the perpetuation of
our precious White Race, but we take deliberate care that the
misfits are culled and that each generation advances to higher and
more salubrious levels, physically, aesthetically and mentally.

My second reason for starting this thread is to hopefully inspire others to become Salubrious with my results and experiences.

And lastly this will serve as a great motivator for myself. You all are some of the few people I still respect in this world and to shame myself in front of you all would be much worse than the cravings and other side-effects of breaking away from the diet I have followed my entire life.

Luckily, I am 21 years old so it is not as if I have spent a lifetime with these habits but breaking from them is very difficult all the same.

A couple of quick notes before I begin:
Please feel free to post suggestions, criticism, and anything else. This thread is not just for myself but I hope will help others.
I will be taking/keeping photographs of myself throughout this process for a sort of Before and After type of thing but I will be waiting to post those until a later date.

That's about it for my introduction post. Thanks for stopping by. Please check back as I will be attempting to update this at least bi-weekly with progress and results.

Add that to this article written by a Jew on a Vanity Fair article and one starts to get an idea of the Jewish presence in all the influential areas of America.
Quote
Feel The power

By Joseph Aaron

I just can't help it.

This kind of thing gives me a big thrill. And a big chill.

It's not that often that you find the entire state of Jewish life today encapsulated in one place. So when you do, it's worth taking note of and learning from.

The place of which I speak is the October issue of Vanity Fair magazine. Vanity Fair is one of the most fascinating magazines around, one that every issue features an amazingly eclectic collection of articles, from the very serious to the complet ely frivolous.

Indeed, while the October issue features such stories as "How $9 billion in cash vanished in Iraq;" "Inside Bush's bunker;" "How the Media Gored Al Gore in 2000;" and more, the cover features Nicole Kidman wearing a sailor cap and opening her shirt to reveal her nautical necklace and her brassiere.

Vanity Fair is nothing if not on the cutting edge of where society is and is going. Vanity Fair is definitely not a Jewish publication.

And yet, in this one issue, it tells us more about the Jewish world as it is today than any lecture or book or class out there.

It does that in two ways.

The first is its annual list of what it calls The New Establishment, the 100 most powerful, most influential people in American society.

What is absolutely amazing, stunning about the list is how many Jews there are on it. Jews make up about 2.5 percent of the U.S. population so there should be two or three Jews on the list.

Guess again, bubeleh.

The list of the Vanity Fair 100 includes, get ready, 51, yes 51 Jews.

Minimum.

I say 51 because that's how many I'm sure are Jewish. There may be others on the list who are Jewish but who I don't know are Jewish and whose names are not obviously Jewish.

But let's say I got them all. That means that more than half the names on the list of the 100 people who are the most vital to this society are Jewish. And this is a list that includes Apple's Steve Jobs and Oprah and Bill Clinton and Warren Buffett, to name a few of the few non-Jews on the list.

That is absolutely nothing short of astounding.

Talk about us being accepted into this society, talk about us having power in this society, talk about anti-Semitism being a thing of the past, talk about Jews no longer needing to be afraid to be visible and influential.

And it doesn't stop there.

The magazine also has a separate list of what it calls The Next Establishment, younger people it believes destined to make the big list some year soon.

Of the 26 names on that list, 15 are Jews. That I'm sure of. 15 of 26. More than half.

And it doesn't stop there.

The magazine also has a separate list of what it calls The Pit-Stop Club, those who have made The New Establishment list in the past but who didn't make it this year but are fairly certain to make a comeback in a future year.

Of the nine names on this list, eight are Jews. Eight out of nine. Don Imus is the only non-Jew on the list.

I mean, it's just unbelievable.

This is a big country with lots and lots of very talented, highly educated, tremendously motivated people. And no one has its finger on the pulse of the people who make this country what it is more than Vanity Fair.

And when it came time to pick the 100 who most move and shake things in America, more than half-more than half-are Jews. And on the list of those who will one day be on that list, more than half-more than half-are Jews. Not to mention that almost 100 percent of those who were on the list and are poised to make a comeback are Jews.

Tells you so much about the place of Jews in this country, about the amazing people Jews are.

That's something we should never take for granted, something we should always be blown away by, feel very, very good about.

Instead, however, the Jewish world is so much about kvetching and worrying.

When will we learn to fight fights that matter. When will we learn not everything needs to be made a big deal of. Not everything we don't like is a threat, indeed some of the things we don't like only become a nuisance because we make a big deal out of it.

We are powerful, very powerful. We play a major, pivotal role in the life of this country. And yet we are always acting like scared little mice on the verge of annihilation.

And if you think how we are doesn't have consequences, please look at something else in this Vanity Fair issue, something that also tells us much about Jewish life today.

There is an article in the magazine called "Talk of the Town." It tells the story of the intense rivalry between two of the most powerful men on Wall Street, Henry Kravis and Stephen Schwarzman.

Both, as you may have guessed, are Jews. Both are at the very top of the private equity world, which is where the financial action is these days. Both control tens of billions of dollars worth of assets.

The first thing that struck me about the story is what jerks both are, each trying to top the other, destroy the other, outdo the other. Not to mention the abominable way that each treats their employees. Each acts in ways that are not very much in keeping with the teachings and values of Judaism.

That's sad, but that's not what got to me. What got to me is how much these two do, how much these two give, to all kinds of good causes-libraries and museums and hospitals and universities and on and on, all mentioned by name in the article. You read and see how much energy each puts into his charitable work, how much money each donates to charitable causes. Doing so, it is very clear, for the social status and clout it brings.

What is also clear is that it seems neither is involved in or gives to Jewish causes, at least not in any significant way.

That too tells you a lot about Jewish life today.

For they are not alone. The fact is that, as survey after survey has shown, most very wealthy Jews in this country do not give to Jewish causes. Certainly not the tens of million dollars they so eagerly give to a university or a museum.

The question is why they feel so little allegiance to their own community, their own people, why they so much look elsewhere to devote their resources and their energies.

I think it's because we have made Judaism such an unpleasant place.

Judaism has so many powerful people among us, as the Vanity Fair 100 list shows. We are such a part of this society, have such impact on this society and yet we're always unhappy, always feel victimized, always kvetch about this and that. It's always another Holocaust around the corner, there's always the next Hitler on the scene, Israel is always embattled, we're always worried, always scared, always sure the end is near.

Well, who the hell wants to join that little party?

Because we so squander all the good that has come our way, too many of us are simply opting to go their own way, to be part of things that don't involve guilt and neuroticism.

More than half those on the Vanity Fair 100 are Jews. And yet we don't feel powerful, indeed, the very fact of the list makes us even more nervous than we were before. Instead of being pleased and taking pride, we fret that it's not so good to be so visible, bad that the gentiles see how much influence we have. And so we take even an occasion for joys and make it one for oys.

Is it any wonder then that if we always make out that Jewish life, despite all evidence to the contrary, is a scary and dreary place, that those who have made it, want nothing to do with it?
