I don't know if i'm getting a bit of this now I'm pushing 50. It  could just be repetitive strain injury. I actually find it painful to type or do much computer work and it has kept me off line. I know I should fast and I do but it is difficult. I'm looking at gradual dietry improvement but I do generally eat healthy. My shoulder is the most painful. Any suggestions?

Interesting, I must do my own calculations. I think it most likely that the White Race will survive long term because of a natural disaster. Volcanic, climate, plague. when the chips are down in the brutal struggle for survival, that is when we do well. Civilisation and comfort kill us.

 I recently re read the Creativity Books in full. I remember one thing though I did not note it. It was that humans on the whole will automatically opt for escapism rather than reality. Escapism offers salvation without having to raise a finger and is the easy option. To deliberately choose the difficult option is a rare thing and reflects the difficulty Creators have in expanding their Religion compared to any number of shallow lying scams offering wealth, women, eternity, immortality etc.
With Creativity sometimes  it is like "Hi join our club, you can get fired, persecuted, jailed, ostracised, perish in the struggle for racial survival but have the satisfaction it all took place in the real world".
I'm afraid Creativity is only for the strong and the superior. With me its like I am a terminator robot and will not stop or quit ever.

I remember the troubles etc. I don't believe the truth about it will come out for a long time yet. The IRA had soviet financial backing that was pulled with the collapse of the soviet union. I'm fairly sure the IRA infiltrated up to the highest echelons by the British government and i also suspect that it had an Isreali involvement. Seems a long time ago now.
