Islamic terrorist Rakhmat Akilov has been beaten by another prisoner in his prison cell. The Stockholm attacker received a series of blows from a fellow prisoner in his cell, SVT Örebro reveals.

Illegal immigrant Rakhmat Akilov hijacked a truck on 7 April last year and ploughed it into pedestrians in a busy shopping district in the centre of Stockholm. Five people were killed and 14 others were seriously injured.

As a result Akilov was locked up and sentenced to life imprisonment in a bunker that is part of the maximum security prison of Kumla.

According to SVT, a former 24-year-old gang criminal was able to enter the terrorist's prison cell and he closed the door.

Then the terrorist was heavily beaten as "screams and slaps" were heard from the cell. The prison incident report says the 24-year-old gave "several blows" to Akilov when he was on the floor.

It is not clear how injured the Uzbek terrorist is and why the 24-year-old attacked him. Karin Eldbom, police lead investigator, can only confirm the receipt of a notice of threat or violence against inmates.

Akilov said during his trial that the purpose of his terrorist act was to kill as many Swedes as possible. He was illegally residing in Sweden and would have been deported from the country before he committed the attack.

Notorious Holocaust denier Ursula Haverbeck will remain in prison after Germany's Constitutional Court rejected her appeal on Friday.

Haverbeck, dubbed the "Nazi Grandma" by German media, is currently serving a two-year prison sentence in the city of Bielefeld after a regional court found her guilty of eight counts of incitement in May.

Germany's highest court reaffirmed on Friday that Holocaust denial is not covered under the constitutional right to free speech.

"The plaintiff's remarks fall largely outside the protective scope of freedom of opinion," the court wrote in a statement.

Holocaust denial 'disturbs public peace'

Haverbeck has been convicted several times in various German courts for denying the Holocaust, in which 6 million Jews were systematically murdered by the Nazi regime between 1941 and 1945.

She's repeatedly claimed that Auschwitz was "not historically proven" to be a death camp, claiming it was a labor camp instead. An estimated 1.1 million people were murdered at the camp in Nazi-occupied Poland; 90 percent of the victims were Jewish.

The court ruled that knowingly spreading falsehoods "cannot contribute to forming opinions" and therefore isn't included in the freedom of opinion. They also ruled that denying the Holocaust constitutes "disturbing the public peace."

Haverbeck has also been named as the leading candidate for the far-right Die Rechte party for the 2019 European Parliament election. Hundreds of demonstrators with Die Rechte protested for her release in May.

Downplaying Holocaust sometimes allowed

In a separate case on Friday, the Constitutional Court ruled in favor of a man who challenged a fine he was given for incitement over his remarks about the Holocaust.

The court ruled that a conviction for downplaying or trivializing the Holocaust is only legally valid if it can be proven that the statements posed a danger to public peace.

If public peace is not threatened, then a democracy must also be able to withstand "disturbing opinions," the court said.

The man in the case had been fined €3,000 ($3,479) in state court for comments posted online that both denied and downplayed the role of the German army in the Holocaust.

It was on this unfortunate day, twenty five years ago, that we lost our beloved founder, Bernhardt Klassen. Back on February 20 this year, I wrote an article on his 100th birthday, celebrating both the occasion and his life's accomplishments. Now, I want to take the time to remember the man that gave us all the higher calling in serving our race.

I do, however, wish to state that I am glad he did not prolong his suffering. His wife had died and he was suffering from cancer. His life was not dominated by some flimsy Jewish creed that encourages you to suffer and ache as long as you can before your body finally gives out. He was in pain and chose not to continue living on hundreds of pills and other Jewish medical procedures. He clearly outlined our position as Creators on this issue in Creative Credo #59 "Life, Death and Immortality" in The White Man's Bible.

There are few White men in history who lived such an amazing life as Ben Klassen. But as I said before back on February 20, Klassen stands above the rest for giving our race the one thing it needs in this dark time: a sound racial religion. It is, therefore, our holy duty to ensure this racial religion we call CREATIVITY spreads to all corners of the world, and White people in all our lands hear our creed.
