Not too many white people left in Detroit to kill but the colored folks found one - Arrest made in attack that killed Vietnam war veteran

John Villneff murdered - Purple Heart Recipient TWO TIMES in Vietnam

Detroit Police say they've arrested a suspect in the shooting of a 62-year-old Vietnam War veteran who died protecting his grandchildren during a break-in.

John Villneff's family says he died a hero Wednesday night -- and that's how they'll remember him.

Late Thursday, Detroit Police sent out an announcement that an arrest had been made. Detroit Police Chief Ralph Godbee credited citizen help for the arrest. Investigators were not releasing details about the suspect.

Two bullets hit the two-time Purple Heart recipient as he tried to protect his 12-year-old granddaughter, family members said. The girl ran to his house next door after four men broke into her aunt's west-side Detroit home while she was inside, relatives said.

"He jumped in front of my niece because (the robbers) were trying to kill her because she was taking pictures of them," said Melissa Villneff, John Villneff's daughter, who lives in the house that was burglarized on Rutland. Bullets hit Villneff in the heart and back, his family said, and also pierced the door and wall of his home that he shared with his son Michael Villneff, 37. The pictures his granddaughter took were turned over to police.

"He died right here in the living room," his son said. "He didn't deserve for this to happen."

Michael Villneff learned what happened when his father called as he was leaving the Tigers game Wednesday night.

"My father called me and said that he had been shot and that he was dying," he said. "I didn't get the chance to say that I loved him."

Other people were in the house when the men entered, including Melissa Villneff's 10- and 13-year-old nieces and 16-year-old nephew who is a star football player at Robichaud High School in Dearborn Heights. He was pistol-whipped and beaten with a baseball bat, relatives said. He received stitches in his head, had his jaw wired shut and was released from the hospital Thursday.

The robbers stole jewelry, a cable box, several video game consoles, a cell phone and a laptop, family members said.

The intruders were not strangers, the family said. Two of them were friends of Melissa Villneff's 18-year-old son and had been at her house in the past, relatives said.

John Villneff -- a father of three and grandfather of 12 -- served in the U.S. Marines and Navy. He was remembered as a special man who loved restoring cars.

He was born in Highland Park and moved to Arkansas as a child before returning to Michigan. He let his white beard grow long and would dress up as Santa Claus.

"He was a very good man, just a good old Southern boy, loved to help people," Melissa Villneff said. "He never bothered anybody."

John Villneff often dined at L. George's Coney Island restaurant near his home, said head waitress Anna Baxter. She said waitresses at the restaurant warned him about the neighborhood when he moved there in February. The man who lived in the home before him left because of break-ins, she said.

"It's a shame what happened to him," Baxter said.

NDAA: The Most Important Lawsuit in American History that No One is Talking About
August 12, 2012

Despite a mainstream media blackout on the topic, the alternative media is abuzz with this week's hearing on the constitutionality of the clearly unconstitutional NDAA.  In case you don't remember, section 1021 of the NDAA, which Obama signed into law on December 31 of last year, allows the government to lock up U.S. citizens indefinitely without a trial.  At the time of signing, Obama penned a pathetic letter to many of his outraged supporters where he basically said he signed it but he won't use it.  Thanks pal!

In any event, the Administration is showing its true colors by appealing an injunction that judge Katherine Forrest issued against it in May.  The injunction was in response to the lawsuit filed by Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Chris Hedges and others.  While the NDAA clearly vaporizes the 5th and 6th Amendments of the Constitution, I believe the real target is the 1st Amendment.  By having a law on the books that allows the government to arbitrarily lock anyone up and throw away the key, the government is actually trying to instill enough fear in people that they self-censor speech and become too afraid to criticize the criminal elite political and economic oligarchy.

Tangerine Bolen is one the lead plaintiffs in the suit against the government and she penned a powerful piece for the UK's Guardian.  Here are some key quotes:

I am one of the lead plaintiffs in the civil lawsuit against the National Defense Authorization Act, which gives the president the power to hold any US citizen anywhere for as long as he wants, without charge or trial.

In a May hearing, Judge Katherine Forrest issued an injunction against it; this week, in a final hearing in New York City, US government lawyers asserted even more extreme powers – the right to disregard entirely the judge and the law. On Monday 6 August, Obama's lawyers filed an appeal to the injunction – a profoundly important development that, as of this writing, has been scarcely reported.
Judge Forrest had ruled for a temporary injunction against an unconstitutional provision in this law, after government attorneys refused to provide assurances to the court that plaintiffs and others would not be indefinitely detained for engaging in first amendment activities. At that time, twice the government has refused to define what it means to be an "associated force", and it claimed the right to refrain from offering any clear definition of this term, or clear boundaries of power under this law.

This past week's hearing was even more terrifying. Government attorneys again, in this hearing, presented no evidence to support their position and brought forth no witnesses. Most incredibly, Obama's attorneys refused to assure the court, when questioned, that the NDAA's section 1021 – the provision that permits reporters and others who have not committed crimes to be detained without trial – has not been applied by the US government anywhere in the world after Judge Forrest's injunction.

Full article here.

I would also take the time to watch this short video from one of the co-counsels on the case as to exactly what the government is arguing in court.  Not a word from the mainstream media on the most important court case in American history.  One that will decide the fate of a law that will effectively dismantle at least a third of The Bill of Rights.
Please share this with everyone that cares about Liberty and The Republic.

Mass shooting committed by a Nigger last Monday in downtown Detroit conveniently overlooked by the national Jewish controlled media because it was news that did not fit in with their narrative that angry "White Supremacists" are now America's domestic terrorists.

A woman police suspect of shooting six people exiting the Detroit Princess riverboat on Monday turned herself in Friday at the Detroit Police Department's Eastern District, a police spokeswoman said.

The woman has not been charged in the ongoing investigation, said Officer Christine Rozier.
Latoiya Thomas Mitchell, 28, walked into the police station at 1:25 p.m., according to a news release issued by the Police Department. A report by investigators will be submitted for review, the statement said. She remained in custody late Friday.

According to police, the incident apparently began with an argument aboard the boat ending in gunfire about 1:15 a.m. on the shore near the boarding area behind Joe Louis Arena.

Witnesses told police that the woman, who had been on the boat for a promotional event sponsored by a local radio station, went to her car after returning to shore, retrieved a gun and opened fire, hitting her relatives and friends.

Among the injured was a Detroit Princess employee who was shot in the foot and required two stitches, said Chris Clarke, general manager of the Detroit Princess.

So Obama prints up these RACIST re-election posters and not a word from our CHICKEN ASS NEWS MEDIA
The sitting President of the United States of America prints up racially offensive re-election posters (as seen here at the Chicago Bud Billiken Parade on 8/11/2012) and not a single word from the news media or reporters.

How would it go over if Romney printed up WHITES FOR ROMNEY posters for the next Tea Party meeting or lilly white parade somewhere? The Negroes would be falling out in the streets and rioting if that happened! UN*ING BELIEVABLE!

  Bud Billiken Parade gets underway

Mayor Rahm Emanuel brings back two of his past talents... Ballet Dancing and Cross Dressing to lead off the 2012 Bud Billiken Back To School For The Colored Students Who Survived A Violent Chicago Summer

Rahm Emanuel has soul his soul and would sell his mother to pander to the colored votes.

CHICAGO, IL - It's the third Bud Billiken Parade she's marched in, but Annesa Hampton said she still loves making the trip.

"All of Chicago is out watching this. It's just a great experience," said Hampton, 17, who captains the flag team at Proviso West High School in Hillside.

Sipping a coke in the shade Saturday after finishing the annual back-to-school event with her 13-member squad, Hampton said she didn't even mind walking the two-mile route on a gorgeously sunny day.

"It's longer than usual for us, but it doesn't seem like it because we're having so much fun," said Hampton, a senior.

Thousands of spectators lined the South Side parade down Martin Luther King Drive from 39th Street to its finishing point in Washington Park, cheering as bands, floats and community groups streamed by.
