Back to Snail Mail. Just wanted to check in with you to let you know what's going on. I know it's been almost a month since you heard from me - probably be longer than a month by the time you get this.

Just wanted to let you know why I aint answering any e-mails or contacting you by e-mail. Well, easy/short answer is I've been in punitive segregation (strip cell), and now I'm in administrative segregation. So I lost my tablet. It's restricted as a sanction (loss of tablet). So I can't check or send e-mail.

I'm sure you must have sent me a few text by now & are wondering why I aint responding. I'll get my tablet back on the 25^th of this month. Still, it'll be useless. This new facility don't have e-mail service or wifi in this block, so wont be able to use it anyway, even when I get it back.

Admin Seg will be 10-15 months. Then I'll go back to long term indefinite seg status called "Special Needs", or most likelyI'll be sent out of the state again.

So, without e-mail, you probably wont hear from me much till I get it back. Best thing about e-mail was it was free. International stamps are $1.40, and e-mail was same day almost instant communication. Not sure, but I figure this may take up to two weeks to get to you.

It took ten days, but could take anywhere up to three months at Xmas. Two months between letters on a typical month is normal. ~ Cailen.

I know when I was in Oregon, West Coast, it took seven days for mail to reach family in CT on the East Coast. Australia is literally the other side of the world. Gotta be a two week trip + however lon the swine hold my mail here before sending it out.

And I probably wont always have international envelopes. So will have to slow down my communication till I get e-mail back & they the wifi on here.

Like right now, the A/S program is three phases. Phase 1 - 120 days with nothing. Phase 2 - 90 days, but you get some property. Then Phase 3 - Another 90 days all property. That's if I don't get a program denial or regression & usually get one denial for serious incidents.

The Incident: I ended up stabbing a filthy child molesting baby killer. Some fat scumbag slob raped & killed six-seven (suspected of more) children all under 10 years old - BABIES!

Not to sound like a creep, but it was fun. I needed it. I feel re-invigorated. Had to open the cage & let the beast out to play 

Well, made it in general population 10 months this time.

I don't know or understand what happened to this state/in this state since the last time I was here & out in CT population was 1999. I spent 17 years out of state, came back, & it's all wrong.

Known rapist & child molesters are walking around population, mouthing off real reckless like. No one bothering them. Rapeo's & Chomo's holding down tables while "Good Dudes" (??) are eating in their cells. Oh, they closed down all chow halls in this state. Feed in the blocks like Protective Custody/PC, closed down & fenced off all big yards, no big yards. Totally segregated & not the good segregated. Don't even let a whole block out at a time. Just half a block at a time.

When I left here in 99, Chomo's/Rippers had to be in PC. Not allowed in population.

I was leaving the maggot alone. Knew who he was, was in the block over a month. He talked shït to me. I barked at him to run him off. Then dude got real stupid! Started screaming at me, threatening me, call me all types of bitches, punk, coward, yelling he'll kill me, (this makes me laugh) he tells me "You don't know who you're fucking with. I'm a killer!"

Yeah, good for you killer. Here's a Twinkie.

Then he tried to hit me with a metal bar with a metal plate on the bottom. Swung it at me like four times. Slow as hell. I toldyou he was a fat slob. No joke. Gotta be a 600-700 pound slob.

So I'm laughing, stepped back calling him names, & told him when he aint got that bar in his hands "I'm gonna get you." ... & I did!

Went back to my cell, got out the blade & butchered the Hog!

He's just sitting there, back to the Day Room tier. I come up behind him, grabbed him by the hair, pulled his head back, & cut his neck. Started stabbing & slashing his neck, face, head, back. Opened up his fat belly. Butchered his arms whenever he raised them to block.

Cops are like, How did he live? Are you kidding? I had to go through 8-10 inches of blubber & fat before I'd get to anything vital.

Small knife made out of a serrated saw blade. Was no clean cuts. Ripped & tore the flesh. Saw blade blood everywhere.

No joke, like fifty cops standing there watching me. No one came near me. All just yelling "Barletta stop. Drop the knife". ... Aw - No!

One tried to come near me. Just yelled at him, took a step towards him, he backed up quick - don't get paid enough. In the end, they're all standing around watching. Cops are telling me, the time stamp on the video show I was stabbing and slashing him for 1 min 43 sec ... had him on the ground hacking him.

I'd slash his face. When he'd cover his face, I'd stick him in the gut. Just going back N' forth to face/head to gut, till they dumped a can of mace in my face.

Then I gave up. My point was made. Left him lying in a pool of blood.

Any other state would have shot me. All I got was gassed with a bit of mace.

So, been in Seg since then. That's why you aint heard from me or why I aint answering texts. Most likely I'll be in Segregation the rest of my life now after this one; but still CT has a lot of new laws on long term Seg saying they can't do it. So they'll probably send me back on the road state to state ... to other Supermaxes across the country.

Still, as I said, I needed to let the beast out of the cage to play. Let all that anger and frustration out. He just messed with the wrong person at the right time. (Any time.) Still just makes it all the sweeter  & more funny & fun that he is a baby killing child molester. If anyone is more deserving of such abuse, I don't know.

Well, that's my big news of what's going on with me. So I'll sit in an empty box for 7-10 months before I get my electronics back. Gotta wait until Phase 3. Good excuse to start exercising again. I've been slacking off on the work out the past 3-4 months anyway.

Well, really aint nothing else to write about. Past four weeks just sitting around kinda staring at the wall, pacing the cell talking to myself - what else can I do?

Just gotta grind this out. No big deal. I've done it many ties before & I'm sure this wont be the last.

As soon as I'm able to e-mail again, I'll text you & let you know.

In understanding the W.I.T. program, let us first define the meaning of the word WIT.

In the dictionary, "Wit" is defined as:
1) Reasoning Power: Intelligence.
2) Mental Soundness.
3) Resourcefulness, Ingenuity: Especially quickness, and Cleverness in handling words, and ideas.   
4) A talent for making clever remarks: And or witty remarks.

The reason why W.I.T. has been chosen for the name of this program is, the meaning of the word W.I.T. is what we want for our White Race.

A) We want reasoning power in order to control what goes on amongst our race for the betterment of our race, the reasoning power to protect and defend the safety of each member of our race, to uphold the integrity of our race ...

B) To bring our people to a higher social and intellectual level of awareness ...

C) In order for this to work, we must have: A Sound Mind, In a Sound Body, In a Sound Society, and a Sound Environment ...

D) With Whites in Togetherness, we can have more resourcefulness amongst our people, because we'll be working together as one ...

E) We must be quick and clever in handling all things that's may occur.  Or the handling of any ideas that are beneficial to our race ...

F) We all have our own talent in which we excel at, these individual talents will play a roll in this program ... these talents are not only in our remarks, but our actions, and overall being ...

G) To attempt to continue without this program, our race will be doomed. Engulfed by a sea of colored muds, life would be a living hell, which we don't want.

That's why we bring fourth this program to strive ever upwards to better our race, to secure the existing and future survival of our race by any and all means - in order to live in peace among our own kind.

We realize that there will be some who may already have their own belief system; being a Religion, Member of a club, or social or political organization et cetera .... We do not wish to interfere with these beliefs at all.

What we are asking is that we unite together as one for our race and our culture that we all love, to do all we can to preserve, and protect it together.

Not to be a smart ass, or sarcastic, it's just when I was reading it, that's the word I saw in my mind's eye. The feeling it evoked when I was reading it reminds of the those  people - their mentally ....
