Doctor Toben Wins Extradition Case

Adelaide (South Australia) resident and campaigner for truth in History, Doctor Frederick Toben will not be extradited from Britain to Germany for his refusal to believe established dogma that falsely claims 6 million jews were exterminated during WWII.

Dr Toben's solicitor, Kevin Lowry-Mullins said: 'The offence is not made out in the UK. If Dr Toben had been extradited back to Germany for Holocaust denial, which does not exist as an offence in this country, then we would have found ourselves in a situation where hypothetically, the Iranian Government could have asked for all the gay Iranian asylum-seekers to be extradited back to Iran.'

The German Government abandoned its claims after the High Court in London decided that British authorities have no legal right to hand Dr Toben over to German authorities if he has not committed an offence under British law.

In the 1990's the Polish Government released new figures revising the Jewish deaths in Auschwitz during WWII. This lowered the deathtoll by 3 million. So why does 6 million minus 3 million = 6 million? Historians should be allowed to openly conduct their own investigations into all matters and not be bullied by the dogma of recalcitrant governments.

Doctor Toben Begins Prison Sentence for Denying Dogma

According to The Advertiser's Court Reporter, Sean Fewster: HOLOCAUST "revisionist" Fredrick Toben has finally been silenced and jailed for repeatedly insulting and abusing the Jewish race via the Internet.

Being of German origin, Dr Toben, like all German people surviving the horrors of World War II, and their descendants, has himself been and continues to be vilified, and forced to live with consistently offensive material in his day to day life. i.e. All forms of media – historical, fictional and those purporting to be newsworthy, and government bodies have and continue to vilify the German people (and anyone else who happens to seek the truth) with a monstrosity of lies for unethical political gain. It was this vilification that caused Dr Toben and others like him (although I am not of German origin, I include myself in this), to actively seek the truth in all matters pertaining to the Jewish "Holocaust" of World War II. What he discovered has become a bitter piece of crow pie for many Jewish people and their politically correct counterparts who would rather swallow a lie, than taste an unpalatable truth.

While in Germany it is now for all intents and purposes a guaranteed prison sentence of three years if you even dare to question the Jewish "Holocaust," here in Australia, the federal and various state government like to pretend that those that live in Australia, live in a land where every man, woman and child are treated with equal respect, regardless of race, sex, sexual orientation or religion. This is in fact a lie. Australian society is divided into a multitude of uneven sections of race, sex, sexual orientation and religion, with a wall dividing those who are politically correct from those deemed politically incorrect. Those who fit in with today's politically correct standards are on the side of the wall that grants freedom of speech and religious rights. That is where all Jews stand. Dr Toben on the other hand, is a White, heterosexual male with politically incorrect ideals of truth and honour. As such, he has no protection and is a constant target for the armies of the PC Brigade and Jewish supremacist groups such as the Executive Council of Australian Jewry.

This is how it is in Australia:

If a respected group from the politically correct side of the wall feels offended and is unable to get its own way, they can sue the person or persons from the politically incorrect side of the wall and expect to win in any court of the land.

Once the politically correct have won the case, the court can then determine what it will undoubtedly claim society demands as an appropriate sentence for even harbouring inappropriate, politically incorrect thoughts – never mind speaking out or acting on those thoughts.

Sentence is passed. Clang! Mind your fingers.

Oh, there might be some scare tactics between the initial sentencing and eventual imprisonment, just as there was in Dr Toben's case, but that is just a ploy to get others who themselves are not entirely enamoured of the PC Brigade to see reason and logic where there is none, and accept injustice when it ultimately triumphs – as has happened for Dr Toben.

Don't believe me? Consider the words of Justice Jeffrey Spender as he passed sentence on Dr Toben.

"This is not a case concerning the Holocaust, or gas chambers, or the Jews.

"This case was and is about the orders of the court... and obedience to the orders of the court is not optional."

The case did and does concern the "Holocaust," gas chambers and Jews. For that is precisely what Dr Toben was ultimately sentenced for: Denying "Holocaust" dogma and seeking out the truth. Anything else is sheer legal bunkum. If you don't believe that, the Jews as represented by the Executive Council of Australian Jewry and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) certainly do believe it. And more than that, they boast of it.

REVISIONIST historian Fredrick Toben does not regret defying a court order to stop insulting Jewish people, saying "freedom of speech demands sacrifice". [sic]

The Federal Court, sitting in Adelaide, today found Toben guilty of 24 counts of contempt of court.

Justice Bruce Lander ruled Toben acted "wilfully and contumaciously" by uploading, to his website, articles implying Jews offended by Holocaust denial were of "limited intelligence".

Other articles claimed the Auschwitz concentration camp had no gas chambers, and that some Jewish people "exaggerated" the Holocaust "for improper motives".

Toben now faces a fine, jail time or both – under Australian law, the severity of those penalities are at the court's discretion.

Asked, outside court, if he felt he had done anything wrong, Toben replied: "according to the judgment, I have."

"Why should I regret anything?" he said.

"If you believe in something and you want to have the freedom to express your opinion, then you should be prepared to make sacrifices.

"I don't know if I'm allowed to believe anything anymore... if you take away my freedom of expression, you take away my humanity."

The former teacher has long been a controversial figure.

In 2008, he spent time in British custody while German prosecutors sought to have him extradicted to face charges.

In 2006, he was a speaker at an internationally-condemned revisionist history conference organised by Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Last year, Toben pleaded not guilty to 28 charges of contempt of court.

It was alleged he breached an undertaking he gave to the court, in September 2002, that he would not publish material that "offended, insulted or humiliated Jewish people" on his website.

Today, Justice Lander found 24 of those charges proved beyond reasonable doubt.

"Dr Toben's behaviour... is further evidence of his wilful and contumacious disobedience (of the court)," he said.

The court will hear submissions on penalty in two weeks.

Comment:
The following comment was refused by The Adelaide Advertiser.

We could argue the historical aspects of what is commonly called the Holocaust until we are blue in the face. The problem is that no open and unbiased research that is unfettered by political correctness has ever has been done to expose the reality of those times. To base all evidence of a historical event on the testimony of heartfelt but often hysterical witness accounts, hearsay and what was enemy propaganda based on fiction, and then refuse point blank to allow an open investigation into the facts surrounding the matter, means that there will ALWAYS be people who doubt what is essentially, an unverified historical event.

In this case, Dr Toben's conviction will only make matters worse for the Holocaust Believers, as those that are labeled Holocaust Deniers are persecuted and continue to grow in number and influence. Politically correct inquisitions not withstanding, unverfied historical events are faith based at best and anything based purely on faith will eventually fail. Therefore, the choice for the Holocaust Believers is to either allow an investigation which will result in the unadultured truth being revealed, or deny the possibility of any investigation which can only result in an eventual reversal of condemnation where the believer will be ridiculed for his/her faith.

Activists arrested during an anti-terrorist sweep across New Zealand were planning on waging a war in which white people would die, according to released documents.

NZ blacks plan 'war on white people'Police arrested 17 people on Monday and recovered several weapons during a series of raids targeting Maori and environmental activists.

At a bail hearing for one of the arrested men, Jamie Lockett, prosecutors said he had sent a series of text messages saying he intended to launch a war.

The messages, intercepted by police, were said to include "White men are going to die in this country" and "I'm declaring war on this country very soon".

Lockett was described in court as an active participant in a group that had the potential to make a violent impact on New Zealand society.

Prominent Maori activist Tame Iti was also preparing to declare war, according to police documents reported in the Dominion Post newspaper.

The documents, disclosed by police to lawyers for the accused, showed authorities had been monitoring Iti for 18 months, videoing his training camps and intercepting text messages, the newspaper quoted a source as saying.

Iti was said to have stated three months ago that he had stopped all his other activities "to make war on New Zealand".

The source described the movement as "comical" and "amateurish" with the group buying military uniforms from an army surplus store.

Police Association president Greg O'Connor said the operation was "triggered by credible intelligence of a serious threat to New Zealand's safety and security".

"We need to realise there are fringe elements in our society, as in all others, that draw inspiration and encouragement from extremist activities overseas that most of us would find horrifying."

Police spokesman Jon Neilson said although weapons and "other armaments" had been seized during the raids, police would not go into specifics nor confirm media reports that a napalm bomb was among the contraband.

Most of those arrested face firearms charges.

A judge yesterday banned journalists from reporting any details of the month-long depositions hearing of 18 people charged after last year's anti-terrorist raids.

Judge Mark Perkins acknowledged there was a high degree of public interest but said the interests of holding a fair trial outweighed considerations of open justice.

A preliminary hearing for 18 people charged with a number of serious firearms offences began in the Auckland District Court this week.

Comment:
Considering that the amount of Polynesian New Zealanders, Tongans and other Pacific Islanders living in Australia is so high, I don't doubt for a second that the Polynesian/Black vs White race war has not already spread here and innocent White people are being murdered in the streets of Australian cities by black militant gangs out on the hunt.
