It's healthy to be sceptical. Salubrious Living should be treated as a dietary guide. Not strict religious doctrine. The book Founder Klassen based SL on was written in 1948. Much of it still holds true or has since been proven to be true. Some of it has been proven to be wrong, and dangerous. A growing child for example requires cooked meat for brain development. If a child is raised on a vegan fruitarian diet and lives through to adulthood, it's a guarantee the child/adult will will develop into a retard. However, Founder Klassen treated it as a guide, and so should we.
Giving up drinking or cutting back, giving up smoking, giving up junk food, eating healthier natural foods ... removing the toxins from your body, those are all good things every White man and woman should aspire to.
Eating raw meat? That's not for me. I don't even like my meat rare. And I will not eat steak tartare/raw mince.
I do/or used to eat a lot of mixed nuts prior to receiving this ileostomy bag. When it comes off in the new year, I'll be able to return to the mixed nuts.
Also consider that the typical modern diet consists of far too many processed/un-natural foods. Not everybody can afford to ditch all un-natural foods ... but everybody can eat a little healthier.
