Excerpt: Tucker Carlson has revealed that the young man who attempted to assassinate Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, last year had a long record of espousing political violence.

Comments posted by shooter Thomas Crooks to YouTube from 2019 to 2020 show a detailed digital trail of violent threats that included calls for assassination and political violence, despite the FBI's repeated claims otherwise, according to a mini-documentary Carlson released Friday morning. 

The online posts were made by Crooks when he was between 15 and 17 years old, Carlson's expose claims - over three years before he shot at Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania last July.

The deep-dive investigation from the former Fox News stemmed from a tip he said he received from an anonymous source who had gained access to Crooks' wiped social media accounts.

The posts reveal Crooks to be a Trump supporter whose views on the president moved to the radical left during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The FBI lied about that fact, Carlson claims, noting that Crooks has since been framed by the agency as right wing in what little information had been released about him.

All of Crooks' accounts appeared to have been deactivated and fully taken out of use after the shooting, but Carlson's source was able to obtain all data from the YouTube account linked to Crooks' phone number.

The data includes the users' search history, watch history, and 737 public comments that have seemingly vanished, the documentary states.

Aside from the video evidence and phone number tying Crooks to the YouTube account, Carlson points to the day the account was suspended to support the authenticity of his findings: July 14, 2024, the day after the shooting.
The episode earned a response from FBI Director Patel on Friday.

He wrote in a post to his official X page: The FBI's investigation into Thomas Crooks identified and examined over 20 online accounts, data extracted from over a dozen electronic devices, examination of numerous financial accounts, and over 1,000 interviews and 2000 public tips.

'The investigation, conducted by over 480 FBI employees, revealed Crooks had limited online and in person interactions, planned and conducted the attack alone, and did not leak or share his intent to engage in the attack with anyone.'

MAGA influencers and lawmakers reacted with shock to Carlson' latest reporting and demanded more transparency from Kash Patel's FBI regarding Crooks.

Tennessee Republican Rep. Tim Burchett claimed that Crooks was groomed by the CIA via MKUltra-style mind control programs during an interview reacting to Carlson's latest report.

'They programmed this kid. You got a kid who's got access to guns or has some simple knowledge of a firearm, he was programmed,' Burchett told conservative influencer Benny Johnson. 'The facts have been buried or burned or whoever knew is either sitting on a beach somewhere and, uh, enjoying a fruity drink or they're dead.'

'When the CIA says, 'We don't have this thing,' and then their asses are brought into a court of law and they say, 'Well, we have it, but we don't use it anymore.' Apparently, somebody's using it.'

'I've said that all along,' Burchett added. 'I've said that. Look at the history. Look at where we're at in this country, the Deep State. It's disgusting. Trump's right. They're not after, they're not after him. They're after us. He's just standing in the way.'

A burglar who broke into an optician's shop was found hiding inside a commercial waste bin.

Serial offender Ashley Lawrence, 37, burgled Gray & Bull Opticians in Nottingham at 5am on Nov 5.

CCTV captured Lawrence smashing through the glass door, before stealing about 50 pairs of high-value sunglasses and glasses frames worth £8,000.

Three days later, a staff member spotted him loitering near the shop in Pelham Street and called police after recognising him as the offender.

Officers attended, but Lawrence tried to evade capture by diving into a large commercial refuse bin next to a church.

A spokesman for the Nottingham City Council said to Racial Loyalty News, "The bin will have to be destroyed. We'll never get the stink out of it now."
