For over thirty years we've heard from Israel and its British and American warhawks, that Iran is weeks away from producing nuclear weaponry.

As recently as two days ago, the head of US Intelligence said that Iran is not working on nukes and is not about to produce any nuclear weapons.

President Trump then ordered that opinion reversed, and for American Intelligence to parrot the Israeli Line: Iran is weeks away from producing nuclear weaponry.

Trump ordered the devastating attack on Saturday as six B-2 stealth bombers dropped a dozen 30,000-pound 'bunker buster' bombs on Iran's primary nuclear facility.

'The strikes were a spectacular military success,' Trump said in a late-night address to the nation from the White House. 

Trump claimed the top secret uranium enrichment base hidden deep inside a mountain at Fordow, 80 miles south of Tehran, was flattened. 

U.S. submarines also fired 30 Tomahawk missiles and wiped out two other Iranian nuclear sites at Natanz and Isfahan.

Iran's foreign minister condemned the offensive as 'extremely dangerous, lawless and criminal behavior.'

'The events this morning are outrageous and will have everlasting consequences,' Seyed Abbas Araghchi said. 'Iran reserves all options to defend its sovereignty, interest, and people.'

By Sunday morning, Israel was being struck by a barrage of missiles as Iran launched a retaliatory attack. Blah blah Israel Israel HoloCOST anti-Semitism ad nauseam.

The The International Atomic Energy Agency/IAEA posted an assessment that the American attacks on three Iranian nuclear sites had caused "no increase in off-site radiation levels".

The three sites that were hit included Iran's mountain facility at Fordo, and a larger plant at Natanz, which had already been targeted by Israel.

The third site was at Isfahan, which is where Iran is believed to keep its near-bomb-grade enriched uranium.

US security analyst Mike Lyons told the ABC News the attack on Fordow meant Iran's nuclear program was now crippled and its uranium "enrichment program is over, that they won't have any capability to create a weaponised nuclear bomb".

Israel had claimed Iran was rapidly nearing the capability of creating nuclear weapons, which Iran had denied alleging it was for a peaceful purposes such as a civilian power program.

The US intelligence community has determined Iran's leaders were not actively pursuing a nuclear weapon.

His sudden departure immediately raised the prospect of an expanded war between Israel and Iran, and the potential for direct U.S. involvement.
