The British media and police are under fire after immediately declaring that a man arrested for driving through a crowd of Liverpool fans during a parade, injuring 47, was White British.

Merseyside Police put out a statement soon after the carnage unfolded saying a "53-year-old white British man from the Liverpool area" had been arrested and that they "believe him to be the driver", followed by a request to the public not to "speculate or spread misinformation", even though no charges had been laid.

Every UK corporate media outlet responded by including the description in their headlines and featured the information prominently in their stories, in stark contrast to when Rwandan knifeman Axel Rudakubana stabbed three young girls to death and tried to kill 10 more people in nearby Southport last year.

The same police department did not provide a description of Rudakubana after his dance studio rampage – saying only that he was "born in Cardiff". The vast majority of the British media refused to report that the 17-year-old had Rwandan parents, and it took three days and a court order for him to be named.

And earlier this year Merseyside Police responded to backlash over the decision by telling the BBC it never reveals ethnicity details in press releases, except for in cases concerning fugitives or missing persons.

Britons responded to he apparent departure from protocol with anger after the parade crash on Monday, with many accusing the police and the media of racial double standards.

"For years we were told that immediately disclosing someone's race and nationality could prejudice criminal proceedings etc. etc," said David Clews, the co-founder of popular independent news organisation UNN.

"Yet last night the Police and media had ZERO HESITATION in declaring that a suspect was WHITE BRITISH.

"This is why the media and security apparatus of this country simply cannot be trusted on anything."

Mark Collett, leader of right-wing activist group Patriotic Alternative, said: "Well at least we know one thing for certain: if the suspect is White the media will point out this fact immediately.

"That means if the race of the suspect isn't mentioned in the headline, you logically conclude that the suspect is of a migrant background."

Journalist David Atherton posted a photo of the driver next to one of Rudakubana, and wrote: "Liverpool – attacker White, British man aged 53 within one hour. Southport – Welsh choirboy. Not – A second generation, African migrant who had links to Islam."

Those sentiments were echoed in thousands of posts and comments on X.

But others seemed pleased the police had described the suspect as a White British man.

"I ain't gonna lie, but it's a big relief to me, the man who ran his car into a crowd of people enjoying Liverpool FC Trophy victory parade is White and British and not asylum seeker or Islamic. Obviously I wish it didn't happen because people have been hurt," wrote one user.

The Orange County judge disqualified a San Diego judge from hearing cases under California's Racial Justice Act, citing his statement that "There is absolutely no evidence that... the proportion of persons in an ethnicity committing a crime must be the same as the proportion of the population." In her ruling, Judge Cheri Pham decided that "From his comments, a person aware of the facts could reasonably believe that Judge Shore believes certain racial or ethnic groups commit more crimes than others." Never mind the fact that certain racial and ethnic groups do in fact commit more crimes than others.

In a ruling thought to be the first of its kind, an Orange County judge disqualified a San Diego judge from hearing multiple cases under California's Racial Justice Act, finding that there are reasonable questions about whether recently censured San Diego Superior Court Judge Howard Shore can remain impartial given his prior "insensitive language and comments" in the courtroom.

"From his comments, a person aware of the facts could reasonably believe that Judge Shore believes certain racial or ethnic groups commit more crimes than others," Orange County Assistant Presiding Judge Cheri Pham wrote in part of one of her orders of disqualification, citing remarks Shore had made in previous hearings.....

The Orange County judge noted that Shore had previously questioned whether systemic racism exists in the legal system. In another hearing, Pham wrote, he questioned statistics that show minorities are imprisoned at a disproportionate rate.

"There is absolutely no evidence that... the proportion of persons in an ethnicity committing a crime must be the same as the proportion of the population," Shore said in one hearing, according to a transcript.

Citing the standard for disqualification, Pham said such comments could make a person reasonably believe "that Judge Shore believes certain racial or ethnic groups commit more crimes than others and that he will not give weight to statistical evidence that indicates there is an implicit bias against certain racial or ethnic groups."

Excerpt: Orange County's Assistant Presiding Judge Cheri Pham's home was raided last month by the FBI amidst an investigation into $10 million in missing federal COVID funds partially overseen by her husband, County Supervisor Andrew Do, and sent to a nonprofit that her daughter helped run.

That's opened questions into Pham's work and whether or not she should remain as one of the leaders of the Orange County Superior Court.

Pham is also responsible for investigating judges when complaints about ethics arise.

(((Harry Triguboff))), Australia's richest man and largest private apartment developer, says he expects housing prices to rise now the federal election is over, and has called on Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to bring in more immigrants.

Mr Triguboff, 92, has a net worth of $31.48 billion, eclipsed only by Gina Rinehart's $46.34 billion on the Rich List, and was the Liberal Party's largest donor in the last financial year via $590,000 his company Meriton Properties gave to federal and state branches in NSW and Victoria.

But despite the Liberals' crushing defeat he said he thought the housing policies of both major parties were reasonable, although he was surprised by the size of Labor's win.

"I could never believe there would be such a big difference (in the outcome)," Mr Triguboff told The Australian.

"I hope that Mr Albanese will agree with us that we need more and more houses and more and more people. Because the country is very big and very rich in raw materials, which the whole world wants.

"It is very helpful that the election is now over because the buyers want to know the future. So, we expect the market to improve because of that."

The multi-billionaire added that he believed Trump's tariffs would result in more Asian buyers coming to Australia, and said "I wish that Mr Albanese takes as much interest as he possibly can in housing" as a result.

Mr Triguboff, who was born in China to Russian Jewish parents, has donated to both sides of politics and regularly called for higher immigration levels, particularly from his country of birth.

On April 28 in a sponsored article published by Meriton on its X account, he said the housing crisis had "little to do with immigration", and that it was a "very good thing" that tens of thousands of family members of Indian and Nepalese students are set to arrive in Australia in coming months.

"Whether it is Labor or the Coalition, the government has a lot of work to do in regards to the housing crisis. Reducing immigration numbers is not going to cut it," he said, and argued for construction industry deregulation instead.

"The government needs to address the underlying causes for our lack of housing. Property developers are tied up in so much red tape, government costs and delays, they can no longer afford to build."

In October last year he said the major parties should "stop attacking foreigners" and fast track development approvals, claiming that the solution to the housing crisis was more immigrants and more homes.

And five months before that Mr Triguboff complained that Australia needed more migrants "from everywhere" since he was seeing fewer Chinese buyers for his apartments.

Meriton has built almost 80,000 apartments on Australia's east coast, including 5,000 in Sydney that it owns and operates as rental properties. It also leases privately owned apartments in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast through Meriton Property Management.

The rental income has allowed Mr Triguboff to offset lower sales during economic downturns, and in 2024 he revealed he was only putting one-third of his new apartments on the open market due to the lack of Chinese purchasers.

A White American mother who was doxxed and attacked after a video showing her using the "N-word" at a park playground went viral has been given almost $280,000 in donations amid a huge outpouring of support online.

Shiloh Hendrix started a GiveSendGo after far-left influencers shared a video earlier this week of a Somalian man accusing her of racially abusing a black child at the Soldiers Field Park playground in Rochester, Minnesota, revealing her address had been leaked and her family members attacked.

In the video Hendrix tells the man "it's none of your f**king business" when he asks her what she said. He then says "why don't you have the balls to say it again right now?" and she responds "f**k you nigger".

It is unclear when the video was filmed, but it has been viewed millions of times since being posted on TikTok, and was amplified by an obese left-wing activist called TizzyEnt who asked his 9.5 million followers across multiple platforms to identify her, saying "someone please tell me who she is".

Hendrix said on her crowdfunding page that she and her family have since been threatened and harassed and may have to move, describing the situation as "dire".

"I recently had a kid steal from my 18-month-old son's diaper bag at a park. I called the kid out for what he was. Another man ... proceeded to record me and follow me to my car. He then posted these videos online which has caused my family, and myself, great turmoil," she said.

"My SSN [Social Security Number] has been leaked. My address, and phone number have been given out freely. My family members are being attacked. My eldest child may not be going back to school. Even where I exercise has been exposed.

"I am asking for your help to assist in protecting my family. I fear that we must relocate. I have two small children who do not deserve this. We have been threatened to the extreme by people online. Anything will help! We cannot, and will not live in fear!"

At the time of writing the GiveSendGo had raised $277,000, after free speech advocates and right-wing activists rallied behind her on social media.

Many urged their followers to donate to make the far-left doxxing campaign backfire, and compared the fundraiser to a GoFundMe for Texas high school football plater Austin Metcalf's accused murderer Karmelo Anthony, who has raked in more than $515,000 from the black community for his legal defence.

Local black activists have called for Hendrix to be arrested and charged, and the Rochester Police Department said it was "actively looking into the matter".

DR. REVILO Pendleton Oliver, Professor of the Classics at the University of Illinois for 32 years and one of the leading philologists of his time, read eleven languages, including Sanskrit, and for more than half a century wrote scholarly articles in four languages for academic publications in the United States and Europe.

Oliver was the possessor of a penetrating intellect — and a scintillating wit unequaled by few if any writers. He has been aptly compared with the great H.L. Mencken.

Dr. Oliver was born in Texas in 1908, and was an undergraduate at Pomona College, California. He obtained his doctorate under the tutelage of the highly respected Classicist William Abbot Oldfather at the University of Illinois. His first book was a copiously annotated translation from the Sanskrit, Mrcchakatika (The Little Clay Cart) published by the University of Illinois in 1938.

During World War II, he was Director of Research in a highly secret cryptographic agency of the War Department in Washington, DC, and was cited for outstanding service to his country. It was during his time in Washington that Dr. Oliver first became aware of the degree to which Communism — and, more importantly, the forces behind Communism — had penetrated the American establishment and had precipitated the fratricidal slaughter of 1939-1945. In the immediate postwar years he believed that the treasonous acts of these subversives would be quickly brought to light and that an awakened public would sweep an American administration into office. Confident in his nation's future, he continued his pursuit of the scholarship which was, next to his wife Grace, his greatest love in life.

After his work for the War Department, Dr. Oliver was awarded a Guggenheim Post-Service Fellowship, and during the years 1953 and 1954 he travelled to Italy on a Fulbright Research Fellowship to study Italian Renaissance manuscripts.

Upon his return home in 1954, Dr. Oliver was alarmed at the progress made by the subversive forces in the United States, who had infiltrated both major political parties and the business establishment there — especially the media of information and entertainment. He made a fateful decision in that year, 1954, to devote all his available energies to what was then called anti-Communism or Americanism or conservatism, and which is today called by its adherents Racial Nationalism. For the next 40 years, until his death in 1994, he was a major figure in that movement, though in many ways an anomalous one.

Dr. Oliver made many notable contributions to his chosen cause: he participated in the creation of National Review magazine; he was one of the founders of the John Birch Society; he made numerous speeches before patriotic groups including the Congress of Freedom, the Steuben Society, the Indignation Committees, the Citizens' Councils, and the Daughters of the American Revolution; and he wrote hundreds of articles and reviews for Modern Age, American Progress, Free Enterprise, American Opinion, Christian Economics, National Review, Nation's Business, The American Mercury, Instauration, and Liberty Bell magazines. A collection of many of Dr. Oliver's best writings from his first decade in the patriotic movement is contained in his book America's Decline: The Education of a Conservative. That book also chronicles his eventual bitter disillusionment with conservatism as a political weapon for restoring America and the West.

Revilo Oliver stood apart — not only from his more "liberal" colleagues who accepted or welcomed the political and social changes forced upon the West after World War II — but also from his "conservative" and "patriot" allies who refused to see that much of the fault for our civilization's decline lay in ourselves, in the racial and societal characteristics that left us nearly defenseless against an implacable, relentless, and clever enemy. In his most striking departure from most of his conservative allies, Dr. Oliver concluded that one of the major weaknesses of our nation and civilization was its religion, which had been, since the latter years of the Roman Empire, some form of Christianity.

We are fortunate indeed to have lived in the same century and the same world as Dr. Revilo Pendleton Oliver. And we are infinitely better off for the fact that he chose to share his genius and his insights with us.

We give him but a small part of the tribute he earned when we remember him with the words of Telemann, who said of another genius, Bach:

On changing rooms and toilets, Baroness Falkner said: 'Single-sex services like changing rooms must be based on biological sex.'

The commission is expecting to lay an updated statutory code of practice before Parliament by the summer, and has said it is working 'at pace to incorporate the implications of this judgment' into the code for public bodies setting out their duties under the Equality Act.

Everything Bannon says makes sense, EXCEPT for the US 10% tariff on Australia. Australia does not have any tariff on US goods. There is a Free Trade Agreement in place that is supposed to prevent the US and Australia adding tariffs on each other's goods. That means the 10% tariff on Australian goods should be considered to be a mistake? But it's not.

Australia does tax everything 10% as a default. That's not to do with tariffs. That's to do with local taxes. For example, almost everything I buy except for maybe bread and fruit is taxed a 10% flat tax. So the US should not consider standard taxes to be a tariff. After all, America does the same to its own people with US taxes.

When that mistake was pointed out to the US government, they cited environmental regulations preventing raw American meat being imported into Australia. Australian meat is imported into the US, but American meat must be cooked, or canned. The intent is to prevent contamination of Australia's meat industry with diseases spread by the Globalist profiteers and their world markets. You'd think Trump the anti-Globalist would get that.

So, Australia doesn't have any tariffs on American goods, but America wants to bully Australia into putting a stop to cheaper pharmaceuticals and accepting the risk of Mad Cow Disease and the rest of the international filth. The American Military Industrial Complex already has a grip on Australia with US Military Bases dotting the country, and trillion dollar arms deals for the weaponry to fight the Chink.

Trump definitely has his orders. There's no mistake. Either Australia complies with Big Pharma and Big Beef, or a 10% bully tax/tariff will be imposed.

Other than that, I agree with the US tariffs. Force the bastards to remove their own profiteering tariffs on imports from the United States, and prevent them profiting from hard working but poor Americans. Life's hard enough as it is. After all, we certainly don't need profiteering foreigners imposing their greed upon our lives.
