The BLM activists are breaking the law because they are a public nuisance to the 2 White men who can study in that area and cannot be forced out by the activists because the activists do not own the place.

The stupidity and hypocrisy in this is that the BLM are counting on the fact that the police will take no action: which is why the White men just said: "f'uck you!" and left without calling the police, but they simultaneously hate the police and want them to be disbanded when it is the police that are protecting them by ignoring their crimes.
