Malema – Take Back Land Without Paying

South Africans must take back the land that belongs to them without having to pay for it, ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema said in Cape Town on Tuesday. "Willing buyer, willing seller is not an alternative. The alternative from the youth league is that we take the land without paying. That is what we are proposing," he told the league's provincial council at the University of the Western Cape. While blacks had forgiven the previous regime for apartheid, he did not understand why they had to pay for what belonged to them.

"They never bought the land, they stole the land. They did not only steal the land, they converted the owners of the land into slaves ... now we must pay for that with the willing buyer, willing seller." At the rate the land redistribution programme was currently going, in 100 years the government would only have delivered 25% of the land, he argued. He was speaking ahead of the league's 24th national congress, which would start in Midrand on Thursday. Delegates are expected to push for the nationalisation of mines and land redistribution.

The communist pawn is pushing the Whites in South Africa towards war, a war they can never win. This is the beginning of the final phase of the Communist revolution in South Africa, and we knew its was coming, it was only a matter of time. To this dark clown we just want to say the following (1) We never stole the land but conquered those living on it (2) The land never belonged to the blacks, but the Khoisan, therefore you stole it from the previous owners (3) We never converted the blacks to slave, they did that themselves because they are unable to create work, and therefore follow the White Man like a parasite (4) Do you really think the Jews are going to let a negro nationalize their wealth? (5) The war that you are pushing the Whites into are going to be on your hands.

Malema Says It's War

Embattled ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema threatened the ruling party leadership at the weekend, ahead of the resumption of his disciplinary hearing, the Sunday Times reported. "This is a war. In a war, never expect roses, and in a war there are casualties. But we can guarantee that we will win," he was quoted as telling supporters in Alexandra outside Johannesburg on Saturday. "In 2012, the ANC will correct itself and elect good leaders," Malema added, referring to the party's elective conference in Mangaung next year. Malema and four other youth league leaders appeared before the ANC's national disciplinary panel on Sunday on a charge of disrupting a meeting of ANC leaders last month.

From today, the firebrand youth leader will then answer three more charges – relating to his calling for a "regime change" in Botswana; calling white people thieves; and bemoaning the lack of strong leadership in Africa since the recall of former president Thabo Mbeki. If found guilty, Malema could be expelled or suspended for a lengthy period from the ANC. But on Saturday, he was in no mood to repent. He suggested that ANC leaders were taking action against him because he wanted economic transformation. "Because we are saying we are going to take from white minority and give to black majority ... they assure whites that this person who is leading the struggle, we will remove so that you continue accumulating wealth. Instead of defending economic freedom, they have kept us in a room [where the disciplinary hearing is being held]."

He told the crowd that the ANC would cleanse itself next year when new leaders, who would champion the issues of the poor, were elected. Malema's camp is planning to call as many witnesses as possible to defend him against possible expulsion or suspension. "This will not be an easy process. We are going to call more than 20 witnesses including senior ANC leaders and branch members," an insider in Malema's group said. If he loses this week, Malema's plan is to approach the ANC national executive committee for support, hoping it will overturn the ruling. The Sunday press reported that the hearing was being held in Kliprivier, south of Johannesburg, but ANC spokesman Keith Khoza said he could not confirm this. The ANC decided to move the hearing from Luthuli House to an undisclosed venue after youth league supporters went on the rampage  outside the ANC headquarters late last month.

Two Blacks Shot Dead In Farm Attack - White Granny Beaten into a Coma

Walkerville, Vereeniging. The supermarket chain who buys the dairy-products from 26-year-old dairy foreman Eon Viljoen has much to answer for. Their failure to pay the farm for its products has caused a chain of horrific events in which two former farm workers – angered because they did not get their Christmas bonuses in time – beat farm-owner Marie Weilbach, 79 into a braindead-coma with a steel-pipe. The two workers then were killed in turn when they waited for her grandson Villjoen in ambush and tried to kill him with a shotgun and a steelpipe. Two dairy-farm workers – Mkhlushwa Khoza and Mbongiseni Hornsby – beat 79-year-old farm-owner Mrs Marie Weilbach into a braindead coma while the retired Boer dairy-farmer was watching a religious TV-programme. Both her hands were crushed from trying to ward off the blows. She's on life-support in a Gauteng hospital – declared braindead.

Earlier this year the young Mr Viljoen had taken over management of the family-farm from his frail grandmother – its ownership dates from 1903 (from the era when the British colonial military forces attacked the independent Boer Republics). Viljoen said that from the outset as its foreman, the farm had struggled to get paid for their dairy-products from their buyers. Eon Viljoen worried about the Christmas bonuses, so two weeks ago their six workers were called together and told by Viljoen that that he would not be able to pay their annual Christmas bonuses before Christmas – but also promised that they would still get the bonuses immediately after the farm got paid by the buyers in the city. They had always received their wages on time; the problem was with the bonuses. "One of the workers at the meeting then reacted very angrily, demanding his money immediately, said Viljoen. "He told me 'you are not wearing a bullet-proof vest, and I am going to shoot you'."

Viljoen said he then hurriedly borrowed money from a friend, called the workers together again and paid them their bonuses. However – he also fired the worker who had threatened to kill them and told the assembled workers that if this man had carried out his threat and Viljoen ' was no longer there to run the farm, they would all have been out of a job'. He said a second worker then decided to quit his job as well. Then these two disgruntled workers started a campaign of terror against the remaining four farm workers and their families which got so bad that the four workers fled from their cottages to the township – one even left with his wife without getting paid. Another fleeing worker stole R800 – his last remaining cash – from Viljoen's wallet before disappearing, he said.
His grandmother – in whose name the family farm is registered – took these threats and all these incidents very seriously and warned him to protect himself – giving him her legally-registered 9mm pistol on Tuesday-nigh (December 21, 2010), he said. "I phoned the two workers Khoza and Hornsby on Wednesday, asking them to come to the farm so that we could find a solution to the problem,' he said. "They both showed up but then demanded more cash payments of R6,000 and R3,000 respectively as 'entrenchment packages'. I told them that I didn't have that kind of money and that they would have to contact their trade union to take the matter up with them to deal with it legally." Khoza and Hornsby then left the homestead and shortly thereafter, Viljoen also went outside to drive his usual rounds before stopping by a hiding-place in the stable to fetch his grandmother's pistol at around 18:20. He immediately wanted to give it back to her for her self-protection.

When he returned to the homestead the back door stood open, he told Beeld. "At that time of the evening my grandmother always feeds her dogs so I did not suspect anything amiss until I walked into the kitchen. The two workers, Khoza and Hornsby were waiting for me – one immediately fired a shot from a shotgun without saying a word, and I fired back at once. Both shots missed. The worker then fired again with the shotgun. Vijoen said he then shot the man with one shot to the head and as the other worker stormed towards him with a steelpipe Viljoen also shot him dead as well. The grandson then rushed inside to find his grandmother –"she is a very religious person and always sat and watched the church-channel on TV all day...' — and found her on her chair, her head caved-in and bloodied; critically injured. He immediately phoned the SAPS and medics from Netcare 911. Mrs Weilbach was rushed to Sebokeng hospital where she was put on a life-support machine. She has been declared braindead, he said. "Why didn't they just wait for me somewhere on the farm? Why didn't they leave my grandmother alone?" he said. SAPS constable Makgauta Serathi said they are 'investigating two murder-cases.

20 May 1983 – Remembering The Church Street Bomb, Pretoria

The Church Street attack on May 20, 1983 killed 19 and injured more than 200 people when a car with 40kg of explosives was detonated outside the SAAF headquarters. Two MK cadres, who were in the car at the time, were also killed because the bomb exploded two minutes early. A huge pall of smoke rose hundreds of feet into the air as debris and bodies were strewn around the scene of the explosion. It exploded at the height of the city's rush-hour as hundreds of people were leaving work for the weekend. Glass and metal were catapulted into the air as shop-fronts and windows were blown out. Many passers-by had limbs amputated by the flying debris. Others bled to death.

In his book "Long Walk to Freedom", Nelson Mandela wrote that as a leading member of the ANC's executive committee, he had "personally signed off" in approving these acts of terrorism, the pictures and details of which follow below. This is the horror which Mandela had "signed off" for while he was in prison – convicted for other acts of terrorism after the Rivonia trial. The late SA president PW Botha told Mandela in 1985 that he could be a free man as long as he did just one thing: 'publicly renounce violence'. Mandela refused. That is why Mandela remained in prison until the appeaser President FW de Klerk freed him unconditionally. The bottom line? Nelson Mandela never publicly renounced the use of violence to further the 'cause of freedom'. On 11 July 1963 the police raided the home of Arthur Goldreich in Rivonia near Johannesburg, where it captured, by surprise, the leadership cadre of the Umkonto we Sizwe underground. Seventeen people were arrested.

Five of those arrested were Jews. They were: Arthur Goldreich, Lionel Bernstein, Hilliard Festenstein, Dennis Goldberg and Bob Hepple.

The following ammunition and bomb-making equipment was confiscated from the Black terrorists and their Jewish cohorts:

 * 210,000 hand grenades
 * 48,000 anti-personnel mines
 * 1,500 time devices
 * 144 tons of ammonium nitrate
 * 21,6 tons of aluminium powder
 * 1 ton of black powder
