I think the most he should get is a story that gives his point of view....  "News" is weird...  Its one thing to say "There was an accident and 45 people died, investigators are conducting an investigation, their findings will be made public tomorrow"..  Its another thing to say "This dude did something for *this reason*..  according to *one of the participants* who perceived *another persons actions* a particular way"..  Should correct it with a story that says "We contacted the other party and this is what they had to say"  ....


Like the aftermath videos of that AC Transit bus participants..  the "I Am A Mother*er" guy..

$250 mill is a lot for that...  And they are right, they reported from the perspective of one of the individuals.  This was a fair ruling in my opinion....


It would be neat if we could figure out how to properly do press releases and have them submitted to Google... Most news is digital anyway now.  Then can submit news from other perspectives.
