Hello, I'm hoping someone will come across this post and might be able to help me with my search of a list of government titles and influence.

I was initially hoping to find a tree chart showing hierarchy/influence of government structure from the ground up so that people would be more aware of the positions that make the decisions they need to live by.



I know it varies between countries, and local, state, federal, etc.

This is not so much a list I'm trying to compile for the purpose of trying to get sympathizers into those offices but a list so when people come across some restrictions they don't like, they know where that decision came from and who can change it and how they would have to go about changing it..


Current example would possibly be for stopping these AU agencies I heard about in the forum from being able to just tell officials to just drop charges.


LOL, that particular discovery really kind of urks me because that is like saying some non-law enforcement agency is going around essentially telling the law enforcers to not enforce the law that supposedly the people have determined the law to be.   




Maybe I'm not so urked that that option is available but perhaps the urk comes from not being able to mimic that ability.

This post is pretty simple.  I read a little about private court systems and I think it is an interesting concept.

Are the rulings legally binding? They are if the participants sign a contract saying the ruling is binding.

So how do you get participants?

If you are going to be doing something with someone that you feel you need some extra reassurance with, you can agree to work out whatever arrangement is going on but you sign a contract saying that if there is any future disputes you want the dispute handled in a court of your choice, or specify whatever service.

Hello AU Creators. I was wondering if you folks knew of any websites that allowed you to browse a list of addresses that are delinquent in their property taxes.

I've been able to find lists for places in the USA but I don't think I'm putting the right keywords together for the "down under" flavor.

Reason being: Adverse Possession

I'm sure that using a shed that you crudely build on the lawn for tools and supplies and such, while making open use of their "urban farmland", while doing something to pay the property taxes, would allow you to claim the property in a bunch of years.

Even if you only get 4 years of use out of it before someone else buys it "properly". That is still 4 years of "work" and "earnings" you generate for "the cause".

And if you lose it... move to another plot. No need to cry over a yard.

Clearing, fencing, cultivating, or improving the land demonstrates open and notorious possession, while actual residence on the land is the most open and notorious possession of all. The owner must have actual knowledge of the adverse use, or the claimant's possession must be so notorious that it is generally known by the public or the people in the neighborhood. The notoriety of the possession puts the owner on notice that the land will be lost unless he or she seeks to recover possession of it within a certain time.


Exclusive Adverse possession will not ripen into title unless the claimant has had exclusive possession of the land. Exclusive possession means sole physical occupancy. The claimant must hold the property as his or her own, in opposition to the claims of all others. Physical improvement of the land, as by the construction of fences or houses, is evidence of exclusive possession.

What is Adverse Possession?

In common law, through the legally recognized concept of adverse possession, a squatter can become a bona fide owner of property without compensation to the owner. Adverse possession is the process by which one acquires the title to a piece of land by occupying it for the number of years necessary, dictated differently in practice by each state's statute of limitation for an eviction action. A necessary component of this transfer of ownership requires that the landowner is aware (or should be aware) of the land occupation[citation needed] and does nothing to put an end to it. If the land use by the new occupant goes unchecked for the said number of years, the new occupant can claim legal rights to the title of the land. The occupant must show that the "possession is actual, open, notorious, exclusive, hostile, under cover of claim or right, and continuous and uninterrupted for the statutory period."

The Following Must Be Proven

Actual – You actually acted in the manner of an owner of the property.

Open & Notorious – You engage in acts of possession consistent with the property at issue in a manner which was capable of being seen. (This does not mean that you must have been observed in your acts of ownership but, had the actual owner or members of the public been in a position to see you, your acts must have been observeable). You need not use the property in a manner that exceeds that which would be expected of the actual owner – that is, it may be possible to claim adverse possession of a vacation property on the basis of use only during the vacation season, or to claim adverse possession of a vacant parcel of land by engaging in typical acts of maintenance for the parcel.

Exclusive – The adverse possessor does not occupy the land concurrent with the true owner or share possession in common with the public. One does not have to exclude others from the land in order to claim "exclusive" use, but during the statutory period the person claiming title by adverse possession must have been the only person to treat the land in the manner of an owner.
Hostile – Hostility exists where a person possesses the land of another intending to hold to a particular recognizable boundary regardless of the true boundary line. That is, possession is "hostile" to the title owner's interest in the property. If possession was not hostile, it may still be possible to advance a claim of ownership under a theory of "acquiescence". You cannot claim "adverse possession" if you are engaged in the permissive use of somebody else's land.
Under Cover of Claim or Right – Either when the person claiming the property makes the claim based upon constructive possession under color of title (e.g., there is an error in the legal description in their deed leading them to believe they own part of a neighboring property), or makes the claim based upon actual use and possession of the area of land at issue for the statutory period
Continuous & Uninterrupted – All elements of adverse possession must be met at all times through the statutory period in order for a claim to be successful. It may be possible to claim adverse possession even if there is a transfer of ownership through the principle of "tacking" – for example, a former owner's twelve years of adverse possession can be "tacked" to the present owner's eight years, for a cumulative twenty years of adverse possession.
The Statutory Period – The statutory period, or "statute of limitations", is the amount of time the claimant must hold the land in order to successfully claim "adverse possession".
Common Defenses to Adverse Possession
While the following list is far from exhaustive, these defenses are very often brought in adverse possession actions:


Permissive Use – If the actual owner has granted the claimant permission to use the property, the claim of "adverse possession" cannot be deemed "hostile" and thus fails.
Public Lands – Government-owned land may be exempt from adverse possession.
Insufficient Acts – Although it is conceded that the claimant engaged in some use of the property, it is alleged that these acts were not sufficient to amount to acts suggesting a claim of ownership.
Non-Exclusive Use – Although it is conceded that the claimant engaged in some use of the property, it is alleged that others (usually the property owner) also used the property in a manner consistent with that of the landowner.

I'm thinking about putting together a few videos with the content being towards a Jewish audience with the intent on bringing some of the nastyness of their religion into their focus and asking them if they knew that by calling themselves a Jew they are associating themselves with supporting those kinds of activities.

Then I'll go into some "Did you know you can just not be Jewish? Just stop associating with those functions. Inform your Jew friends with your decision on why you no longer want to be associated with the.."  blah blah ramble.

Then once it looks nice and pretty I want to use it as a youtube video response to a bunch of the pro-jew lecturers and propaganda spinners. 

"Yeah what you say is all fine and interesting and everything but seriously, did you know what other stuff your supporting with these activities?"

I think it would be an awesome feature for this forum if all of a users posts could be exported into a .pdf file.

This way all of a users contributions to the forum can be saved for when they leave/die/go to prison, etc.

Imagine if a PDF file of all of Klassen or Billys forum posts existed. It would kind of be like religious heritage or something.

Quick Digest:   Different foods fed to different animals cause unique enzymes and compounds to be created from/in the bodies filtering organs.

I was just reminded of something and I wanted to make a quick post about it here.

It probably won't be of any real use to anyone but it is good to know.

This would probably be considered fringe holistic, and it can get to be a big nasty, but its good to know where to look for the hard core old medicine.


Ok, every creature needs to eat, in fact every cell of every creature needs to eat.

In consequence, every creature needs to filter that food and get rid of the waste.

Not everything digests things the same way, look at lactose digestion between in humans.

To help break down, filter, and make use of diff materials, some creatures make special enzymes on occasion, that they wouldn't otherwise, to do this. Its tough to tell which creatures would produce what enzymes until those materials are introduced. (example not available right now)

Sometimes when these enzymes or compounds are created, they have some kind of medicinal use. For example, some parasites fecal matter contains compounds that treat asthma.


I don't know the technical terms for what I'm explaining here, maybe someone with these interests will find this an interesting  platform to go forward in their search from.

Usually in western medicine we are looking for the exact chemical/molecule signature the treatment or cure is found in. 

For example.. if molecule signature 155 cures asthma western medicine is interested in just getting what it needs to have a pure as possible 155 molecule signature. The problem is that to get that 155 signature you usually end up getting that signature and a lot of other stuff that is included with having to obtain that. The trick is cleaning it up. The problem is that not every "signature" can be created by mixing chemicals in the lab and there is no known way of cleaning up the recipe..


For example, lets say a special breed of horse can cure cancer when its fed a special kind of vegetable.. the only problem is that for this compound to be created the horses urine needs to ferment so that bacteria can eat the vegetable waste, in combination with an enzyme from the horse.  The bacterias waste will then contain the compound you are looking for.

Unfortunately, you now have to find a way to get this compound out of the toxic brew its sitting in..  unless you find yourself brave enough to guzzle the fermented horse urine (not fda approved lol) in hopes that you get a good enough dose of what you were looking for.




I hope this has expanded your knowledge of medicine. Everything we have comes from nature, if it is not from nature directly it was processed from something in nature that has a little bit of what was desired and a lot of something that wasn't desired. 5.)  MEAT:  If an animal eats any leafy vegetable all along the West Coast, that animal has consumed radiation, and is poisoned.  This is any animal from cows, pigs, goats, sheep to wild deer and other game.
If you eat the above foods from areas with high radiation levels, you are eating radiation and feeding it to your children. Slowly the radiation levels within your body will build up.  This is PERMANENT.
Infant mortality rates across the United States have increased by more than 35% since the nuclear disaster, according to a court statement by Dr. Sherman with independent scientist Leuren Moret, MA, PhD.  A study published in The International Journal of Medicine indicates that more than 20,000 deaths right here in North America can be directly attributed to the release of radioactive material from Fukushima.

I remember hearing or reading from Ben Klassens materials that sending blacks back to Africa first class on cruise ships would cost something like 1 billion or 1 trillion dollars or something like that.

Essential tidbits were "asians are all about more kids the merrier" and "since whites don't have an all white homeland maybe they should think about making white town similar to asian towns."

and I was thinking... "that sounds totally stupid, way too many chinks, I'd rather promote to keep going rural while owning houses in the city used for renting purposes."

Then I remember a topic I brought up earlier in the forum about telling white people who got mixed up in mixed marriages about the possibility that they could escape to countries that don't extradite to their country...

and then I made a connection..  I know that China doesn't extradite to the US (where I'm at) and I'm not sure (a quick google search didn't help) but maybe the US doesn't extradite to China.. if that is the case these "China Towns" could essentially just be landing pads for Chinese criminals to get a foothold (probably from family) in a land that won't extradite them.

and so I propose that in these crap hole nations that don't extradite back to your/my (we should probably come up with a list of common safe extradition countries) country, we do attempt to form some kind of social network with white people in these places to make transitioning into a new life easier for any of our.. dare I call them "neo-colonists"

   Some people that I knew in the past but do not associate with anymore have reconnected with me on social networking sites.

   That is fine and well but the problem is that some of them have decided to become part of the mix raced family agenda, whether this is due to consequences from some intoxicated encounter or however it came about.


   My question is then, what path of action could these people take to free themselves from this mix raced prison they find themselves in?

   Some thoughts that come to mind would be to have the other partner somehow found to be a bad parent and then get full custody of the child and then put the child up for adoption.

   Another option I see would be to follow these instructions ( http://www.wikihow.com/Not-Pay-Child-Support ) to make sure child support payments can be avoided.


  Another thing that comes to mind is the alimony trap. This yahoo answers page has some information on how to avoid/get out of paying that.

The largest study ever conducted into the effects of paternal age has discovered that babies born to young fathers are more likely to suffer birth problems.

Teenage fathers posed the biggest risk, with babies born to men under 20 years old found to be 22% more likely to die during their first four weeks of life, and 41% more likely to die during their first year. Their babies were also found to have a 13% increased chance of a low birthweight and a 15% higher risk of being premature.

No increased risk was found for older fathers, even after the age of 40.
The study was conducted at the Ottawa Health Research Institute in Canada, and looked at 2.6 million sets of parents. To ensure that the age of the mother did not affect findings, all the women were aged between 20 to 29 years old.

Study leader Professor Shi Wu Wen commented on the findings, 'Although the increased relative risks for most outcomes were small, the magnitude of the risk to society could be huge, if the increases we found are truly attributable to paternal age.' He added that the results, 'warranted further investigation.'

Commenting on the findings. Allan Pacey, senior lecturer in andrology at the University of Sheffield suggested the explanation did not lie in biology, but in socio-economic factors.

'A far more convincing explanation for the finding in this study is that older men are simply better able to provide for their pregnant partners than younger fathers', he explains, 'It makes sense that babies born to older fathers probably have a better start to life.'

It really happened: Six generations of inbreeding spanning the years 1800 to 1960 caused an isolated population of humans living in the hills of Kentucky to become blue-skinned.
The startlingly blue people, all descendants of a French immigrant named Martin Fugate and still living near his original settlement on the banks of Troublesome Creek when hematologists studied them in the 1960s, turned out to have a rare blood condition called methemoglobinemia. A recessive gene was pairing with itself to change the molecular composition of their blood, making it brown as opposed to red, which tinted their skin blue.

The hematologists' attempt to trace the history of the mutant gene revealed a gnarly Fugate family tree, contorted by many an intermarriage between first cousins, aunts and nephews, and the like over the generations. Dennis Stacy, whose great-great-grandfather on both his mother's and father's sides was the same person — Henley Fugate — offered a simple explanation for the rampant interbreeding: In the old days in eastern Kentucky, Stacy said, "There was no roads."

It sounds sordid at worst and lazy at best, but in fact, the Fugates' tale is a miniature version of the story of human coupling since time immemorial. Local populations interbreed, causing a sharing of genes, a resulting in-group physical resemblance and, eventually, identification as a distinct race or ethnic group.

According to Stephen Stearns, a Yale professor of ecology and evolutionary biology, before the invention of the bicycle, the average distance between the birthplaces of spouses in England was 1 mile (1.6 kilometers). During the latter half of the 19th century, bikes upped the distance men went courting to 30 miles (48 km), on average. Scholars have identified similar patterns in other European countries. Widespread use of bicycles stimulated the grading and paving of roads, lending credence to the Fugate clan's excuse and making way for the introduction of automobiles. Love's horizons have kept expanding ever since.

"The distance between the birthplaces of parents has continued to increase since the invention of the bicycle, making it now easy, if not standard, for parents to have been born on different continents," Stearns told Life's Little Mysteries.

Stearns says globalization, immigration, cultural diffusion and the ease of modern travel will gradually homogenize the human population, averaging out more and more people's traits. Because recessive traits depend on two copies of the same gene pairing up in order to get expressed, these traits will express themselves more rarely, and dominant traits will become the norm. In short, blue skin is out. Brown skin is in.

Already in the United States, another recessive trait, blue eyes, has grown far less common. A 2002 study by the epidemiologists Mark Grant and Diane Lauderdale found that only 1 in 6 non-Hispanic white Americans has blue eyes, down from more than half of the U.S. white population being blue-eyed just 100 years ago. "The only explanation for the observed pattern that was consistent with the data (that we could think of) was that assortative mating had changed," Lauderdale told Life's Little Mysteries. Assortative mating is the tendency of people to mate with members of their same ancestral group — a tendency that has seemingly lessened over time. "This was consistent with a birth year-related increase in the proportions of individuals who listed more than one ancestry in the 1980 census."

Lauderdale says blue eyes won't die out completely; they'll simply stabilize at a low level that reflects the chance of mating between two individuals possessing recessive blue-eye genes.
Other recessive traits will drop to low levels too, according to University of Delaware evolutionary biologist John McDonald. "Because most immigrants to the U.S. are from Asia, Africa or Latin America, any trait that is more common in northern Europeans than in the rest of the world will get less common over the near future in the U.S. due to immigration," McDonald wrote in an email. "Examples would include red and blond hair, blue eyes, and freckles. Traits that are recessive and are more common in some groups than others will decrease due to blending; blue eyes, sickle cell anemia, and cystic fibrosis are examples of this."

Meanwhile, many other physical traits will simply blend together. "Most of the traits that we think of as distinguishing different groups (hair color, skin color, hair curliness, facial features, eye shape) are controlled by multiple genes, so they don't follow a simple dominant/recessive pattern," McDonald explained. "In those cases, blending will make people look more similar over time."

It's not straightforward to predict how blending of genes affects physical appearances, but McDonald said the tendency is for such traits to average out. The average American skin and hair color will probably darken slightly, and there will be fewer people with very dark or very pale skin and hair.

The genetic mixing under way in the United States is also happening to a greater or lesser degree in other parts of the world, the researchers said. In some places, unique physical traits tailored to the habitat still confer an evolutionary advantage and thus might not bow out so easily; in other places, immigration happens much more slowly than it does elsewhere. According to Stearns, perfect homogenization of the human race will probably never occur, but in general, Earth is becoming more and more of a melting pot.

A population forged from the long-term mixing of Africans, Native Americans and Europeans serves as an archetype for the future of humanity, Stearns said: A few centuries from now, we're all going to look like Brazilians.
