Rittenhouse: Biden Defamed Me, Lawyers Exploring Lawsuits

 November 23, 2021

President Joe Biden may face a lawsuit over his evidence-free claim that Kyle Rittenhouse is a white supremacist, the teenager indicated in an interview that aired on Nov. 22. Biden made the claim while he was a presidential candidate in 2020; he provided no proof for the label. "It's actual malice, defaming my character for him to say something like that," Rittenhouse told Fox News' Tucker Carlson. It was the first time the teen has responded to the claim. The term actual malice refers to a legal standard set by the Supreme Court for libel cases where public figures can win damages, according to the Free Speech Center at Middle Tennessee State University. Various lawyers have said Rittenhouse could sue Biden and others for defamation, and the teen suggested that may happen. "I have really good lawyers who are taking care of that right now. So, I'm hoping, one day, there will be accountability for their actions that they did," he said.

Rittenhouse shot three men in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Aug. 25, 2020. He was acquitted on all charges last week, successfully making the case that he was acting in self-defense. Video footage and testimony showed the men each attacked or were advancing towards him when they were shot. Biden's claim came in a Twitter post from his official account. He was criticizing then-President Donald Trump, alleging Trump "refused to disavow white supremacists" during a debate they took part in the night prior. A video attached to the tweet showed people during the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, as well as Rittenhouse in Kenosha. "When I saw that I was shocked. I was angry," Wendy Rittenhouse, Rittenhouse's mother, told Fox earlier this month. "He did that for the votes, and I was so angry for a while at him and what he did to my son—he defamed him," she added.

We shouldn't have opportunists corrupting peaceful protests by rioting and burning down the communities they claim to represent anywhere in the country," Psaki said. Biden told reporters after Rittenhouse was acquitted that he didn't watch the trial but "stood by what the jury has concluded." Rittenhouse addressed Biden directly during the interview, urging him to acquaint himself with what unfolded during the trial. "Mr. President, if I could say one thing to you, I would urge you to go back and watch the trial and understand the facts before you make a statement," he said.

Biden Orders 50 Million Barrels of Oil Released From Strategic Reserve in Bid to Cool Surging Prices

November 23, 2021

19 million barrels per day consumed in the U.S. alone. How long does he expect 50 million barrels to last?
*
President Joe Biden on Nov. 23 ordered 50 million barrels of oil released from the nation's strategic petroleum reserve to help cool surging energy costs and ease pain at the pump. "American consumers are feeling the impact of elevated gas prices at the pump and in their home heating bills, and American businesses are, too, because oil supply has not kept up with demand as the global economy emerges from the pandemic," the White House. Crude oil prices have surged to seven-year highs, with global demand seeing a sharp rebound from pandemic lows. Republicans have blamed Biden's policies for contributing to rising prices, including nixing the Keystone XL pipeline project and freezing new oil and gas drilling leases on federal land.

Insisting that Biden "is using every tool available to him to work to lower prices and address the lack of supply" of oil, the White House said the U.S. Department of Energy will make available 32 million barrels of crude ... Reacting to the White House announcement, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said the SPR release—which represents just a few days of U.S. domestic demand—is unlikely to have a significant impact.

Besides becoming a key issue for many Americans, surging prices have also become a political problem for the Biden administration, with a recent CBS/YouGov poll showing that 67 percent of Americans disapprove of Biden's handling of inflation. The poll also showed that nearly two-thirds of Americans said the U.S. economy was in bad shape—the worst outcome since the depths of the pandemic last summer—while 84 percent of those who gave the economy a negative rating blamed inflation.

CBS Corrects False Claim Rittenhouse Crossed State Lines While Armed
November 22, 2021

CBS has corrected the false claim a reporter offered on air regarding Kyle Rittenhouse

On Sunday's "Face the Nation," Mark Strassman falsely reported that Rittenhouse "drove in from Illinois armed for battle." The falsehood was one of many spread by news outlets and influencers in the wake of Rittenhouse being acquitted. The network has not responded to a request for comment and Strassman couldn't be reached.Viewers weren't made aware of the misinformation but CBS has added an editor's note to the transcript of the morning show."Kyle Rittenhouse testified that he did not drive to Kenosha with a weapon. It was not illegal for Rittenhouse to posses [sic] that particular weapon. We apologize for this oversight in language," CBS said in the note.A gun charge against Rittenhouse was tossed by a judge shortly before the jury began weighing five other charges. Rittenhouse was later acquitted of all charges.

Private ownership of the media is the problem

Dominick Black, a close friend of Rittenhouse, testified in court that he bought the gun for the teenager. It was stored at his home in Kenosha and picked up on the day Rittenhouse shot three men last year. Even before then, evidence indicated that Rittenhouse had never possessed the gun in Illinois, where his mother lives. The teen's father resides in Kenosha. An investigation revealed the gun he used was bought, stored, and used in Wisconsin, Lake County, Illinois prosecutor Michael Nerheim said in October 2020. "Additionally, there is no evidence the gun was ever physically possessed by Kyle Rittenhouse in Illinois," he said in a statement. False claims about Rittenhouse were also spread on CNN, ABC, and ESPN, and by prominent influencers like Reps. Sean Patrick Maloney (D-N.Y.) and Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.).

Experts said the misinformation—possibly disinformation—is troubling because once a false claim is made, it can be repeated by others and eventually be seen by some people as a fact. "The genie's out of the bottle," he said. Media experts say the best course of action is to correct false information where viewers see it. CBS didn't immediately respond to a request for comment asking if next week's "Face the Nation" will address the false reporting. The note was shared on social media. Later Sunday, other misinformation was aired on the show. Derrick Johnson, president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, claimed that Rittenhouse illegally purchased a gun. Neither he nor Strassman were corrected by moderator Margaret Brennan.

Fake News Media Downplays Christmas Parade Massacre, Claims Killer Darrell Brooks 'Fleeing a Knife Fight' Before Plowing Over 40 People

November 22nd 2021

The fake news media is already conducting a mop up operation after 39-year-old Darrell Brooks plowed over more than 40 people dancing in a Christmas parade in Waukesha

At least 5 people are dead and 40 others injured after Darrell Brooks broke through the barriers with his SUV and sped through the Waukesha Christmas parade. Ariel view of the terror attack shows Brooks intentionally hitting people.

CNN claimed he was 'fleeing another scene' according to 'sources.' NBC News claimed Brooks was 'fleeing a knife fight at a nearby park' before he mowed over dozens of people. Media also jumped on the fake news train and downplayed Brooks' massacre.

CBS also claimed Brooks was just fleeing another scene before he killed and injured innocent people dancing in the Christmas parade. New York Times buried the story on page 22.

Suspect who plowed into Christmas parade released by Milwaukee DA's office two days before tragedy

Nov 22, 2021

Milwaukee County District Attorney John Theodore Chisholm has a track record of his office releasing prolific offenders, as well as not filing charges against them
*
Following the arrest of a career criminal as the suspect in Sunday's 'mass casualty incident' in Waukesha, Wisconsin, questions began to swirl regarding how a career criminal was released on cash bail two days before the incident. So far, five have been confirmed dead, more than 40 injured, many children among them. Milwaukee County District Attorney John Theodore Chisholm has a track record of his office releasing prolific offenders, as well as not filing charges against them. In December of 2018, Chrisholm boasted on social media about a report profiling his office. Chrisholm tweeted, "An ADA on our office philosophy: 'It doesn't benefit anybody for someone, for example, to be prison bound because they have a significant substance abuse issue or a diagnosed history of mental health issues. ...'"

"Seek out alternative sentences, even for some violent offenders" - DA TheodoreChisholm

He added another post which read, "An ADA on the paradigm shift we have effected in the Milwaukee County prosecution system: 'I would say the biggest change that I have perceived is trying to find ways to avoid prosecution in more cases and to see what can be done in terms of alternatives to prosecution.'" Chrisholm touted in the thread that his office was "focused on reducing the use of incarceration in nearly all cases ... Overall, prosecutors prioritize addressing the root causes of criminal behavior – substance use, mental health issues – and seek out alternative sentences, even for some violent offenders."

India Police Charge Amazon Execs in Alleged Marijuana Smuggling Case
*
November 20, 2021

Indian police said on Saturday they had charged senior executives of Amazon.com's local unit under natrcotics laws in a case of alleged marijuana smuggling via the online retailer. Police in the central Madhya Pradesh state arrested two men with 20  kg (44 lb) of marijuana on Nov. 14 and found they were using the Amazon  India website to order and further smuggle the substance in the guise of  stevia leaves, a natural sweetener, to other Indian states. State police said in a statement that executive directors of Amazon  India were being named as accused under the Narcotic Drugs and  Psychotropic Substances Act due to differences in answers in documents  provided by the company in response to police questions and facts  unearthed by discussion.

Police did not disclose how many executives were charged. The police, who had previously summoned and spoken to Amazon  executives in the case, estimate that about 1,000 kg (2,200 lb) of  marijuana, worth roughly $148,000, was sold via Amazon. Amazon said in a statement that it does not allow the listing and  sale of legally prohibited products, adding that it takes strict action against sellers in case of any contravention. "The issue was notified to us and we are currently investigating it,"....

California Nordstrom Ransacked by 80 Looters in Ski Masks With Crowbars: Witnesses
November 21, 2021

A Nordstrom in Northern California was ransacked by dozens of apparent looters clad in ski masks while armed with crowbars, according to witnesses and video footage.

"We probably saw 50 to 80 people in ski masks crowbars a bunch of weapons," local PF Chang's manager Brett Barrette told KGO-TV, referring to Saturday night's incident in Walnut Creek, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. "They were looting the Nordstrom's right here. And I thought they were going to start beating cars. I had to start locking doors lock the front door lock the back door." Describing the looters as a "mob of people," Barrette told CBS San Francisco that "police were flying in.

Walnut Creek Lt. Ryan Hibbs told KPIX 5, confirming the incident, that dozens of police cars responded to the chaos... citing reports of smashed shelves, noted that the looters were seen getting into vehicles grabbing bags and boxes of items. In the incident, one employee at the store was hit with pepper spray, while two others were punched and kicked by the looters, A video uploaded by a local NBC reporter said that she saw about 25 cars blocking the street before passengers rushed into the store en mass in an incident she described as a "flash mob" robbery. Other footage showed officers arresting and handcuffing several suspected looters... "I had to start locking the front door," he said. "Locking the back door. You never know, they could come right in here. It was crazy ...

Union Square visitors look at damage to the Louis Vuitton store on Nov. 21, 2021, after looters ransacked businesses late Saturday night in San Francisco

It's not clear if the looting incident was connected to Black Lives Matter demonstrations that were planned in the wake of Kyle Rittenhouse's acquittal. Last year, during Black Lives Matter-affiliated riots, a number of businesses around the United States, including department stores like Nordstrom, were targeted in what appeared to be coordinated looting incidents. In May 2020, a Nordstrom in Los Angeles was looted and vandalized amid riots and violence that erupted days after the George Floyd incident.

Australians Protest in Massive Numbers Against COVID-19 Mandates in Major Cities

November 20, 2021

Tens of thousands of protesters with placards and flags at Flagstaff Gardens in Melbourne, Australia, on Nov. 20, 2021

At least tens of thousands of people in Melbourne arrived at Flagstaff Gardens in large numbers for a rally. One man declared: the peaceful march, "We've taken over the whole CBD." Prior to that, crowds gathered at parliament house before they proceeded through the city. Waving "kill the bill" placards and Australian flags, the demonstrators called to stop the Victoria state government's controversial pandemic bill... The crowd also called to "sack Dan Andrews," the state premier ... Melbourne has seen multiple protests in the past few weeks, with crowds gathering at the Victorian parliament in opposition to the pandemic bill...

Tens of thousands of protesters with placards and flags at Flagstaff Gardens in Melbourne

The bill would give unprecedented power to the premier and the health minister... would give the premier the power to declare a pandemic and extend it for three months at a time, for as long as considered necessary. ... " alluding to the misleading portrayal of protesters by some media outlets covering the recent protests in Melbourne. ... the "two-tiered society" that distinguish people by vaccination status. Dada Paramatmananda, another attendee, said that people in Melbourne are exercising their democratic freedoms and taking to the streets after the courts and lawmakers have not been able to secure the freedoms they're seeking..."People are peacefully demonstrating and standing up for their rights." ...

Protesters gather at Hyde Park during the 'World Wide Rally For Freedom' in Sydney, Australia

In Sydney, thousands of protesters gathered at Hyde Park calling for freedom amid ongoing local vaccine mandates and prior lockdown restrictions. "When we have governments that adopt vaccine passports we are no longer free," he told the Sydney rally... "The idea that you could lose your job because you have not engaged to take an experimental vaccine that has zero long-term safety data is a disgrace and an abuse of human rights." "The buck stops with the prime minister. He could ban vaccine passports in this country if he wanted to," The crowd we see in front of us is just a small number of people that is coming after the Labor and Liberal parties at the next election."

Pollak: Joe Biden Can Be Sued for Defaming Kyle Rittenhouse

November 20th, 2021

President Joe Biden could face a civil defamation suit from newly-acquitted Kyle Rittenhouse for calling him a "white supremacist" last year — without evidence, and before Biden was able to enjoy the immunities of presidential office. Rittenhouse was, by then, a "public figure" for the purposes of defamation law, and would have to show that any defendant acted with "actual malice" — that is, with reckless disregard for the truth. He could arguably do so for Biden's false statement.

When Biden made the now-infamous, and false, claim about Rittenhouse at the end of last September, more than a month had gone by since the Aug. 25, 2020 shootings for which Rittenhouse had been charged within days. Even then it was clear that no evidence existed to substantiate the media's initial claim that he was a "white supremacist" — a claim his legal counsel at the time denied on Aug. 28, 2020... Typically, presidents are immune from civil lawsuits for torts alleged to have taken place during their time in office. But as the infamous case of Paula Jones's sexual harassment lawsuit against President Bill Clinton showed, presidents are not immune from suit for torts committed prior to their taking office. Biden could therefore be sued by Rittenhouse.

While Rittenhouse has yet not said he will sue, his mother recently said explicitly that Biden had "defamed" her son — perhaps a sign of a lawsuit to come. Rittenhouse's acquittal will only add to the evidentiary ammunition — especially as prosecutors never once produced a shred of evidence during the trial that he had any white supremacist ties or racial motivations. Before the verdict was delivered in Rittenhouse's trial, Biden compounded the damage, with his press secretary referring to the defendant as a "vigilante." And Biden has yet to apologize, instead saying he was "angry and concerned" by the verdict.

The Jew-owned and controlled media apparently have no White faces to blame here
Authorities  are investigating a video that appears to show a group of teenage girls  brutally beating another girl after she tried to prevent the group from  assaulting a teenage boy as they all rode on SEPTA's Broad Street line. FOX 29 reports that the group of teens first targeted a  group of Asian male students aboard an express train in Olney on  Tuesday.

Faces have been covered to confuse any 'racists' out there
Sources tell FOX 29, the members of the attacking group are  alleged to have hurled racial slurs at the Asian teens from Central High  School and dumped a smoothie on them Tuesday – one day prior to the  incident that was caught on video. The torment reportedly continued on Wednesday when Keeley reports the  same group assaulted at least one of the Asian students. Video shared  on social media appears to show a female Asian student trying to break  up the conflict when the group turns the violence on her.

The Canadian Association for Free Expression Announces Dr. James Sears to Receive 2021 George Orwell Free Speech Award

18th November 2021

Paul Fromm, B.Ed, M.A. Director - The Canadian Association for Free Expression Announces Dr. James Sears to Receive 2021 George Orwell Free Speech Award

The Canadian Association for  Free Expression is proud to announce the presentation tomorrow of the  2021 George Orwell Free Speech Award to writer and editor Dr. James  Sears. Dr. Sears, along with publisher Leroy St. Germaine, was convicted under Canada's notorious "hate law"  for satire and criticizing Jews and radical feminists in the pages of  the Toronto tabloid YOUR WARD NEWS. The citation on the award, which carries a monetary prize, reads:  "For Outstanding Courage In Challenging Censorship and Defending Freedom  In Pursuit of the Truth And for Outstanding Talent in Satire &  Defending Freedom of the Press."

'We are honouring Dr. Sears as a political prisoner, as defined by  Amnesty International, — one who is punished solely for the non-violent  advocacy of his political, religious or social views," says Paul Fromm  Director of the Canadian Association for Free Expression." In 2019, he  was sentenced on two counts to the maximum six months, to be served  consecutively. That is unusual, as Dr. Sears is 58 years old and has no  previous criminal record. He gained early parole, October 14, after  serving four months." CAFE held six protests outside the prison calling  attention to the shame of jailing a writer and journalist for writing  humour. "A sign of the politicized nature of the Canadian justice system is  the story of one of Dr. Sears cellmates. The man had stabbed a person,  stolen a truck and be found in possession of fentanyl. For that, he  received nine and a half weeks. Dr. Sears go the maximum — a year — for  telling jokes," Mr. Fromm notes. "It reminds us of the old Soviet Union  where street criminals often received lenient treatment. Severe  punishment was meted out to political prisoners and dissidents."

'We are honouring Dr. Sears wit and bravery," Mr. Fromm added. The George Orwell Free Speech Award was given annually by the  Canadian Free Speech League and its leader and founder Victoria lawyer  Douglas Hewson Christie, "the Battling Barrister', the foremost free  speech lawyer of his generation. The award was presented from1985 to  2013, when Doug Christie died. "We are reviving this tradition and  award, with the help of a friendly donor," said Mr. Fromm.

UPDATE: Delaware County Pennsylvania Lawsuit Is Going to Blow the Roof Off of the Democrat Voter Fraud in the State

November 18, 2021

An election whistleblower in Delaware County, Pennsylvania released video evidence of the destruction of election data, documents, and equipment by election officials in the 2020 presidential election on Wednesday night

The videos show election officials admitting to each other that their actions were illegal, even "a felony." But the officials decided to destroy the election evidence anyway. In one video James Allen, the Director of Elections Operations is seen in a backroom telling officials to destroy evidence knowing it was a felony. in another video, Tom Gallager, a lawyer for Delaware County, is seen destroying election tapes — a felony. We reported on this last night. The videos are part of a larger lawsuit that will break the Pennsylvania voter fraud scandal wide open. Of note — President Donald Trump was leading in Pennsylvania until the Delaware County Elections officials released their results. Delaware County was the last Pennsylvania county to report their numbers.

Delaware County election employees marched straight to where they were hiding these election records and equipment and destroyed it all. And somebody got it all on camera.

Step 1: File a legal Right To Know request in court asking for the Delaware County election records you know these pricks are hiding.

Step 2: When the Delaware County officials freaked out by your specific Right To Know request go straight to where they have been hiding the election records & equipment to destroy them, you GET IT ALL ON CAMERA.

Step 3: You file a lawsuit extensively detailing with documentary and video evidence how Delaware County officials destroyed federal election records. SOMEBODY SET THEM UP. SOMEBODY BAITED THEM WITH THE RIGHT TO KNOW FILING AND THEN CAUGHT THEM ALL ON CAMERA WHEN THEY DESTROYED THE ELECTION RECORDS AND EQUIPMENT. Can you people see where this is going? This isn't just about the destruction of the November 2020 election records; these corrupt county officials then engaged in a criminal conspiracy to create fake election records to hide what they did. The Delaware District Attorney, state Attorney General Shapiro and the Department of Justice all failed to act. Whoops. Now they're trapped.

How many other corrupt counties in the 6 coordinated election theft states would have to scramble to try to destroy their election records and then manufacture new fake records to replace them if anybody legally filed to see them? The lawsuit is going to blow the roof off of the Democrat voter fraud in the state of Pennsylvania.

Leisure and Hospitality Workers Quitting at Twice National Rate
November 13, 2021

Recent government data on the labor market provided fresh insight into the so-called "Great Resignation," with the figures showing that workers in sectors with a lot of face-to-face interaction with other people, like in accommodation and food services, were quitting their jobs in September at record or near-record numbers and at over twice the national rate. The Labor Department's Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey, released Nov. 12, showed that a total of 4.4 million U.S. workers quit their jobs in September, a record high. ... But the quits rate in several industries—leisure and hospitality (6.4 percent) and accommodation and food services (6.6 percent)—came in at over twice the national rate...

"The number of job openings in late September remained extraordinarily high at 10.4 million,"... "At the same time, the so-called great resignation continued to reach new heights with 4.4 million people quitting their jobs with leisure and hospitality leading the way." Of the 4.4 million workers quitting, 863,000 were in accommodation and food services, and 987,000 were in leisure and hospitality. The Labor Department's quits data comes as businesses continue to report difficulties attracting workers, raising wages, and offering perks to bring in badly needed staff... the mismatch between the near-record 10.4 million job openings and the official number of unemployed people in the United States, which the Labor Department said in an earlier report amounted to 7.4 million in October.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Friday weighed in on the labor market dynamics and commented on the mismatch. ... "Labor supply is abnormally low, I believe, because of the pandemic." The labor force participation rate, a measure of people working or actively looking for work, has been stuck at a historically depressed level.... While the reason for the lagging labor force participation rate isn't immediately clear, economists have cited COVID-19 fears among employees returning to the office... the stress of the pandemic prompting a spike in retirements and resignations, along with a lack of access to affordable child care. "I think part of it reflects concerns about COVID and exposure to COVID... Read more ...

UK Declares Severe Terrorist Threat After Arab Blows Up Taxi In Front Of Liverpool Hospital

15 Nov 2021

The  UK previously raised its threat level to 'severe', after a series of attacks in Europe. It was downgraded to 'substantial' following a 'significant reduction' in incidents.

The UK government has raised the country's terror threat level  designation following Sunday's Liverpool car bomb plot – meaning that  another attack is viewed as "highly likely."The announcement comes  after Prime Minister Boris Johnson chaired an emergency Cabinet Office  Briefing Room (COBR) meeting to brainstorm the government's response to  the attack, which police have declared a terror incident. The decision, which was confirmed by Home Secretary, was  taken the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre ... How Many People?
War is never predictable and power always corrupts

Humanity will move most industry into space and allow only a select  few to remain on our planet, which will be turned into a natural resort,  according to self-funded space explorer Jeff Bezos. The Amazon billionaire enthusiastically shared his predictions for  what human civilization will look like in the future – with him  personally helping to bring that future closer – during a talk at the  annual Ignatius Forum in Washington, DC. "This place is special, we can't ruin it," the founder of Amazon said of our planet.

"Millions of people will move from Earth to space over time.  "Over centuries, most or many of the people will be born in space. It  will be their first home. They will be born on these colonies, they  will live on these colonies. They may visit Earth the way you would  visit Yellowstone National Park," Bezos predicted."This Earth can support, let's say, 10 billion people to a certain  degree.

We'd have to work really hard to figure out how to do that  without degrading the planet... The solar system can support a trillion  people," he said. If historic precedent is any indicator, privileges granted by wealth and status may be involved.

A female passenger was arrested and charged with aggravated assault Saturday evening for punching a Southwest Airlines flight attendant in the side of the head
*
32-year-old Arielle Jean Jackson punched the flight attendant after the two got into a verbal disagreement. According to police, the incident happened while Jackson was boarding a flight bound for New York City at Dallas Love Field Airport. The flight attendant was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition and was released later Saturday. An employee for Southwest Airlines was hospitalized Saturday after she was allegedly assaulted by a passenger boarding a flight to New York City from Dallas. The incident, involved an allegedly unruly female passenger who police identified as Arielle Jean Jackson, 32. Jackson "boarded the plane and went straight to the back" where she had a "verbal altercation with a flight attendant who instructed the suspect to leave the plane," police said in a statement to Fox News. The original police statement described the employee as a flight attendant; however, Southwest Airlines later clarified the victim was an operations agent. The suspect then "went to the front of the plane where she had another verbal altercation with another flight attendant" and began "hitting her with a closed fist to the head,"...

Facts Matter: Criminal Charges Filed Against Election Officials; 25K Suspected Dead Voters on Rolls

Nov 10, 2021

In Michigan, an organization called the Public Interest Legal Foundation conducted an analysis and found nearly 26,000 dead people on the Michigan voter rolls—with the vast majority of them being marked as "active."

In Georgia, a non-profit group has been trying to get high-quality images of the 2020 election ballots so that they can conduct their own audit. However, after months of trying, they found that almost half of Georgia's counties have not been able to produce the original images of the 2020 ballots—with many of them saying that they have actually been deleted. Lastly, in Wisconsin, the sheriff of Racine County has just officially filed election fraud criminal charges against the Wisconsin Elections Commission.

Blacks: The Cost Is Too Great

2 November 2021

*
And it isn't only the cost of housing, policing, coddling, imprisoning, feeding, and paying them forevermore: Now we are expected to essentially give our daughters and our entire nation to them
*

No Black person is British. "British" isn't a political category; it  is an anthropological category. All Britons have primarily Celtic  ancestry, with possibly some mixture with Germanic migrant tribes, such  as Angles and Saxons... Blacks are just Blacks, and most Blacks are "persons of African  ancestry." (There are a few groups who look similar to Blacks who  actually belong to races of dark-skinned people not native to Africa,  such as the Negritos of Panay in the Philippines, or the Australoids  from Australia and Indonesia, commonly called the "Abo" for  "Aborigines.") They don't become Irish by moving to Ireland, or French by moving to  France, etc...

Elon Musk, born in Africa, is nevertheless a man of European  ancestry, primarily English/British... The confusion of labels was intentionally created by the Jewish-run mainstream media and by leftists in the government-controlled schools.  These are the same leftists that, more recently, have begun introducing young children to pro-homosexual propaganda and homo-pornographic "textbooks."  The White-Black achievement gap exists everywhere: in every country,  in every school.

Don't fix something that isn't broken

The only instances in which the achievement gap  appeared to have been closed turned out, upon investigation, to be the  result of fraud. One example of such fraud is the 2010 CRCT cheating  scandal in Georgia, especially in the Atlanta Public Schools. Whites would have made great achievements without Black slaves.  Certainly, enslaving Blacks was a great mistake, not only in the moral  sense. It was also an economic blunder and a social catastrophe, the  effects of which linger to this day.

Whites  would have plowed and hoed their own fields and picked their own cotton.  Blacks weren't necessary to building America, and, given what happened  to the country after Whites relented from slavery, their presence over  the entire history and pre-history of the United States has had  profoundly net negative effects. They've cost far, far more than they  were ever worth.

MSNBC Host Attacks 'Racist' Trucking Industry 'Populated by a Lot of White Men' Who Overwhelmingly Voted for Trump (VIDEO)

November 14, 2021

The smiling faces of hate even towards voters, and even though Trump didn't get in

MSNBC host Tiffany Cross this weekend attacked white truckers as aggressive, dangerous drivers who overwhelmingly voted for Trump. Cross said there's a lot of racism in the trucking industry because it's mainly white men over the age of 55."This is an industry populated by a lot of white men over the age of 55. This group of people overwhelmingly voted for Trump.

Didn't a truck driver just win a senate seat in New Jersey on a $153 campaign?

Some people have talked about, you know, aggressive truck drivers cutting them off or not being helpful." Cross said there would be less racism and better drivers if more blacks worked in the trucking industry. "So, obviously, the more populated it is with people of color, I think you'll see less of that," Cross said.

Appeasement is never enough

Bill Gates celebrated his 66th birthday with Jeff Bezos at an intimate party in a secluded Turkish cove, reports say

October 30, 2021

*
Bill Gates held a 4 hour Birthday party in Turkey, 50 people were flown in private helicopters from their yachts off anchored offshore... These are the people who want you to take the bus to work and make other sacrifices for climate change - Gizzyinski@Gizzyinski

The businessperson turned philanthropist celebrated his 66th birthday that lasted for about four hours, with Amazon owner Bezos and 50 other elite guests at Sea Me Beach in Turkey's southwestern province... Gates reportedly transported his guests by a helicopter from Lana to the secluded beach club. However, Bezos returned to his own yacht, which was docked in Gökova, a popular tourist destination located in the same province, by a private helicopter.

"Well, guess what? If you can get on a train and go from here to Washington much faster than you can go in an automobile, you take a train, you take the train. We will take, literally, millions of automobiles off the road – off the road, saving tens of millions of barrels of oil, dealing with cleaning up the air. This is not hyperbole; this is a fact. These are facts." - Joe Biden

Drunk NFL Player Kills 23-year-old And Her Dog in Fiery 156mph Crash... Blames Her Death on "Slow" Firefighters [VIDEOS]
*
November 12, 2021
*

*
Henry Ruggs, a 22-year-old wide receiver for the Las Vegas Raiders, killed a 23-year-old woman and her dog while drunk driving in the early hours of November 2nd. Ruggs was driving his Corvette 156 mph before hitting the woman, Tina Tintor, and her dog Max. Following this severe impact, Tintor's Toyota RAV4 burst into flames, leaving her trapped.  In a video taken from the scene, Ruggs and his girlfriend can be seen sitting near the crash, along with another of Ruggs' friends, none of whom are making any attempt whatsoever to try and save the woman who is trapped in her totally flame-engulfed car.
*

*
The burning car can be seen not far away from Ruggs and Washington, who again are making no move to show concern for the woman that is trapped in a burning vehicle. In the video, Washington continuously yells for help, saying, "Help! Please can we get help?" and "Can you please help him?!" as Ruggs appears to go unconscious.  A surveillance video was released afterward, which captured Ruggs' car flying down the highways just before the deadly crash occurred. In a poor attempt to take the heat off their client, Ruggs' attorneys are now trying to blame the slow response of the firefighters on Tintor's death. A witness reportedly told the court that firefights were slow to extinguish the burning Toyota, saying "Firemen did not attempt to extinguish the fire at Ms. Tinto's vehicle for approximately 20 minutes at which time the entire vehicle was engulfed in flames". Regardless of the firefighters' response, Tintor was in the middle of a highway, trapped in a flaming car because of the negligence, recklessness, and blatant disregard for human life by Ruggs.

The Last Living member of the American NAZI Party died in 2021 – Jews Killed George Lincoln Rockwell
*
24 January 2021

*
Photo of George Lincoln Rockwell
*
Captain Bernie Davids, was the last living member of George Lincoln Rockwell's American NAZI Party. He died in recent months. I think he died on the 15th September 2021, at the age of 80. He was born on January 16th, 1941. His proper name was Bernard Davids. He was one of George Lincoln Rockwell's original NAZI party members. In his later life he was a ship's Captain. When I went to the USA in 2019, he was one of our guests at the Fash Bash. I also stayed with him for about 2 weeks at his home. He had quite a massive collection of books and newsletters. He donated lots of his Rockwell stuff to a University.

*
"The tall guy on the far right with the dark glasses" is Bernie Davids
*
In the photos below, from the American NAZI Party's Hate Bus, in 1961, he is the tall guy on the far right with the dark glasses. The Hate Bus was one of Rockwell's coolest ideas. I am still a big fan of Rockwell. That man tried his damndest. And the Jews assassinated him. When I stayed with Bernie, we spoke at length about many topics, but he told me in detail about Rockwell's death. He was even at the trial. He told me that the official story is TOTAL NONSENSE. That there were 2 sets of footprints from the roof of the building where Rockwell had been shot.

George Lincoln Rockwell giving a speech with John Patler on his left

The official story is that Rockwell was killed by one of the guys from his own American NAZI Party. THAT IS NONSENSE. Bernie told me that Jews boasted that they were going to KILL several "Racists" in America, in that year when Rockwell died. They injured one man, but Rockwell was the only death. So the physical evidence that Rockwell was murdered by one of the NAZIS (named Patler), is total rubbish. It's a complete lie. Patler was actually a Greek guy and he was one of the most dedicated of the guys in Rockwell's team. He did most of the work on their newsletter. The Jews went after Rockwell TWICE, just like they did with Dr Verwoerd in South Africa. Jan -"History Reviewed"

Africa demands $700 BILLION A YEAR from Europe, USA & Asia For 'Changing the Climate'

Nov 10, 2021

*
Endless charity is a one-way street
*
African nations want Cop26 to open discussions this week on a mega-financing deal that would channel $700bn every year from 2025 to help developing nations adapt to the climate crisis... These funds would also be essential, he said, to cope with the impacts, including fiercer heat, widening droughts and more intense storms and floods, which are using up an increasingly large share of GDP. "Talks about finance take time so we need to have a roadmap now with clear milestones on how to achieve targets after 2025 to ensure the money flows every year." It is also a question of justice. The climate problem was largely created by Europe, North America and east Asia, but the worst impacts are in the southern hemisphere.

For the African group, Glasgow is a time to make amends and lift the level of support in line with the greater urgency demanded by science. The money is needed immediately, say negotiators... "We have received some assurance during the world leaders' summit that they really want to close the gap and we have seen strong announcements on deforestation and methane," he said. "What we want to see now is implementation... But it has suffered many of the most devastating effects of climate disruption, recently including droughts in the Sahel and floods in the Nile delta.

Gabon is among a handful of nations that already have a carbon-negative economy because its vast tropical forests in the Congo Basin absorb more greenhouse gases than its factories, cars and cities emit. It has recently passed an ambitious climate law that aims to ensure the country remains dependent on forests and agriculture rather than the fossil fuel industry. To achieve this goal, it needs outside support so that the government can continue to raise living standards. Many African nations depend on coal for electricity and did not join a declaration this week by more than 40 countries to quit this most polluting of fossil fuels... We are still on our way to be developed. We can't drastically stop coal and oil. For now we need to use it to eradicate poverty and access to energy. We will need support for the transition... That transition will depend on a flow of funding.

In Pursuit of a Secure Border: Small Texas County Leads Charge Against Border Crime

November 11, 2021

*
Charging an illegal immigrant with a misdemeanor such as criminal trespass sounds simple enough. But throw 1,008 cases at a small county with a jail that has 14 spaces and a court system that usually handles six or seven cases per month and the wheels start to fall off... when Texas Gov. Greg Abbott directed state troopers to start arresting illegal aliens—on charges including trespass, criminal mischief, and evading on foot—officials in Kinney County jumped on the idea. County Sheriff Brad Coe was keen to stick illegal immigrants with any charges he could to deter them from coming to his county. "We're going to try to hold these people accountable," ... Local ranchers, tired of cut fences and property damage, signed affidavits allowing the sheriff and the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to press charges on their behalf... it took almost two months to secure enough jail space and for the DPS to work out the process.

Meanwhile, in July, almost 10,000 illegal aliens evaded Border Patrol in the Del Rio Sector, according to preliminary Customs and Border Protection numbers... The officers quickly started arresting an average of 25 illegal aliens per day from private ranches, often at night. At the sheriff's office, state troopers and local jail staff took about two hours to complete the paperwork and magistrate seven Mexicans who were arrested ... They'd been walking for two days before being caught on a ranch. Two said they had already tried crossing a month ago but got caught by Border Patrol and expelled. Another man, who said he was aiming to get to New York, said this was his third time trying to get through. He said his cousin intended to pay the $4,000 smuggling fee upon his delivery to New York. Several said they'll probably try again, while others weren't as enthusiastic. They all said a "travel agent" on the Mexican side of the border directed them on where to cross, gave directions of where to walk, and had planned to coordinate a vehicle pick-up for them. At first, Kinney County Justice of the Peace Narce Villarreal came down to the sheriff's office in the middle of the night to magistrate the groups before DPS transported them the 30 miles to the Val Verde facility. ....

*
Once charged, the suspect will make a plea, and if he pleads guilty, he'll most likely get time served and be turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It's not a hefty penalty, but "we're hoping they avoid our county," Smith said. The maximum punishment for a Class B misdemeanor in Texas is 180 days in jail and a $2,000 fine, whereas a Class A is one year in jail and a $4,000 fine. If they don't make bail, they're in jail the whole time until trial," he said. From the time of the arrest, he has 30 days to file a Class A misdemeanor complaint against a detained individual before the habeas corpus statute requires a personal recognizance (PR) bond to be set and the individual released.

*
In some cases, Smith received the arrest files from DPS on day 29, or even beyond day 30. In other cases, the complaints were filed within the 30 days, but the inmate had bonded out of jail and was nowhere to be found. Logistics and lack of manpower were the bottlenecks, he said. On Oct. 14, Abbott announced $36.4 million in grant funding toward border prosecutions and 12 border counties... Read more ...

Joe Biden And Kamala Harris' Approval Are Now Shockingly Low

Nov 7, 2021

The American people are finally turning against the Biden Regime

A new poll from USA Today and Suffolk found Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' approval ratings are both below 40%. Only 38% approve of Biden while 28% approve of Kamala Harris. From USA Today:

A year before the 2022 midterm elections, Republicans hold a clear lead on the congressional ballot as President Joe Biden's approval rating sinks to a new low of 38%. A USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll, taken Wednesday through Friday, found that Biden's support cratered among the independent voters who delivered his margin of victory over President Donald Trump one year ago.

It's all downhill for the Biden Regime

Vice President Kamala Harris' approval rating is 28% – even worse than Biden's. The poll shows that 51% disapprove of the job she's doing. One in 5, 21%, are undecided.

Arrests of Illegal Immigrants at US–Mexico Border Set New October Record

November 10, 2021

A Border Patrol agent picks up three illegal aliens after Texas state troopers arrested two U.S. citizen smugglers who were transporting them to San Antonio, Texas

Apprehensions along the U.S.–Mexico border in October set a new record for the month, unpublished data obtained by The Epoch Times show. Border Patrol logged about 163,000 arrests of illegal immigrants at the northern and southern borders... While arrests at the U.S.–Canadian border are typically less than 100 each month... they established a new record for October, easily clearing the 91,410 arrests recorded in October of 1999 and well above the figures seen during recent administrations... The arrests last month mean the administration has presided over the year with the most arrests, with two months still left to go. For the full year, Princeton Policy's forecast stands at 1.87 million apprehensions, up from the prior record of 1.61 million set under the Clinton administration in 2000.

Kamala Harris wants to find the root causes of illegal immigration, but the problem lies in their home countries they are fleeing from

Most of the October apprehensions took place in the always-busy Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol sector in Texas. But agents in other areas also made significant arrests, with the number breaching 22,400 in the Yuma, Arizona, sector. The administration also ended the expulsion of many illegal immigrants despite the COVID-19 pandemic and released hundreds of thousands into the U.S. interior... Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas has said the agency's three-part plan is to invest in countries that people are leaving, to build "safe, orderly, and humane pathways" for immigration, and rebuild the asylum system and refugee program.

Thousands of illegal immigrants amass in Del Rio, Texas

Scores of illegal immigrants have said they've traveled to the United States because of Biden's policies. Mexico's government also appears to have become more lenient with illegal immigrants transiting through since Biden took office. Many Haitians who crossed into a primitive camp under the international bridge in Del Rio, Texas, recently told The Epoch Times that now was the time to come because it was easier to get in and stay in under Biden. The majority had been living in Chile or Brazil for years... An untold number of other illegal immigrants enter the country without being arrested or recorded as having gotten away.

Biden Responds to Soaring Inflation, Orders Economic Council to 'Reduce Energy Costs'

November 10, 2021

It's simple: Just get more guys on the job guys
*
"Today's report shows an increase over last month. Inflation hurts  Americans pocketbooks [sic], and reversing this trend is a top priority  for me," Biden said. "The largest share of the increase in prices in this report is due to rising energy costs." The president said he directed his top economic aides to attempt to  "further reduce these costs," regarding energy prices. He also asked the  Federal Trade Commission to deal with "market manipulation or price  gouging in this sector." High inflation is eroding wage gains, adding to the political risk  facing Biden, whose approval rating has been falling, according to a  number of recent polls, as Americans grow more anxious about the  economy. The Federal Reserve and White House have maintained that inflation  will abate as supply chain bottlenecks are fixed... 111 such ships are now sitting outside the ports of Los Angeles and  Long Beach.

*
Biden's answer to shutting down pipelines was to turn to OPEC to increase supplies
*
"Risks are clearly shifting toward U.S. inflation remaining elevated longer than previously thought, but that doesn't mean that it's permanent," ... a senior economist at Moody's Analytics... "The Fed could face a situation where higher  consumer prices begin to weigh on consumer spending, reducing GDP  growth." Later in his statement, Biden urged Congress to approve his "Build  Back Better" agenda, coming after the House approved a Senate-passed  $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill last week. A larger, $1.75 trillion  social spending package is being debated in Congress. "By all accounts, the threat posed by record inflation to the  American people is not 'transitory' and is instead getting worse,"

Biden's answer to inflation is to inflate the money supply so Americans don't have to go to work and wear masks

Manchin wrote.  "From the grocery store to the gas pump, Americans know the inflation  tax is real and DC can no longer ignore the economic pain Americans feel  every day." The Congressional Budget Office on Nov. 9 released a statement saying  lawmakers will have to wait longer for a full score on the social  spending bill. The consumer price index jumped 0.9 percent last month after climbing  0.4 percent in September...  That was the biggest year-on-year rise since November 1990 and followed a  5.4 percent advance in September...

Energy prices in the US are set to rise by over 50% this winter, yet Joe Biden wants to cut supplies still further, while Barack Obama advocates that ordinary people should change their lifestyles and become poorer
*
As the US faces the likelihood that the country's heating costs this winter could be the highest on record thanks to energy price inflation that according to the government could reach 54%, President Biden is recommending a truly Democrat remedy: He wants to cut the amount of energy available to the country, making prices go higher still. "The Biden administration is considering shutting down a Michigan oil pipeline in another push to get the US away from fossil fuels, despite warnings from Republican lawmakers who believe the move would result in fuel price shocks throughout the Midwest," ... To come up with this remedy, President Joe jetted off to Scotland last week with his fellow Americo-European liberal elites in fossil-fuel-powered jet planes... After munching on woodland mushroom pizza, Scottish fish and chips, or sustainable ramen, that's the genius solution Biden came up with.

*
*
All of us have sacrifices to make," Obama promised ... And when he says "we," what he really means is "you."And when he says "burden," he also means "you." As in you will bear the many burdens..."The great man announced he is prepared to make great sacrifices for the planet... let's not forget his holiday home in Hawaii... "Because, you know, climate emergency... what a hypocrite." The same hypocrite refused to cancel his party at his other estate on Martha's Vineyard as he celebrated his 60th birthday while his fellow Democrats called for universal lockdowns because of Covid-19.
*
*
Obama couldn't cancel it because it wasn't really a birthday party, but a fundraiser held exclusively for the various Obama foundations that allow him to organize and fund his activities, including a $485 million down payment on his estimated $700 million Chicago headquarters to be built via anonymous donations near his other estate. That's three estates, for those counting the many sacrifices made by the former president. But still, the current president wasn't done shoring up his argument for how bad your life must get in order for him to save the world, SuperBiden-style...

WATCH: Thunderous Chant of 'F-ck Joe Biden' Breaks Out During UFC 268 Fight

November 7, 2021[/center]

Fans at UFC 268 broke out into a thunderous chant of "f-ck Joe Biden" during Rose Namajunas' fight against Weili Zhang on Saturday night.

Ultimate Fighting Championship President Dana White has been outspoken about refusing to mandate COVID vaccines for fighters in his organization.  "The Chant™️ made an appearance in a BIG way at UFC last night!" Old Row Sports tweeted. As the Gateway Pundit reported this week, White railed against the mandates, asserting that people can do what they want because it's a "free country." In an interview with Brian Kilmeade of Fox News, White was asked about the vaccine mandate for companies with more than 100 employees.

"My fighters can get vaccinated or not," White proclaimed. "We're not forcing people to get vaccinated... This is a free country." The chants began taking place at football games all over the nation, but have branched out to nearly every type of event where there is a large crowd.

Biden Energy Secretary Confirms Americans Will Pay More to Heat Their Homes

November 7, 2021

Biden says he will takes millions of cars off the road also, and owns a fleet of them
*
Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm confirmed on Nov. 7 that Americans should expect to pay more to heat their homes this winter than during previous ones. Responding to a question during an interview on CNN about whether consumers will be paying more, Granholm said that would be the case. "Yes," said Granholm, a Democrat who's also a former Michigan governor. "This is going to happen. It will be more expensive this year than last year. We are in a slightly beneficial position, certainly relative to Europe, because their chokehold of natural gas is significant. They'll pay five times higher." Granholm noted that the United States has "the same problem" regarding fuel transportation and supply before attempting to cast blame on oil and gas companies. At the same time, Granholm pushed the Biden administration-backed $1 trillion infrastructure measure that was recently approved in the House, as well as a larger social spending package.

Biden closes the pipeline, then asks OPEC to increase oil production

"As you know, of course, oil is a global market. It is controlled by a cartel. That cartel is called OPEC, and they made a decision yesterday that they were not going to increase beyond what they were already planning," she said. After taking office in January, President Joe Biden signed executive orders that shut down the Keystone XL pipeline construction, which would have been able to transport oil from oilfields in Alberta, Canada, into the United States. The administration also placed a freeze on some new drilling sites... In October, Biden asked OPEC-plus—the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies—to produce more oil in order to cool high energy prices. However, the Saudi-led alliance rejected Biden's plea on Nov. 4, deciding to instead stick with its plan for cautious monthly increases.

The 'Big Guy' posing for a picture

"Our view is that the global recovery should not be imperiled by a mismatch between supply and demand," a recent White House National Security Council statement reads... Republicans have criticized the Biden administration for forcing the United States to rely on OPEC-plus to deal with rising gas prices in its attempt to shift to electric vehicles as well as wind and solar power, rather than boosting domestic oil production.
