The Gateway Pundit recently reported on footage of elections workers using phones in unauthorized areas and even photographing ballots....

In the following videos posted to We The People AZ Alliance's You Tube on January 5th, an elections worker is caught on camera, suspiciously pulling mail-in ballot envelopes out of an unlocked shred bin on two separate occasions. This election supervisor pulls hand fulls of ballot envelopes out of a shred bin meant for securely destroying sensitive documents and then leaves the room. These videos are to show the blatant disregard for any laws, rules or statutes...

The video above is dated December 28th, 2021, at 1:56 pm, and it is extremely suspicious. The next video shows even more suspicious and potentially illegal behavior. On December 30th, at 5:30 pm, an elections worker removes a stack of ballots from the shred bin, stuffs them in a drawer, then leaves the room. We The People: Here we have an election supervisor thumbing through what looks like ballot envelopes, pulling them out of the shred bin and sticking them in a drawer. Is it unusual for a mob to breach the Capitol Building — ransacking offices, taking goofy selfies, and disrupting the proceedings of Congress for a few hours? Yes, that's unusual. But the idea that this was a real attempt at a "coup" — meaning an attempt to seize by force the reins of the most powerful state in world history — is so preposterous that you really have to be a special kind of deluded in order to believe it. Or if not deluded, you have to believe that using such terminology serves some other political purpose. Such as, perhaps, imposing even more stringent censorship on social media, where the "coup" is reported to have been organized.

He's already been effectively banned from Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter — a rubicon-crossing event in the suppression of political speech ... At no point yesterday was the American government at risk of being "overthrown," as members of Congress have laughably suggested... Instead we're told by the incoming Senate Majority Leader, for example, that January 6, 2021 will now "live in infamy" right alongside December 7, 1941. Elected officials issued emotional notices ... like they had just narrowly avoided being crushed in an earthquake, or escaped the World Trade Center on 9/11. This is made all the more odd because the only person upon whom lethal force was committed appears to have been a Trump-supporting woman who was shot point-blank in the throat by a Capitol police officer.

Journalists and pundits, glorying in their natural state — which is to peddle as much free-flowing hysteria as possible — eagerly invoke all the same rhetoric that they'd abhor in other circumstances on civil libertarian grounds. "Domestic terrorism," "insurrection," and other such terms now being promoted by the corporate media will nicely advance the upcoming project of "making sure something like this never happens again." ... Trump didn't command that his followers physically breach the Capitol Building. In fact, after previously saying he would join the march, he seems to just have gone home to tweet and watch TV. So, basically his normal routine on a typical day, minus a trip to the golf course.

Trump has never had the concentration, organizational acumen, or ideological coherence to mount a bonafide "coup," ... Shortly after the breach, he released a video instructing his followers not to take Senators hostage or imprison Mike Pence, but to "go home." The whole episode never stood the remotest chance of preventing the certification of Joe Biden, much less overthrowing the government.

Victoria White, a peaceful 1/6 protestor who was "brutally beaten" by officers has filed a $1 million lawsuit against D.C. Police

White, a mother of four and domestic abuse survivor from Minnesota, attended the Capitol protests where she was "brutally beaten" by members of the city's police department, the lawsuit filed by Joseph McBride and other members of her legal team says. "She was hit 35 times with a collapsible metal baton, and punched in the face five times as well," White's team confirmed in a press statement. "To add insult to injury, she was indicted for being pushed into the tunnel entrance and for daring to put her hands up in a defensive posture while getting beaten by the police." White "felt deep in her gut and in her heart" that Trump "wrongfully lost the election," but felt "compelled to go" to the Capitol when she heard about planned protests on 1/6. The lawsuit, filed against the city's Police Chief Robert McEntee, 7 unnamed officers involved in White's beating at the Capitol, including one known as "Officer Whiteshirt," named for the difference in uniform suggesting he was involved in a leadership capacity.

The District of Columbia itself is also named, alleges that "the Defendants present on the scene knew that the Plaintiff could not retreat from their repeated assault and battery upon her because of the crush of the crowd behind her outside of the arched tunnel entrance." "At one point Plaintiff was able to break free... but the Defendants present on the scene grabbed her and pulled her back into the arched tunnel entrance, prevented her escape, and held her captive while continuing to physically beat, batter, and assault the plaintiff," White described how she encountered a "horror scene" at the Capitol, with riot police filling the tunnel with some form of chemical gas, "causing victims to vomit and pass out"

The settlement was made public by a New York court on Monday as part of Giuffre's ongoing civil suit against Prince Andrew. She is seeking unspecified damages, alleging that the British royal sexually assaulted her when she was a teenager. She claims to have been forced into sex with him by Epstein and his accomplice, the now convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.

The deceased pedophile agreed to pay Virginia Giuffre $500,000 as part of a confidential 2009 settlement... Her lawsuit now faces a crucial challenge on Tuesday, when Prince Andrew's lawyers will seek to have the case dismissed on the basis of the settlement. Prince Andrew, who has denied Giuffre's accusations, had filed the document as part of his legal brief in October, contending that its "broad release" provisions prevented "future legal disputes" against him and other alleged Epstein associates. In the filing, his attorneys noted that because of Prince Andrew's status as a "senior" British royal, he "falls into one of the expressly identified categories of persons" who were "released from liability" as "a third-party beneficiary" under the 2009 agreement. Although Prince Andrew is not mentioned by name, the settlement apparently covers "expressly identified categories of persons," including "royalty" as well as "politicians, academicians, businessmen, and others allegedly associated with Epstein."

The 2009 deal, which had been confidential till now, states that Giuffre, who is also referred to by her maiden name Roberts, agreed to "release, acquit, satisfy, and forever discharge" Epstein and "any other person or entity who could have been included as a potential defendant" from legal action for claims dating "from the beginning of the world." However, her lawyers say the terms of the agreement pertain only to Florida – where Giuffre alleged she was sexually abused by Epstein – and were thus "irrelevant" to her action against Prince Andrew, which covers alleged sexual abuse by the royal in New York, London, and the US Virgin Islands. In their court filings, her legal team said that the Epstein deal is "outside the four corners" of the case against Prince Andrew.

They were filmed emptying their  backpacks of ballots into the drop boxes in the middle of the night. This was criminal behavior caught on video! Each of the traffickers averaged 23-24 drops where they would  empty backpacks into the ballot boxes. This is completely illegal.  No harvesting is allowed in Georgia...

Apparently, the information reached worthless Never-Trump  Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.  Reportedly True The Vote was able to take cell phone ping  data on a mass wide-scale and piece together that several  people—suspected ballot harvesters—were making multiple trips to  multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of  these states. 242 in Georgia and around 200 in Arizona. From there, the document continues, True The Vote gathered  surveillance video on the drop boxes in Georgia and is attempting to  gather similar such surveillance video from other states. The  document states that True ... The group is  expected to begin releasing some of these videos, which purportedly show  the same people going multiple times to the same drop boxes, in the  coming weeks. Just the News reported that one of the ballot  traffickers was identified and is now talking. According to Just the  News the man WAS PAID THOUSANDS to harvest ballots in Georgia.

Raffensperger's office received a detailed complaint from conservative voter integrity group True the Vote on Nov. 30 saying it had assembled evidence that scores of activists worked with nonprofit groups to collect and deliver thousands of absentee ballots, often during wee-hour operations, to temporary voting drop boxes distributed around the state during the pandemic. The group informed the secretary its evidence included video footage  from surveillance cameras placed by counties outside the drop boxes as  well as geolocation data for the cell phones of more than 200 activists  seen on the tapes purportedly showing the dates and times of ballot  drop-offs, according to documents reviewed...

The group also said it interviewed a Georgia man who admitted  he was paid thousands of dollars to harvest ballots in the Atlanta metropolitan area during the November election and the lead-up to Jan.  5, 2021 runoff for Georgia's two U.S. Senate seats, which were both  captured by Democrats and ended GOP control of Congress. True the Vote is wise not to release the identity of the  ballot traffickers to Georgia State Officials considering they certified  a fraudulent election.

50-year-old Marvin Smith reportedly lured the teen into his car in Philadelphia in August 2017. According to reports, Smith told the juvenile he would give him a ride home, however, he drove the boy to a remote park and sexually assaulted him. The juvenile reported the sexual assault to Philadelphia police in April 2019. It is unclear why the investigation into the sexual assault of a minor took more than two years before Smith was arrested. Two people have been injured in a shooting at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota

Shoppers were ordered to take shelter inside, as multiple police descended on the building.The incident took place at about 4:30pm on Friday local time, as the mall was full of visitors hunting for presents several hours before the state was to usher in 2022. Footage from the scene shows officers running towards the entrance, as shoppers flee the scene. Although most evacuees appear to be relatively calm, several people can be heard screaming in the background.

Police reported that two people suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the incident. One of the male victims was shot in the leg, and the other was a bystander who was grazed by a bullet, police said later. The shooting was preceded by a row between the first male victim and the shooter on the third floor. The lockdown was lifted less than an hour after the incident was reported, with police saying they were no longer looking for the suspect inside the mall. It's unclear if anyone was arrested following the shooting.

In an op-ed for Real Clear Politics, Cotton wrote that it is no coincidence that the "largest increase in murder in American history and the largest number of drug overdose deaths ever recorded" has coincided with cities electing "radical, left-wing, George Soros progressives" to District Attorney offices. Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon, who has refused to prosecute a number of crimes, won his race with money from Soros as did incoming Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg who has vowed not to prosecute trespassing, prostitution, and resisting arrest. As a result, a contagion of crime has infected virtually every neighborhood under their charge. Soros prosecutors refuse to enforce laws against shoplifting, drug trafficking, and entire categories of felonies and misdemeanors.

In Chicago, Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx allows theft under $1,000 to go unpunished. In Manhattan, District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. refuses to enforce laws against prostitution. In Baltimore, State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby has unilaterally declared the war on drugs "over" and is refusing to criminally charge drug dealers in the middle of the worst drug crisis in American history... Last year, the number of homicides in Chicago rose by 56%, and more than 1,000 Cook County residents have been murdered in 2021. In New York City, murder increased 47% and shootings soared 97%. In 2020, the murder rate in Baltimore was higher than El Salvador's or Guatemala's — nations from which citizens often attempt to claim asylum purely based on gang violence and murder—and this year murder in Baltimore is on track to be even higher. Murder in Los Angeles rose 36% last year and is on track to rise another 17% this year.

Cotton also took aim at House and Senate Republicans who helped former President Trump pass "the pro-criminal First Step Act." The law, Cotton notes, has helped provide early release to "some child predators, carjackers, gang members, and bank robbers" along with those who helped other inmates break out of prison. Only a handful of Republicans joined Cotton in opposing the First Step Act. In one case, the leader of the "Almighty Latin Kings" gang was arrested for murder less than a year after being released from federal prison thanks to the First Step Act.

The First Step Act, Cotton argues, was a "misguided push by Republicans to win applause from liberals [and] strengthened the hand of radicals like George Soros" that must now be acknowledged as such to focus on reducing crime. "The Republican Party must then join with independents and common-sense Democrats to wage an unrelenting war on crime," Cotton wrote. "That war must begin with a campaign to recall, remove, and replace every last Soros prosecutor. Throw the bums out."

Kwanzaa is a phony holiday created in 1966 by black radical Ron Everett — aka Dr. Maulana Karenga, a violent felon who tortured two naked black women. "Deborah Jones, who once was given the Swahili title of an African queen, said she and Gail Davis were whipped with an electrical cord and beaten with a karate baton after being ordered to remove their clothes,"  a 1971 Los Angeles Times article reported about Karenga's conviction. Harris, who was born in 1964 (two years before Kwanzaa was invented),  moved to Quebec when she was 12 years old...

New Zealand's Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed that COVID-19 patients may be eligible for assisted suicide. Additionally, the government will pay about $107 to doctorsfor each patient they euthanize, according to Stuff, the island nation's most popular newspaper. "Could a patient who is severely hospitalized with Covid-19 potentially be eligible for assisted suicide or euthanasia under the Act if a health practitioner viewed their prognosis as less than 6 months?" the group asked. The MOH responded on December 7 that, "In some circumstances a person with COVID-19 may be eligible for assisted dying." There are clear eligibility criteria for assisted dying. These include that a person must have a terminal illness that is likely to end their life within six months.. In some circumstances a person with COVID-19 may be eligible for assisted dying.

A St. Paul man was sentenced to 100 months in prison followed by two years of supervised release for burning, looting, and damaging stores and businesses in downtown Minneapolison August 26, 2020

U.S. Attorney Charles J. Kovats made the announcement after U.S. District Judge Patrick J. Schiltz sentenced the defendant. According to the evidence presented at trial, on the evening of August 26, 2020, Victor Devon Edwards, 32, drove to downtown Minneapolis following a city-wide curfew to join a large crowd that had gathered following false rumors regarding police involvement in the death of a man on Nicollet Mall earlier that evening. Over the course of approximately three hours, Edwards engaged in acts of riot, arson, and other property damage and destruction in downtown Minneapolis. Edwards was captured on video surveillance participating in the rioting and looting at Saks Off Fifth and entering other closed stores and businesses that evening, including Caribou Coffee, Target Headquarters, and Brit's Pub on Nicollet Mall.

Edwards was captured on video surveillance helping to break into the Target Headquarters building and adding fuel to a fire set inside the building, which ultimately caused almost a million dollars in damages to Target. Edwards was then captured on video surveillance entering the nearby Brit's Pub, which, shortly after he went in, became engulfed in flames. During and after his criminal activity downtown that evening, Edwards bragged about his participation in the rioting and looting. Edwards also took orders from friends for items to loot. The next morning, Edwards took a video of himself flashing a large amount of cash... He also admitted that he got "MK purses and money" in text messages with his friends ...

President Joe Biden admitted on Monday that "there is no federal solution" to the Covid-19 pandemic. The statement paves the way for his mandates to be scrapped, but don't expect liberals to go along willingly. Speaking during a teleconference with governors, Biden followed this statement up by declaring that the pandemic "gets solved at the state level," before shuffling onto a helicopter and departing for his home state of Delaware. Delegating responsibility to the states was essentially the approach of Donald Trump, and a return to this policy represents a complete reversal of Biden's campaign-trail promise to use the might of the federal government to "shut down the virus." Far from shutting down the deadly pathogen, Biden has presided over more Covid-19 deaths than his predecessor... Biden will be hammered for this failure by Republicans, but it's as much a triumph of nature as a failure of government.

Kwanzaa began 1966 at the time the US Civil Rights Bill made majority Whites second class citizens

President Joe Biden extended Kwanzaa greetings on Sunday to people celebrating the holiday. "As we begin the seven days of Kwanzaa, Jill and I send our best wishes to everyone celebrating," Biden wrote on social media. "May this time of reflection on the rich heritage of African American culture bring peace, unity, and joy." Black nationalist activists created and promoted the Kwanzaa holiday in the 1960s. President Bill Clinton was the first American president to recognize  the Kwanzaa holiday in a statement in 1997. Subsequent presidents have  recognized Kwanzaa in official White House statements, including  President Donald Trump.

Biden also extended well wishes for the holiday after he won the 2020 election. In 2020, then-Vice President elect Kamala Harris also celebrated Kwanzaa in a special video posted on social media.Our Kwanzaa celebrations are one of my favorite  childhood memories. The whole family would gather around across multiple  generations and we'd tell stories and light the candles...happy Kwanzaa!

"Manchin, the Republicans, and corporate America say this bill will add to our national debt and make inflation worse. Not true," wrote Sanders, the chair of the Senate Budget Committee. "Unlike the bloated military budget that Manchin recently voted for, which adds $778 billion to the deficit this year alone and costs four times more than the Build Back Better Act over a 10-year period, the White House has said this bill is fully paid for" with tax hikes on the wealthy.

Manchin has voted for 11 consecutive military budgets, including the latest version of the National Defense Authorization Act, which the West Virginia Democrat approved without complaining about the price tag.
