A 20-year-old woman in Hamburg, Germany, has been sent to prison after making "hateful" remarks towards a migrant who was involved in the gang rape of a child. The woman is just one of 140 people being investigated for making "harmful comments" towards the rapists. The horrific assault took place in 2020, and involved multiple groups of migrant men independently attacking a 14-year-old girl in Hamburg's Stadtpark. The men took turns on the girl, repeatedly raping her... They robbed her of her wallet and cellphone before leaving her.  Five of the men were in possession of German passports, while the remainder were not citizens of Germany. Among those charged, none were of German heritage.... A 25-page report from the Bureau of Justice Statistics shows that non-citizens accounted for 64 percent of arrests for federal offenses in 2018. The report showed a complete flip from 1998 when 63 percent of arrests for federal offenses were of U.S. citizens. In 2018, 64 percent of arrests for federal offenses were non-citizens. Non-U.S. citizens make up roughly seven percent of the U.S. population, according to the 2017 U.S. Census Bureau, but non-U.S. citizens still "accounted for 15% of all federal arrests and 15% of prosecutions in U.S. district court for non-immigration crimes in 2018," per the report. In the five judicial districts along the U.S. Southern Border with Mexico, federal arrests nearly doubled between the years of 1998 and 2018 — 33 percent to 65 percent. This ruling came about in the case of Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, who faced charges under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5), a federal statute that prohibits noncitizens without legal status in the U.S. from "possess[ing] in or affecting commerce, any firearm or ammunition; or to receive any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce." Carbajal-Flores, who has been living in the United States illegally, was charged after he was found to be carrying a gun in Chicago during the civil unrest in the spring of 2020. He and his lawyers have fought the charge, arguing that the gun was for self-defense and citing a Supreme Court ruling ... that New York's law was unconstitutional and that the ability to carry a pistol in public was a constitutional right.

Judge Coleman concurred with Carbajal-Flores' defense, stating that his nonviolent history and adherence to the conditions of his pretrial release demonstrated he did not pose a public safety risk. New Mexico State police said Saturday they have identified the suspect in the shooting death of one of their officers as a 33-year-old South Carolina man who was driving a car that belonged to a woman killed in his home state. State Police Chief Troy Weisler said during a news conference that authorities are seeking Jaremy Smith of Marion, of South Carolina, in the fatal shooting of Officer Justin Hare, 35. Smith was considered armed and dangerous...  Hare was dispatched to help a motorist in a white BMW with a flat tire on Interstate 40... Hare parked behind the BMW, and the suspect got out, approached the patrol car on the passenger side, then shot the officer without warning. They said the suspect then walked to the driver's side of the police vehicle, shot Hare again, and pushed him into the back seat before taking off in the patrol vehicle.  State police were alerted to the shooting by a "duress signal" coming from Hare's radio, Weisler said. ... Hare was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Weisler said his department later learned that the white BMW was reported missing in South Carolina and that it belonged to a woman who was killed there... New Mexico State police are in contact with South Carolina authorities... The Marion County Sheriff's Office in South Carolina reported that Machado-Fore's body was found outside of Lake View in Dillon County. Her family had reported her missing Thursday evening.  Weisler said Smith had ties to New Mexico, having spent time there in the past, and had a long criminal history.

A naked man used a piece of firewood to brutally kill a beloved Texas grandfather.  According to police, 27-year-old Chrisantus Omondi (immigration status unknown), killed 51-year-old Scott Jackson, a firewood delivery driver, in Forth Worth ahead of the winter storm last week. Jackson was delivering firewood to a repeat customer last Saturday night when he was confronted by a naked man screaming at him. "As we're loading up the wheelbarrow, this random guy shows up and gets directly in my face and accuses me of being on his property and being in his house," ... customer witnessed Chrisantus Omondi repeatedly beat Scott Jackson to death with a piece of firewood as he dialed 911 from inside of his home.  A witness said Omondi then callously dumped the wheelbarrow of firewood on Jackson's lifeless body and walked away.

A deranged woman was caught on tape deliberately running over an NYPD Officer in Manhattan Wednesday afternoon. But she is not being charged with murder despite bragging about how she wanted to teach him a "lesson." As The New York Post reported, 24-year-old Sahara Dula was driving her black Lexus the wrong way on the Upper East Side while high on marijuana when she slammed into the NYPD officer.  The footage shows Dula, who is ironically a college criminal justice graduate, driving her Lexus in the wrong direction on Park Avenue near East 71st Street...  One of the officers is walking up to Dula's vehicle to force her into the correct lane. Approximately 2,000 illegal aliens will be staying at James Madison High School in New York on Tuesday night due to a major storm. Up until now, the illegals were housed at Floyd Bennett Field near the school, which was being used as a shelter. The illegals were transported to the high school with short notice and the city claims it is only for one night. As a result, the students were sent home to learn remotely.

Students at a Brooklyn high school were kicked out of the classroom to make room for nearly 2,000 migrants who were evacuated from a controversial tent shelter due to a monster storm closing in on the Big Apple. The city made the move amid concerns that a massive migrant tent at Floyd Bennett Field would collapse from torrential rains and gusting winds — packing them instead into the second-floor gym at James Madison High School five miles away.  The school's neighbors were not keen on the last-minute decision. "This is f—ed up," said a local resident who identified himself only as Rob. "... They are using a storm, a legitimate situation, where they are testing this out..."There's 1,900 people getting thrown into my neighborhood, half a block from where I live and we don't know who they are," he said. An 8-year-old boy in Oklahoma was critically injured after someone shot at his family's vehicle, according to the child's mother.

Zachariah Bannister was in a car with his mom, Nichole Groshong, while she was making food deliveries for DoorDash in a Southwest Lawton neighborhood on Sunday, Dec. 10. The boy's brother and grandmother were also in the vehicle. Groshong said she would occasionally stop so the family could look at Christmas lights in the area. The mom said she put her car in reverse while viewing holiday decorations in front of a house, and gunfire erupted moments later.

Sadly, we have another one of these violent black mob attacks to report, this time in Florida, where a group of angry black teens slammed a white kid head-first into the pavement. No media outrage.

The student was hospitalized with non life-threating injuries after the assault, which happened after school at the parking lot of a park near the high school, as reported by WSVN. Coral Springs police said they responded to the incident on Tuesday at about 3pm. Students at the high school are reportedly given passes to park at the park. A friend of the victim told local media that 15 people had chased him before the attack. At least two attackers are seen continuing to punch the victim after he was smashed into the ground.
