"Two years of inaction on your part now leave Texas with no choice but to escalate our efforts to secure our State," Gov. Abbott wrote in the letter to Joe Biden. "Your open-border policies, which have catalyzed an unprecedented crisis of illegal immigration, are the sole cause of Texas having to invoke our constitutional authority to defend ourselves." Article 4 Section 7  of the Texas Constitution states, "GOVERNOR AS COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OF  MILITARY FORCES. He shall be Commander-in-Chief of the military forces  of the State, except when they are called into actual service of the  United States. He shall have the power to call forth the militia to  execute the laws of the State, to suppress insurrections, and to repel  invasions." ... Ten locations along the Texas–Mexico border will get Vietnam-era M113  armored personnel carriers... According to the  order, around 50 soldiers will be trained to operate the vehicles, and  state officials will identify 10 positions to station them along the  border. The order issued  Thursday by Texas Military Department officials to the headquarters  overseeing Operation Lone Star reveals that the National Guard will soon  deploy 10 M113 armored personnel carrier vehicles to the border... around 50 soldiers will be trained to operate the vehicles, and  state officials will identify 10 positions to station them along the  border. The FBI has suddenly and quietly admitted that they found nothing in the raid of Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home.

I wonder if the fact that  the midterm elections are over has anything to do with this. Leading up  to 2022, there was nothing but leaks and speculation that Trump was  trying to sell U.S. nuclear secrets and now that democrats have stolen  the election, it was all a big nothing burger.  In August, an FBI team headed by a Russian collusion hoax specialist  raided Donald Trump's Florida home, claiming the former President had  stolen classified material. The liberal media, citing unnamed sources,  claimed this material was the most sensitive information our country has  and said that Trump was trying to sell it to Saudi Arabia, Russia, and  China.  But that was before the midterms, when it could hurt Republicans. Now that everything is safe and secure for the democrats, The Washington Post dumped this interesting tidbit of information: So, no nuclear secrets or intelligence assets?   

If you remember, this all came about because the National Archives claimed Trump had taken material when he left the White House that they said belonged to them. He turned that stuff over but the National  Archive claimed there was more. Then, the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago to get  it... before the raid ever happened, both the National Archives  and the FBI knew it was personal information. Yet, the FBI made it out  to be an act of treason and fed the liberal media explosive leaks to  fuel their hysterical headlines.

Now why would the FBI do something like that? Aren't they supposed to be an unbiased, non-partisan law enforcement agency? The easy answer here is that Joe Biden has weaponized the Department  of Justice against his political enemies and the FBI was already pretty corrupt before that. The raid on Mar-a-Lago was a political move to discredit Trump and damage the Republicans before the midterm elections that democrats were bracing for an ass-whooping in.  As it turned out, democrats had more tricks up their sleeves to rig  the midterm elections but this was one component. Now that democrats  have successfully stolen the election, it's okay to tell the truth that  the Trump raid was not that big of a deal.

"Chuy" García have sent a letter to President Joe  Biden asking him to include illegal aliens in his marijuana pardons.  The far-left lawmakers also called on Biden to "prioritize  decriminalizing and rescheduling marijuana and reopening the immigration  cases of those who were deported for marijuana-related offenses."... The extremist politicians argued that the US should not be deporting illegal aliens for possessing the drug — because of racism. "However, continuing to deport immigrants for simple marijuana  possession will only exacerbate racial disparities, traumatize families  and communities vital to this country's fabric, and create ineffective  legal regimes at taxpayers' expense," the letter said.

"The letter said that since marijuana possession became a crime in the  1970s, it has "upended too many lives, families, and communities for  conduct many states no longer prohibit.."  Syracuse University  found that, between 2003 and 2018, over 45,000 people were deported  nationwide for simple marijuana possession.

No one to help homegrown "zombies"

"After decades of the failed war on drugs and the countless lives and families it ruined, our country must begin repairing those harms," the letter added. "Granting pardons to all simple marijuana possession offenses – regardless of immigration status – demonstrates genuine compassion while ensuring that our country continues to mitigate the inhumane and ineffective drudge policies that have ravaged communities of color for so long."...  These actions would restore the lives  and dignity of thousands of migrants who were deported...

 Two more eastern Oregon counties appeared to join the growing, long-shot campaign to extend Idaho's western border to add their region to the state, initial midterm election returns indicated.

 Oregon's Morrow and Wheeler counties each voted Tuesday to support the so-called "Greater Idaho" movement, which proposes exiting Oregon to enter the boundaries of its eastern neighbor. If the results hold, that means 11 Oregon counties have adopted the idea since the concept's launch in 2020. The unorthodox effort is rooted in the partisan divide within Oregon, loosely along the eastern and western parts of the state. Western Oregon, including the state's largest city, Portland, is politically left-leaning, but eastern Oregon aligns more closely with its conservative, right-wing neighbor, Idaho. "We call on the Legislature to let each half of the state go their separate ways in peace," Mike McCarter, Greater Idaho leader, said in a Wednesday news release... Idaho Gov. Brad Little last year acknowledged the improbability such a move would ever happen, while recognizing why people whose politics lean to the right would want to be in the Gem State.
 

 "Moving a state border is similar to redistricting a utility provider," he said in the release. In March, a bill in the Idaho House to codify Idaho's willingness to entertain the idea was introduced in committee. It didn't receive a hearing and was never actually considered. With 60% of the vote, residents in Morrow County, population 12,400, supported a measure requiring its Board of County Commissioners to meet three times a year to discuss relocating the state line. Wheeler County, which has a population of only 1,500, provided about 58% support for a measure directing members of the Oregon Legislature to use taxpayer dollars in pursuit of the concept.
 

 Unlike Idaho, though, where all mail-in ballots must be received on Election Day, Oregon requires only that ballots be postmarked before polls close, with a deadline this year of Nov. 16 for them to be received and counted. ... U.S. Rep. Russ Fulcher, R-Idaho, who like Little was just reelected, has taken to referencing the Greater Idaho campaign as proof that the state has a lot going for it. The United States of America couldn't be more disunited in 2022, but the only solution existing is for the side in total control of the nation to call the other "racist," and "white supremacists." The push for Greater Idaho is a reminder some spirit of 1776 still exists. May it start to flourish in occupied portions of the country, such as in Western Maryland, Upper New York, parts of Michigan and Pennsylvania, as well as much of Minnesota and Illinois.

"How did it get from the mailbox to Santa Cruz?"

The Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters alongside the United States Postal Service is investigating a large bag full of ballots found in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The ballots were found inside a deep ravine by a woman who was riding her motorcycle. Julie Neiman the woman who spotted the ballots told KSBW: "They were trying to make it look like people wouldn't find them. That's the way I saw it. They were dumped over the edge of the road down this deep ravine. It goes pretty far and it's very steep." After the discovery, many voters were notified about their ballots never making it to the correct destination. According to NBC, Janet and Lou Witkin were in disbelief to find out their mail-in ballot was found inside a ravine and told NBC "How? How did it get from the mailbox to Santa Cruz?" Lou Witkin dropped off his ballot at a San Jose Postal office so to find out his ballot was over 32 miles in the mountains has left him searching for answers.

As of now, the Registrar of Voters has no answers and suspects that the ballots were simply lost in transit by the USPS. This narrative however is extremely vague and doesn't answer the witness's claim of the ballots looking as if they were being hidden by someone.

Maricopa County election day tabulation errors caused  uncounted ballots to be mixed in with already counted ballots, leaving  no way of knowing if all the legal votes were counted or not. The Gateway Pundit reported  on the serious issues in Maricopa County's General Election on Tuesday.  Due to the incompetence of Maricopa County and Katie Hobbs, tabulators  were down, printers ran out of ink, and long, long lines kept voters waiting to cast their ballots. Voters were told to deposit their ballots into "box 3" to be  tabulated at the Elections Department later. The  County claims that only 17,000 votes were affected and dropped in "box  3."  Shocking news about the total number of ballots was reported  yesterday on the Charlie Kirk show, alleging that the County is  underreporting the number of ballots that remain to be counted.  Arizona election expert Gina Swoboda  announced on The Charlie Kirk Show on Friday that there are  significantly more votes to be counted in Arizona than was reported.

Swoboda told Charlie Kirk Show that 351,000 GOP voters have not even had their vote tabulated yet.  This new report also confirms that more votes were placed in "box 3" than the County admits. The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Maricopa County admitted in  a new statement that 70 out of 223 or over 30% of voting centers were  impacted by tabulation machine failures after previously claiming that  only about 20% were affected. Kari Lake said in a recent interview that "people's votes that had not been counted got mixed in with batches that had already been counted." The Gateway Pundit correspondent Jordan Conradson spoke to patriots  at the Maricopa County Elections Department protest about why they are protesting earlier today.

Sare commented that in one county she identified nearly 6,000 votes decreased from her totals by the morning of November 9, the day after the election.

Livestream cameras capturing the vote-counting areas at the Washoe County complex went dark late Wednesday night and were restored just before 8 a.m. Thursday.   The livestream computer application lost connection with the courtesy  cameras at 11:24 p.m. the evening of Nov. 9. All staff had left for the  night about 60 minutes earlier and did not arrive back at the office  until 7 a.m. Connection was restored at 7:53 a.m. the morning of Nov.  10. The courtesy cameras are connected to a computer application designed  for livestream events. They intermittently lose connection with the application. When this has happened before, such as on Election Night when one camera went dark, staff was able to see the disruption and restore it. These cameras are not security or surveillance grade  cameras.

County security says no one entered the ballot room when cameras were off - How do they know that?

The Washoe County security administrator has reviewed the building's security cameras. According to the Washoe County security administrator, that footage shows the parking garage, the hallway between the garage, and the entry doors to the Registrar's Office. He has affirmed that no  one entered the ballot room or Registrar's Office during the time that  the courtesy livestream was down. Security and Technology Services is  working to put that footage into a viewable file that can be provided to  the public. Staff badge reports have also been pulled to ensure that no one entered the area during that time, with none found. Washoe  County has been at the forefront of trying to innovate election  transparency, but we have moved from an election night to a much longer  election timeframe. We suggest enhancing  transparency with security cameras rather than courtesy livestream  cameras in future elections.

Michigan polls closed at 8:00PM yesterday, election day 2022. City of Detroit whistleblower Jessy Jacob came forward in 2020 to say that there were no ballots that had to be processed after 9:00PM on election night because the process was so quick for the few remaining ballots that came in close to the deadline. Ballots are counted in a particular order. Absentees are counted first, then those collected on election day by in-person voters, and then any late-arriving ballots. There is little to no reason for ballots to arrive late. There is certainly no legitimate reason short of fraud for tens of thousands of ballots to arrive and start processing hours after the deadline for them to be collected. The Gateway Pundit has exclusive video and photographic evidence that the City of Detroit in Michigan was collecting thousands of ballots significantly after the legal deadline in 2022. We can exclusively report that the City of Detroit was handling and beginning to process a significant number of ballots at 11:30 PM on election night.

Every Michigan 'drop box' is required to have a high-definition camera covering its location at all times. Michigan Patriots painstakingly examined the video from 2020 to determine how many legal votes could reasonably have been cast by dropping off ballots in the drop boxes, and the last hour of operation in 2020 the answer was about 100. The entire last day of operation showed that less than a thousand cast ballots by dropping them in ballot drop boxes. So there is no realistic way these observed ballots came from that source, and if they did not come from drop boxes, where did they come from? After the 2020 elections, Americans were repeatedly told that there was nothing wrong with the security and integrity of our elections.

Every single case that was filed with the judicial system was thrown out without ever hearing the presentation of evidence. No Judge wanted to face the evidence collected by election integrity patriots who painstakingly documented eyewitness statements, video evidence, statistical evidence, and expert testimony showing that the 2020 election was systematically stolen. They were told that a thousand collected affidavits were irrelevant. They were also told that a 3:30AM van that arrived way past the 8PM legal deadline to collect ballots in 2020 was entirely normal.

Multiple sources provided reports of suspicious activity at numerous locations in Detroit, Michigan prior to the 2022 midterm elections.

Our sources have witnessed suspicious activities in Detroit for several days now. Over the weekend, concerned citizens, driving in two cars, followed a Penske rental truck from the Detroit Department of Elections to a non-descript, one-story warehouse in southwest Detroit. The truck ran at least one red light, possibly related to an attempt to shake the followers. Once there, the citizens initiated a round-the-clock vigil that, at press time, is still ongoing in a bid to observe any illegal activity such as illegally-manufactured ballots being injected into the flow of legitimate ballots. Once the truck arrived in the parking lot, the citizen vehicles parked and began observing very peculiar activities: in the space of a few hours, 12-15 cars arrived at the gate of the warehouse, slowed as if about to turn in, only to turn around or drive on once the surveillance cars were spotted. There is a printing company located directly across the street from the warehouse...

Sources observed Penske rental trucks leaving the Detroit Election Center and traveling to an innocuous warehouse between the election center and Huntington Place, the former TCF Center in Detroit. The warehouse is located near a post office and a printing company that was previously authorized to print ballots. On Thursday, the Pueblo Police Department's High-Tech Crime Unit arrested 31-year-old Richard Patton, a registered Democrat, in connection with an investigation into felony charges of tampering with voting equipment and misdemeanor charges of cybercrime-unauthorized access... However, experts warn that even failed breaches might become big  problems in the days leading up to and on Tuesday's midterm election. Gilbert Ortiz, Pueblo County's clerk and recorder, confirmed Friday that  Patton has been a registered Democratic voter since 2019, when he  switched his affiliation from the Green Party.

 Election officials in Colorado use  locks and tamper-evident seals on voting equipment, so it becomes  apparent if someone has tried to access it. Trigger alerts make machines  inoperable if someone tries to tamper with them, which is what happened  in Pueblo, according to Ortiz and the Colorado Secretary of State's  office.  On the afternoon of June 28, poll  workers heard noises coming from a voting booth. When a poll worker went  to investigate and clean the machine, they saw an error message and  notified a supervisor. Tamper-evident seals on the machine appeared to  be disturbed... However, more than 1,000 rescued migrants are now stranded aboard four ships run by European charity organisations in the Mediterranean Sea. Humanity 1 and Rise Above, run by separate German humanitarian groups, sought permission to dock at Italian ports... carrying 179 migrants, has received permission to disembark minors and people needing medical care. But the Rise Above's request for a port for its 93 passengers has so far gone unanswered. And two other ships, the Geo Barents with 572 migrants and the Ocean Viking with 234, have also repeatedly asked permission to access a port to disembark the rescued migrants...

The measure was approved after Germany and France each called on Rome to grant a safe port to the migrants... Italy's new government is insisting that countries whose flag the charity-run ships fly must take on the migrants. Speaking at a news conference late Friday, Piantedosi described such vessels as  "islands" that are under the jurisdiction of the flag countries. Infrastructure Minister Matteo Salvini, known for his anti-migrant stance, cheered the new directive in a Facebook video. Portland Antifa riot arrestee William David Kerr has been arrested and charged with  multiple felonies related to sexually abusing a child and making child  porn. The 35-year-old Portlander was arrested by Gresham Police on Nov. 2  and charged with felony first-degree sexual abuse, felony using a child  in a display of sexually explicit conduct, and two charges of  fourth-degree assault. Kerr is a career criminal and convicted felon who was arrested at a violent Antifa riot in 2016 in downtown Portland after Donald Trump was announced as the presidential election winner against Hillary Clinton. For three days, Antifa and far-left rioters smashed up businesses and  cars, and also started fires across the city. Kerr's second-degree  disorderly conduct charge over the riot was quickly dropped by  prosecutors. It is unknown if he returned to rioting in 2020, but on his social media, he shared a video in August 2020 defending rioting and looting.

Kerr has a long criminal history in Oregon. In 2006, he was convicted of  attempting to commit both a Class A and Class B felony over a violent  robbery case. In March last year, he was arrested and charged with being  a felon in possession of a firearm, attempted murder, unlawful use of a  weapon, and other felony charges. The attempted murder and attempt to  commit a Class A felony charges were dropped by the Multnomah County  District Attorney's Office under DA Mike Schmidt while a judge dismissed  the remaining felony charges.

After the murder of a 12-year-old girl, the French  government says it seeks a new immigration bill that will be "hardline"

France will introduce tough immigration legislation next year, making it easier to deport foreign criminals, Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin told Le Monde on Wednesday. Under pressure from the right, Paris is "changing gear," The  bill will be debated in parliament in early 2023. While its specific  provisions remain to be hammered out, the minister said that it will  allow the police and courts to punish criminal aliens more effectively,  while making it easier for legal immigrants to obtain work permits to  shore up the country's labor demand. One of its measures, Darmanin  explained, will strip away three-quarters of the existing grounds for  illegal immigrants to appeal deportation orders. The government will  also remove access to social services for those set to be deported,  remove rules barring long-term residents from deportation, and force the  local authorities to act on expulsion orders.

According to Le Monde, France issued 122,000 expulsion orders in 2021  but only enforced 3,200 in the last two years. An Arizona woman sued her city on Tuesday over a law that punishes feeding the homeless in public parks with a four-month prison sentence. The 78-year-old was arrested under the law for distributing food from a van. Norma Thornton was brought to court in April, a month after she was ticketed for feeding homeless people in Bullhead Community Park without a permit... While charges against Thornton were dropped, she filed a lawsuit on Tuesday and is seeking an injunction to stop the city enforcing the ordinance. "Bullhead City has criminalized kindness," Thornton's attorney told Phoenix TV station KPHO. "The City Council passed an ordinance that makes it a crime punishable by four months imprisonment to share food in public parks for charitable purposes."

However, city officials pointed out that the ordinance only applies to public parks. Churches, clubs, and private properties may continue to serve food to those living on the streets without permits. Moreover, the city insisted that the law was necessary after park users complained for years about being solicited for food and money by the homeless. City workers had been "repeatedly called to address public nuisance and other illegal behavior, clean up human waste, litter, trash and other debris left over from the food sharing events," the city wrote in the ordinance. There were more than 580,000 homeless people on US streets in 2020, according to the most recent figures from the National Alliance to End Homelessness... the number of those lacking any kind of shelter has increased every year since 2015, and now stands at 226,000... Proponents of these laws argue that homeless people congregating for free food spread disease and increase crime rates.

Next year the LSST  Camera will start a decade-long project to map the entire sky, and help  answer some of the universe's biggest questions.

Scientists in Northern California are putting finishing touches on the world's largest digital camera. They recently took off the lens cap and invited CNET to take a rare look inside. Engineers at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory have spent the last seven years building the LSST, camera. The camera is the size of a small car and weighs about three tons, and at five feet across... The 3,200 megapixel camera, powerful enough to spot a golf ball 15 miles away, will be the heart of a new telescope at the Vera C. Rubin Observatory in the mountains of Chile... Scientists predict the LSST camera will  help them discover 17 billion new stars, as well as 6 million new  objects in our own solar system.

Why construct a telescope when you can just take pictures with a wide lens camera?

Where the recently launched James Webb telescope  takes a deep, narrow look into space, the LSST camera will take a much  wider view. Once in operation it'll image a piece of sky seven times the  width of the full moon every 15 seconds, creating an entire panorama of  the sky every night...  "It enables us to ask really big questions. What is the universe made of? What is the nature of dark matter and dark energy?" Scientists at SLAC will spend the next few months running final tests on  the camera. In May 2023 they plan to pack it up and put it on a chartered Boeing 747 for the flight to Santiago, Chile. It'll then be placed on a train to reach the observatory on top of the mountain Cerro Pachón.

A US mail truck reportedly carrying dozens of absentee ballots caught/was set aflame in southwest Georgia on Monday... The Baker County Sherriff's Office published photographs of the Jeep engulfed in flames on social media.  The Secretary of State's office issued a statement warning ballots may have been destroyed in the fire. "A USPS truck, according to the election's director down there,  burned to a crisp. So, we've already had discussions with them," Interim  Deputy Secretary of State Gabriel Sterling said during a press  conference. "There are 43 outstanding ballots in the county. We're  working with USPS to see if they have images of what might have been on  that truck, to reissue them." The fire is one example of many issues state elections officials are likely to tackle during an election cycle... Worst comes to worst, we'll reissue the 43 ballots, or the country  will reissue the 43 ballots, and first across the line for the voters  will be the ballots that are accepted."

An inordinately high amount of Georgia residents have cast ballots during the state's early voting phase of the 2022 midterm elections. "Early voting centers opened across Georgia last week, and the vast  majority of voters cast their ballots in person," the Washington Post  reports. "While every demographic and region of the state has seen  elevated turnout relative to 2018, there has been a surge of  participation fromwomen, Black voters and voters over age 50." Approximately 100,000 absentee ballots were received on Tuesday while 124,000 Georgia residents voted in person during the early voting period.  As of Tuesday evening, over a million votes had been cast, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said in a statement.

A black teenager has been arrested after he posed as a member of a  fake white supremacist terror group online and made social media posts  threatening to shoot every "negro" that he lays "eye contact on" at an  Alabama county fair.18-year-old Pharrell Smith was arrested earlier this month and faces  terrorism charges after posing as a white supremacist gang member online  and threatening to slaughter black people at an Alabama county fair. In the post, which he made to Facebook on September 19th, Smith  claimed that he and his fellow white supremacist gang members would be  "coming to [the] Opelika Alabama fair to kill every NEGRO that we lay  eye contact on so be prepared." ...
 
 "WHITE POWER," Smith's post said after his threat, causing public panic and leading to a rapid law enforcement response. The hoax profile that Smith made the post from was reportedly decked out in Confederate flags. "Early yesterday, 09/19/2022, the Opelika Police Department was made  aware of a racially inflammatory post on Facebook where an individual  threatened to shoot attendees of a certain demographic at the upcoming  Lee County Fair," local law enforcement wrote in a public statement,  announcing that they were launching an investigation into the  threatening posts. "Opelika Police take threats like these very seriously," the police  assured the public, announcing that they would be beefing up security at  the fair...
 
 Roy Lee Gordon Jr arrested only for vandalism (painted swastikas and  slogans on walls) of Emory university.  The university knew but kept  this a secret.
 
 Within weeks of the hate hoax threats, Opelika Police updated the public on their investigation, announcing that they'd been able to "trace the social media account to a residence in Lafayette, AL. Through the investigation, 18-year-old Pharrell Smith was developed as a suspect."

 Notably, nowhere in the police department's post do they reveal that  Pharrell Smith is black himself, despite his being arrested and  photographed on October 6th.  Pharrell Smith is now facing charges of making terroristic threats in  Lee County and ranks among the laundry list of hate hoaxers busted in  recent years across the country.
 
 Fellow Alabaman, NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace, was caught up in a  nationally-publicized hate hoax of his own when he falsely claimed that a  threatening "noose" had been placed in his stall at Talladega Speedway. While corporate media and Democrat politicians ran with the story for  weeks, claiming that it was an indictment on white Americans and  particularly white Trump-supporting Americans, Wallace's accusations  were proven to be a total hoax – even by the FBI.

They ultimately decided to use the West Virginia model to create a new state which is made up of numerous counties in the current state of California.

Last Friday the participants working towards statehood for the new state held another meeting. This meeting was special. The New California State Senate and Assembly both approved the EMERGENCY ORDINANCE FOR THE REORGANIZATION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT. From the first paragraph of their Emergency Ordinance, the new state members write:... While the rest of the country struggles to decide what to do about the corrupt actors that have taken over their states and locked in elections through fraudulent means into perpetuity, this group is using the West Virginia model to create a new state that abides by the US Constitution.

Without shutting down the ways in which the Deep State rigged the last election, history is sure to repeat itself. Lt Gen Thomas McInerney shared my concerns during this episode of The Jeff Dornik Show, and alleges that the powers-that-be are planning to use Hammer & Scorecard yet again, ensuring that the 2022 Election will be rigged against the GOP. As he explains, this is why we, as the Conservative Movement, must be vigilant this time around. Remember, we know what to expect. We know what to look for.

One of the keys that the retired Lt General explained is that everyone MUST vote in person to ensure that your vote has the best chance of being counted. Additionally, he makes the case that no matter what part you are a part of, Democrat, Republican or Independent, its a necessary to vote Republican in this election to go against the Deep State's plan of using the Democrat Party to fundamentally destroy America and establish a one world government.

The Hammer is a super surveillance computer and scorecard is a software application that is designed to change votes.

And I'll add this: The only way to ensure that we catch the riggers of the election is to turn out in massive numbers to vote. This forces them to over-extend themselves in stealing the election, which allows us to catch them in the act.  This means that you cannot listen to those claiming that we should refrain from voting until the elections are secure. No, instead we must vote in massive numbers to give us another opportunity to expose them for all to see.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced this week that it has nabbed 175 illegal immigrants who had multiple DUI convictions – as part of a national operation through August and September. The nationwide law enforcement push began on Aug. 20 and ended at the end of September, and hauled in those with multiple DUIs as well as additional criminal histories that included assault, child cruelty, domestic violence, homicide by vehicle, and hit-and-run, the agency said in a release... In FY 2019 the agency arrested 143,099 illegal immigrants and deported 267,258. The administration has said that due to limited resources, the policies allow for the government to focus on the most pressing threats to the country. An ICE report released earlier this year said the agency arrested 12,025 illegal immigrants with aggravated felony convictions, nearly double the 6,815 arrested in FY 2020.

In the new operation, those arrested include a 40-year-old Mexican in Georgia with a conviction of homicide by vehicle, a 35-year-old Salvadoran in New York convicted of vehicular manslaughter, and a 45-year-old Mexican in California convicted of hit-and-run causing death or injury. Agents also nabbed a 48-year-old Salvadoran convicted of DUIs, attempted criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
